Akio closed his eyes and thought for a moment after Sai's question, gathering what info had absorbed together and compiling. Following that his response was quick and as detailed as the data he currently had would allow.
"Has the suspected host for Yonbi showed Earth and Fire techniques consistently in their Data? Given the Tonbi's abilities are related to those elements and holds the ability to mix the two into Lava Release techniques, it seems likely the host's would develop along those lines, or even have their own natural affinities distorted by the Yonbi's chakra resulting in that power. Other than that nothing so far"
Akio turned and sat on the edge of the table, kicking his legs playfully once or twice before continuing on to explain his inability to pin-point anything specific so far.
"Essentially, and I'm sure you know this already; what makes the majority of hosts so hard to locate is that except in cases of Bijuu with distinctly rare or unique abilities such as the One-Tailed Shukaku or the Yonbi that surface through the user's abilities, most of them simply possess absurd chakra and possibly enhanced strengths in certain areas. Things that can be justified by other reasoning. This is assuming, the power has awakened to a discernible level within the host, so it would seem the best move to make, is to watch for people whose chakra levels surpass the standards on a regular basis. Then watch those people more carefully for ability enhancements that run parallel to the strengths of the Bijuu most recently seen around that person's current area of home village prior to the assumed time of sealing. We can estimate that time through a combination of the current potential target's age and the last appearance of the Bijuu in an unsealed state, yes?"

 Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special Jounin"Perhaps you are right." Sai said as he sat back, leaning away from the profiles, somewhat frustrated that in the end they would yield very little. "We have sealed the Shukaku, we know and are pursuing the Nibi, Sanbi has yet to be found, and Yonbi is possibly in Leaf. The remainder of them however are a slight mystery. I know for a fact that those three Sand profiles you hold all have Bijuu, though I am unsure which ones reside within the hosts. Oh, and the Raikage, he is jinchuuriki as well... so with the 8 Bijuu left, we know 5 of the Jinchuuirki, 1 probably Jinchuuriki, and that leaves 2 unknown jinchuuriki."
"Perhaps my method of information gathering has been incomplete, though with you here now... we may yet achieve a greater goal. With another operative with me, we can be more direct. if we could corner the known Jinchuuriki and force their Bijuu's abilities out of them by engaging them in combat and forcing their hand, we may finally be able to isolate the specific Bijuu to the individual hosts."

Akio moved the documents that were in his way and climbed onto the table, he then slid over and in front of Sai, so tthat his legs dangled off the table either side of of the man; just to spice things up a little. However, he was not actually touching the man, so he really wouldn't have much to complain about, considering Sai even agreed that Akio could be touchy-feely.
"Don't you think it might be more profitable to instead 'shake them up' emotionally and physically so that there abilities become apparent. We would then have a small window, post disruption within which they are weakened."
"However, we know the Raikage is a Jinchuuriki, thus pin pointing his beast should be easy, we simply have to review what beasts were acclimated to that region, let's say 5-8 years before his birth, then compare his data to those beasts. If we are to claim the Raikage then while we risk creating heat from the village, we also remove one of the pillars that could ultimately form the foundation of a force that opposes our actions should we ever bring the search to their doorstep. Which we will inevitably do: as the Raikage posseses a beast."

Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special Jounin"I would normally agree to your historical reasoning of things, but the way in which jinchuuriki become jinchuuriki as of recent has taken a dramatic change. It seems that lately, the beasts are simply passed around, almost like a village's legacy no longer means anything. A bijuu's owner seems to change quite rapidly in some cases. it is very strange, not at all like in days past when persay the Kyuubi was the weapon of Konoha and Shukaku the weapon of Sand. After all, if the Bijuu resided as they had in the past, there would not be 4 jinchuuriki from Sand now would there?" In his typical stoic fashion, Sai made no remark to Akio's usual, though still slightly disturbing new posture, but he did push his back up against his seat, making sure that he was as far back as the large stone chair would allow him to go.
"In some cases, the bijuu reside in rather young hosts. They could be manipulated easily, but we must find the jinchuuriki in order and seal them in the proper order as well. that is the unfortunate truth of our dilemma, or else we could just pick off jinchuuriki at will. Perhaps your method of inciting them would work better then engaging them in combat. Perhaps even, we should abandon our robes for the next mission. No need to allow people to know we are Akatsuki if we are simply to determine who they are and what beast resides within them. it might even prove innocuous enough to allow us to avoid a fight altogether while still gaining the knowledge we need." Akio noticed Sai's slight retreat from him, this was going to be tougher than he thought, though he wasn't going to give up. He never gave up on this thing, even if it was doomed to fail; the ride was too much fun to miss.
"I agree, that it would be best if they didn't know who we are, that might allow me to meet them face to face, and once I've done that, we can keep tabs on them through my scrying. Still, it is troubling to know that those powers are being shuffled around , thrown from one child to the next: a potentially loose cannon is born each time. I can't say I much care for the tradition side of it though, all the legacy of Konoha did for me was attempt to turn me into a puppet for the Lords"
He contemplated leaping down and straddling Sai right then and there, while he wasn't expecting it, but he decided it just wouldn't be nice to spoil today. After all they had bonded so much, they were practically bosom buddies now. Akio quietly scoffed at his own thoughts and waited for Sai to respond and tell him where they were going.

Not that we always like to be identified, but when we are certain that they will know who we are anyways, I find the robes helpful in inspiring just the right amount of fear and worry we are looking for. You can see them over there and find one which suits you best." Sai pointed to the far wall of the cavern where multiple long black robes adorned with red clouds dispersed on the cloth hung. Above each one was a large straw hat, each with dangles of cloth hanging down across the brim, some with tiny bells on them which rang softly when jostled.
..."And for that matter, we might as well give you a ring too. Selene seems to be taking her time on her mission, I will simply have to induct you without her opinion. You are too far into our plans to leave now anyways." Sai got up and moved to Selene's chair, moving to the compartment under it as he took out a box, laying it down on the table in front of Akio as he opened it to display all of the rings that were still untaken. "You may choose whichever ring you wish. Oh, and of course, this one is available as well..." he said as he put the ring he had stolen back from the Mizukage's desk back in it's place. "After that, we can be on our way to Konoha to tempt the Yonbi candidate, to see if we can insight some action from him which would reveal his bijuu, if he indeed has one." Akio scanned over the rings presented to him by Sai, feeling like some young girl engaged. He carefully examined each with just his eyes, and once he had made his choice, he; under the assumption he supposed to. reached forward and selected the 'San' ring and slid it onto his left index finger.
"Tempt the Yonbi candidate? Excellent, temptation is one of other specialties..." Akio trailed off as his mind whirled at a million miles per hour, considering all the possible ways in which he could rattle the suspect. However, he become distracted by another of Sai's "presents", his head turning to the Akatsuki robes, his eyes lingering there for a moment.
""I think we can let the robe choosing wait, as this investigation is, apparently, to be casual dress. Though, while we're on the subject oftemptation; how do you feel about a man in uniform, Sai?" questioned the new Akatsuki member, turning to Sai once more, his left eyebrow cocked. He was ready to go and begin the mission, he would let Sai lead.

Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninSai made no response to Akio's comment of 'men in uniform', and instead simply stared forward without emotion as he watched him 'c**k his eyebrow'. Sai was no longer even really disturbed by Akio's strange quirks, but rather he allowed them to bounce off of his cold demeanor as he weathered most situations of attempted humor, goading, or annoyance. he simply treated it like he treated everything else... with a cold, emotionless stare and no response.
Sai simply turned away from Akio after a second, returning the box of rings to it's compartment below Selene's chair as he motioned fro Akio to follow him to the entrance. "Come, it's time to move. You and I should easily be able to make our way into the village. We can disguise ourselves easily enough once inside with a henge jutsu if need be to avoid unnecessary detection as we search for the Yonbi candidate. Considering this is your former village, I will be counting on your knowledge... but then again, it's not the place it used to be after my last visit, so the search might not be so easy."

Akio TakamiyaSpecial JouninJeez, would it kill Sai to smile and joke even once, I don't care if he's stoic or emotionally crippled; he must at least understand the concept of 'humoring people's whims'.
Although his inner voice sounded frustrated, Akio wasn't too bothered by it all, it felt like a challenge to him. Cracking Sai's crust and getting to the soft inner Sai, was going to be tough but fun and rewarding, of course Akio was operating under the belief he would succeed and that there was a 'soft inner Sai'.
"Yes, I think I may need to re-acquaint myself with the village, if it has changed too much I won't be able to Scry effectively. I also have some awesome henge jutsu disguises, I haven't used them in a long time either, should be fuuuun" {{Exit to Akatsuki Entrance}}

Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninWalking into the large open meeting room, Sai was relieved to be home, or at least in the closest thing he had to home. The scene in the volcano had been hectic and people seemed to continually pop up all over the place. The Akatsuki themselves had been the more powerful team, but Sai lost much of his power when numbers were stacked against him, especially in the presence of the Kage and a Jinchuuriki in control of his beast.
As he walked passed the table, he removed the red book that he recovered for Kai and tossed it onto the table, watching it stop moving directly in front of her chair. With a sigh, he took a seat in his chair and closed his eyes, allowing himself to relax and drop his guard for a second before opening them back up again to examine the papers strewn around the table with the various Jinchuuriki..."Do we really have to catch them in order as Selene said we did... I wonder if she even fully understands how the statue works... and what happened to her? Why did Kai leave her... why did she claim she figured Selene for dead... and where were Death and Zaiaku... they should have all returned by now."
The questions rattled around in Sai's head as he sat alone in the dim lighting and solitude of meeting hall, wondering what the fate of Akatsuki would hold in the new future... everyone needed to reconvene... answers were needed.

Kai entered the meeting hall exhausted sitting sidewards in her chair like always picking up the book then putting it on her lap still frustrated she lost her village notebooks! sand had the most! gah! she had to restart all over again I hunt you down ok? With his head leaning up against the fist of his right arm, which was balanced on his knee, Sai suddenly spoke as his voiced echoed somewhat eerily throughout the empty cave...
"So... would you care to tell me WHY you separated yourself from Selene when the two of you were working as a TEAM in capturing the Nibi?... and where are Zaiaku and Death?... didn't they take aprt in your plan to use the girl as bait to lure the Nibi away?" Sai didn't know how much Kai would know on either front, but she better have a damned good reason for abandoning her partner in the middle of a mission, especially when they were confronting a Jinchuuriki. He expected a full report with details...

"Tell me Kai, what good are you if you can barely even assist in combat and you run away at the first sign of danger?... are you really telling me that you can't remember details that you saw with your eyes, and wrote down in a book simply because you LOST the book. I cannot begin to comprehend your inadequacy as a ninja if that is the case..."
Sai got up from his large stone chair and pointed his finger down towards the table as he began to make a list of things Kai did wrong..."Are you saying that you watched an Akatsuki die in front of your very eyes without trying to assist, or at least recover he body... lost your partner completely... and lost all of the information you gathered due to a miscalculation as simple as not seeing a BASIC clone? The only reason you even have THAT book is becasue I intervened for you. Tell me Kai, what have you done besides Fail so far?" Sai's voice was not raised, but it had large amount of weight behind it, which was almost impossible to detect due to his emotionless expression, but Sai's eyes said it all in how utterly dissatisfied he was with Kai.

"selene told me to stay back and stay there if she needed healing...the nibi host used a type of fire to incigrate her body so i could not bring her body back...i don't plan on dying till i help capture atleast one demon she enver told me to fight i obeyed her orders..." Kai wanted to leave there to her room not wanting to argue or fight with him after seeing his true power "everyone is sacrificed for a purpose we were fighting the raikage and the nekomata host i couldn't help i know i'm useless as a fighter but not as a healer your a great fighter but probaly not great healer..." she said putting the book in her shoulder bag I hunt you down ok?
