As to this profile, there are few things :
1. You chose the Ninjutsu Class, but didn't choose your Strengths and Weaknesses from the list of available choices within the Ninjutsu Class.
2. When you start off, I don't believe you are allowed to know all the Genin level techniques. I think you have to be taught them.

Please take a look at the Weapon Master class' available strengths and choose from the lists. it specifically tells you your options for each strength (Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary)double edit :O
All you need to do is remove those fire jutsu already learned (sorry, you will have to learn them as a function of Role playing in your village)
...and after that, you should be all set!

1. You need to change your race at the bottom of the profiel (from Goron)
2. Also, I'm not sure on your weapon. technically, your class isn't allowed a custom weapon.
3. And the Shinobi skills section involving your crown, I'm afraid that would have to almost be considered a kind of Cursemark. Unfortunately however, you already have a bloodline, and you cannot have both.
