Toppan knows better than to kill random people because she'll get caught and punished.
Elanore blew up her classroom because a couple of students were arguing.

Well, Luck and Rydel have been together for six years.
But he's a hard weapon to master.
So they'd be very well synced at this point, but they're not perfect, and they realize that.

Indeed. Toppan maybe... 'eccentric' when it comes to her... 'fetishes', but she's careful enough to know when to do things at a certain time and setting and when NOT to do things at her own risk.
But, if you're talking about her personality, it would seem so. But, she doesn't exactly get 'mad' or 'snap and go off the edge by killing everyone in the room'.
... Oh no. She plans it first. THEN watches as it works at a steady pace...

Well then you would win, Soi and Echo just meet each other after they got to the school.
The only way they might win would be if they double teamed you like they did with Elanore.

Synchronization: Just enough to be battle ready although with issues

Synchronization: Enough to be used in battle with a few issues
