Hair color: Medium and Dark Blues with silver highlights mixed in through out or vice versa. Colors like Aiyana’s but darker and instead of half blue half silver it should be mostly blues with silvers mixed in (or vice versa).
Hair style: Long, loosely flowing, wavy hair with a few strands up and held in place by a blue/ silver butterfly hairpin in it at the top. A few loose strands by the face. Tail should be long, flowing, wavy hair as well, with one blue/silver butterfly clip at the top with a blue orchid tied next to it, or maybe a butterfly could be on the blue orchid.
Body: She is Aiyana’s younger sister so her body style should look similar to Aiyana’s body.
Hooves: Silver. The fur around the hooves should be a little longer and feathered, fading from white to light silver as it gets closer to the hooves.
Accessories: Silver butterfly necklace (see reference picture), blue/silver butterfly hairpin (see reference pics for ideas, I love the butterfly of the first pic and I like the pin/chain idea of the second pic for ideas), a variety of silver chain bracelets (possibly with one winding around one of the legs). A few blue orchids on the ground by her hooves (make sure not to make them look like she is stepping on them though).

Hair Colour/Style: Purebred Cerynei, he hasn't got hair.

Pelt Colour:
This is where it gets a little complex, I want his pelt colour to be directly linked to the pattern of my Avatar's clothes in the reference image - so he'll be varying shades of green around the top, with his legs/hocks etc fading into whites/blues like the ocean and rocks on the bottom of the dress. In essence play with his pelt colour a little until you're satisfied that it blends well but I want the overall design to stay the same. (Green up top, lighter whites on the bottom).

Antlers:
These I want customised to be much bigger than the default ones - Think of big antlers like this. These should be white to match his lower leg colouring. However, I also want them to be draped with pale green leaves almost the way ivy coils and drapes around trees - the leaves should NOT be ivy, just normal ones but should mimic the way ivy behaves.

Can you make sure the horns aren't completely encrusted though? I only want them to be loosely coiled and then draped along some of the antler tips.

Hooves:
Which ever suits? I think a darker shade like the pebbles or an off shot of molten silver would work well.

Heavy-Lidded Eyes:
Is there any possibility you can make him look 'sleepy'?

The overall image should be high-end Asian street fashion that does not include bright neon colors without looking too much like a gangster. /shameless
Basically, however the artist decides to interpret the reference images onto a Soq. He is NOT a cosplay by any means.

Body: Light brown – no lighter than a palomino horse, no darker than chestnut. Some faint gold patterns would be cool, at your discretion. Even though there are a lot of human references, I don’t necessarily want the body to reflect human skin tone.
Horn: Whatever best matches the accessories. Whether it’s intact or broken, up to you.
Tail: Matching the body.
Eye color: Gold/honey
Hair style: See references. You can do whatever you want with color.
Hooves: Slightly feathered fetlocks? Up to you.
Clothing: I'm not into fullbody/worn-like-a-person clothing, but I'm more open to it on this custom, at least on what would be the 'upper body'. Perhaps instead of wearing the jacket, having it hanging on the Soq's back. I'm on the fence about things like t-shirts.

Accessories: Earrings, necklaces, strange things, etc. Definitely not overpowering, but gaudy could be an accurate term. Ideas in references.
