((The jutsu is born of a heat source and usually that heat needs to be made by the shinobi which is usually the case but here I have heat all aroudn me just like the Water dragon jutsu comes from a water source but somtimes from the actualy shinobi.
As for controlling it yes I have the ability)) {{ You're not pushing the envelope here, you're completely ignoring what the jutsu says:
Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique)
Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.
Note: Chuunin for three post's, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.
No where in there it says that the jutsu can be sourced from anywhere but the Shinobi's mouth, nor does it say the jutsu will actually become a full on dragon that can be controlled. Also it only designates one stream of fire per use.
