ck the flare against the tree again,he had finnally managed to get rid of the thanator,but only after rappeling off the side of a large cliff.the tree's bark scraped against the top of the flare but didnt ignite it,he kicked the tree so its bark broke,he put the flare away and looked around.

High above, far past the trees, a loud roaring sound could be heard, but it was not that of the Toruk, but some kind of skypeople ship. It was trying to escape a group of three scorpions, missiles being fired at it. The fight grew closer to the ground and the unknown ship began dodging between the trees, pulling the scorpions into a tight place. He made sure that as he pulled up suddenly, the two scorpions got caught in a tangle of vines, crashing into each other and exploding. The unknown ship soon slowed a bit to a more leisurely pace. It was clearly damaged, landing slowly and alighting on the soft ground outside of a massive tree that he didn't know what it was. The pilot sighed. "Aeriana, it's all clear, the Avatar program is clear for landing at Site 26." He said calmly, closing his eyes and powering the ship down, leaning back, his helment still on, hiding his mouth and nose, but keeping his eyes visible. His name was Ryvn Kesler, pilot and Avatar driver for the Avatar program.

seeing the sunset and Yumiko nowhere to be found Änsìt groaned again running deep into the forest 'you should let the slingers have her for this! you should let the sturmbeests ram her around the forest!...but i cant help feeling this is partly my fault' he said with some lament as he whistled for his Ikran and ventured off to the two places he could even think of finding Yumiko.

Yumiko trying to find the one trail that leads back to the japanese base camp but having no luck and she looked down sadly as she contiued to walk and hears a slight russle in the leafs and starts to go into hidding and seeing the red color of a slinger and slowly stalks it.

Ryvn exited his ship after putting his exopack on, readying his modified handgun, walking and searching for a comm signal since his message did not go through. It was getting dark, so he would need to keep himself alive until morning. As he looked around, he noticed a slinger, or what the Na'vi called Lenay'ga. He kept himself low, watching it and trying to keep himself hidden. It cocked its head towards him and launched the triangular head. Ryvn fired a shot, the bluish purple photon pulse knocking it back as he tried to dodge it. The body was helpless without it. The arrowhead was dead, and he was safe, at least for now.

he climbed onto the branch and silently unholstered his handgun again,he took one knee on the branch and watched the pilot as he shot a creature,he had been depending on his training from the night drop in Indonesia,his parachute had been caught in a tree and he had been scattered from the squad,he had to live off of bugs,a deer,a survival pack,and his weapinry for a week. It was painful but he made if through,he came to the enemy inelligience facility at the right time to see his squad get put up against a wall and executed by a firing team,he then realized that if him not getting seperated hadn't happened,he wouldnt be here right now,but that was all a past memory,he kept watching the pilot as he silently holstered the pistol and unslung the M-4 from his shoulders.

Yumiko getting out her kanata and jumps down on it and stabs it with her sword as she feels the creature trying to get her off of it's back she sliced it's head off and jumps down.

Ryvn saw the woman jump down on top of the body of the Slinger, while he picked up the dead head of it, He looked at her, his gun at the ready if she decided to attack him. He didn't want to have to use force if he didn't have to.

a bow shoots the slinger head out of the sky persons as Änsìt soars down on his ikran stanidn gon it bow pointed at the slinger head as he touches down. 'Yumiko you moron!'
