You know what, I think that I'll just let you handle this clan. I seem to be too liberal with the idea. And, I'm trying to finish up my custom bloodline.

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Black Lightning/Sutone Clan

History : The clan was started by two siblings that had inherited their parents chakra elements. The siblings created a new Kekkei Genkai from the lightning and fire chakra elements. They didn't know what to name it so they called it the Lightning Flare. They married other ninja and increased the Sutone Clan.The two siblings went crazy with power and tried to wipe out other clans. The clan members who didn't approved this killed everyone who did. They then agreed to seal the kekkei genkai when ever an infant was born with it. The clan members decided to stop sealing the kekkei genkai a few decades ago. Most clan members live in the Hidden Leaf Village or the Hidden Cloud Village. They renamed the Kekkei Genkai Black Lighting because when you use the clan signature jutsu it makes a giant black fire ball with lightning sparks.

Abilities: can reverse fire attacks and use it for them and make it Lightning. Can reverse lightning attacks use it for themselves and make it fire. Also can make fire balls and lightning bolts when swinging a sword with their chakra channeled through it.

Rules for Kekkei Genkai/Clan:
1. Only can unlock the kekkei Genkai when something tragic happens or in a life or death situation.(first stage of kekkei genkai requirements)

Weakness: Water element, earth element, and slow healing

Strengths: Fast reflexes, Fire element, Lightning element

Description: Makes small but effective flares from fingers. The flares can set an enemy on fire or zap them.

Description: Black Fire Surrounds you, your hair turn black, your eyes turn purple, and if you touch you enemy you can zap them or you can turn your chakra in to lightning bolts that you can through at them if you chose to.

Mental Power Bloodline: Mayu Clan
Domination, Manipulation, Communication

Limitations: Only Ninjutsu or Medical class. Cannot learn Genjutsu, Taijutsu, or physically wield a weapon larger than a Kuni. [Projectiles can be thrown though.]
Description: The members of this clan have abnormal mental development and they lack the ability to talk. This bloodline branched off from the rinnegan, and the bodies of this bloodline's members are different than most. The nerves that would have been used to control the extremities of the body have been focused inside of the brain instead, and the ability to build muscle has been traded with the ability to constantly increase the effectiveness of the mind. The inability to talk has been compensated for by the ability to use telepathy. The members of this clan are incredibly weak in terms of physical ability and using genjutsu, but this is compensated by their amazing ability to use their mind to attack with telekinesis and telepathy. People in this bloodline are also unaffected by certain levels of genjutsu due to their vast mental development and chakra control.
This bloodline a a mental stamina bar in addition to a chakra bar. Using techniques from this bloodline uses chakra and mental stamina according rank of the technique. However, the user can choose to pay double the stamina in order to not use chakra. Techniques do not require handsigns unless specifically stated. Chakra control and reserves do not affect mental stamina amount/cost.

Amount of mental stamina:
Genin: 25
Chunin: 35
Special Jonin: 40
Jonin: 50
Kage: 75

Required Strengths: Intelligence and Chakra control in any particular order. Intelligence links to how much mental stamina is used. The strength leve; of Intelligence decreases the amount of mental stamina needed by the same amount as Chakra Control of the same level. Look at the chakra system for details.

Required Weaknesses:
Primary: Lightning jutsu, because when it hits it disrupts the communication of the brain to an extent, which is what the bloodline relies on.
Secondary: Durability
When it says, "Requires Gesture", you aim your hand or hands at the target. Your hands act as catalysts for many of the bloodline abilities.
Telekinetic Manipulation techniques cannot turn around attacks of the same rank, only lower.

Genin: People of this rank have only a basic understanding of what their minds can do. Manipulation of potential power is minimal at this level. Users of this bloodline are unaffected by genjutsu techniques D and under.

Techniques:

Basic Telepathy:
Rank: N/A
Range: 20 meters
Description: The user is able to communicate with a person with his/her mind. The user can use this to talk, and to 'scream' at opponents to distract them. The user can hear the thoughts of a person that opens their mind to the user. The user can sense the minds of anyone within range of this technique and get a general feel of what their emotions are.

Self-Levitation:
Rank: N/A
Range: 5 meters from the ground [Add 5 meters for every rank]
Description: The user can levitate naturally. The user can move around at the same speed most ninjutsu users of the same rank, and there is no problem in changing direction.

Light Telekinetic Push
Rank: E [Must gesture toward the target]
Range: 20 meters
Description: The user is able perform a light push against an object. This can be used to slightly alter the path of a blade, to stop an incoming kuni, and to make a kuni fly at the opponent faster.

Light Telekinetic Pull:
Rank: E [Must gesture toward the object]
Range: 15 meters
Description: The user can use this technique to pull light objects such as projectiles, swords, or scrolls toward them.

Light Telekinetic Shield:
Rank: D
Range: 1.5 meters
Description: The user is able to immediately throw up a spherical telekinetic shied around himself. This shield will stop any attacks rank D or lower along with one C rank, but the user cannot attack or perform jutsu until the shield is deactivated. The cost must be repaid if the shield is deactivated during the post and then activated again. Projectiles that hit this shield will bounce back toward where they originated at 2/3 the contact speed. The cost for this jutsu must be repaid every post if it is to be kept up, and once it has been shattered or deactivated it has a 2 post cool-off. [Telekinetic Shields are transparent, but shimmer the user's chakra color when hit.]

Telekinetic Enhancement:
Rank: E
Range: Body
Description: The user is able to make his/her blows deal more damage by adding force with the mind. Hits that connect during the post will do as much damage as someone of the same rank with strength as a tertiary strength. Using this does not increase attack speed.


Chunin: The user has tapped into the power of his mind, and can do much more that a lowly genin. The user is unaffected by genjutsu rank C and lower. Bloodline Genin level bloodline techniques are second nature to the user, and the user can choose to pay with mental stamina or chakra for bloodline genin level techniques.]


Average Telepathy:
Rank: N/A
Range: 30m
Description: The user is able to do everything Basic Telepathy can, and more. The user can also project a light 'static' into the target's mind. This kind of white noise makes thinking more difficult by agitating the target, but this is not as effective as shouting. However, it allows the user to think without focusing on shouting.

Average Telekinetic Manipulation:
Rank: C [Requires gesturing toward the target]
Range: 30m
Description: This technique allows the user to control the movements of an object to an extent. The user can easily deflect the path of projectiles as well as force them to fly back toward the enemy. This also allows the user to pull weapon's out of the weapon holders of the enemy, but this technique cannot target small objects such as the pin on a smoke bomb, or an enemy's eyeball [Forcing back moving shuriken is easy, but pulling them out of your opponent's hand/holster is impossible]. This technique is like "Force Push" or "Force Pull" in Star Wars, but it allows the user to manipulate an object into any direction. This move can push an opponent off his/her feet and back 10 feet, unless it is a taijutsu user with speed and strength as strengths, or a Assassin with speed as a primary strength, which will only push them back 5 feet. This technique does not allow you to "hold" someone, only push/pull them in a direction. Objects can be held, but not people.

Average Telekinetic Shield:
Rank: C
Range: 2 meters
Description: This technique is the same as the light telekinetic shield, but with some differences. This move can stop any number of techniques rank C and lower, as well as 1 B rank move. This technique will also send projectiles back at the opponent at the same speed they were thrown, as well as cause lightning jutsu to bounce back toward the opponent that are D-rank and lower. This technique has the same rules as Light Telekinetic Shield. The cost for this jutsu must be repaid every post if it is to be kept up, and once it has been shattered or deactivated it has a 2 post cool-off.

Powerful Telekinetic Enhancement:
Rank: D
Range: 5 meters
Description: Like telekinetic enhancement, the user is able to deliver a blow as if the user had Strength as a tertiary strength. This increases the power as well as the speed of the blow, and allows the force of the blow to travel up to 5 meters. In a sense, the user can punch the air in front of him, and the target will feel the force of the blow at 5 meters or less away. However, the opponent will not suffer cuts from a weapon that is in the user's hand if the target receives the blow through a medium. This technique shows its most promise under water, where fighting a water user is difficult due to the density of water compared to the air.



Stage Three: Jonin
The user is fully comfortable and adept at using the mind to manipulate objects, which shows in the increased potency of the attacks of the user. Also, the user in now able to perform other kinds of attacks besides telekinesis and telepathy. These attacks use mental energy in its raw form, and as such they unleash much more damage than telekinesis alone.
Users are unaffected by genjutsu techniques rank B and lower, and bloodline Genin attacks cost only one chakra point or Mental Stamina point, and Chunin level moves cost chakra only. As before, the user can pay with mental stamina instead of chakra if desired for bloodloine Chunin level moves.

Telepathic Networking:
Rank: N/A
Range: 50m
Description: The user has virtually mastered communication with the mind, and the user can now do much more than talk through telepathy. The user can also send images or "video feeds" to other people, so long as the user is actually experiencing the images sent. The user can also operate as a "conference call" to allow all members of a squad to talk to each other through a telepathic feed the user creates. Other people in the network, however, can only talk. Only the user can send visual and sensual information. The user is also able to hear all the thoughts of anyone within range, even enemies. Nobody except members of this bloodline can stop the user from hearing all their thoughts. When this is activated, it will take time for the user to realize that when conversing with someone, they may not mean everything that comes to mind, and that they are not necessarily lying when they don't say what they think.

Powerful Push:
Range: 50 meters
Rank: C [Requires Gesture]
Description: The user blasts the opponent(s) with a wave of telekinetic enemy, and sends them target at high speeds backwards with the same force as a taijutsu specialist that threw somebody. The air ripples with the power of the attack, and will demolish elemental barriers rank C and lower.

Expert Manipulation:
Range: 50 meters
Rank: A [Requires Gesture]
Description: The user is able to grab objects up to the size of a car with his mind, and manipulate them into any direction with decent force, enough so that it would take a taijutsu specialist or a bijuu user of the same rank to resist the force somewhat so long as they are on the ground. Once a target is in the air, it can still move its body freely, but will not have and control over where its body goes. The control of the user is so precise that the user can also yank all the tools of the enemy right out of their pouches, which is quite a surprise to most ninja who rely on them.[You can still perform jutsu and try to dodge stuff while being held by this, however you cannot control where your body goes.]

Solid Telekinetic Shield:
Range: 5 Meters
Rank: B
Description: This technique forms a giant, solid barrier around the user that will keep all techniques rank B and under from breaking through. This barrier will break after hit with an A-Rank technique. As before, the user cannot attack someone outside the barrier, however the user has become so proficient at using telekinesis that the user can perform other jutsu or attacks while inside the barrier. However, the jutsus performed inside the barrier cannot exit until the barrier has been let down, and the user runs the risk of self-inflicting damage due to the backslash of a jutsu. Usually, the users will perform the handsigns and mold the chakra, but not actually use the technique until the barrier has been shattered or deactivated. This shield costs are repaid every post to keep up, and once the shield is shattered or deactivated there is a 2 post cool-off before the next use. This technique also sends back projectiles at the same speed they were launched.

Multiple Psychic Manifestations:
Range: 75 meters
Rank: C [Requires Aiming at the target]
The user is able to focus his mental energy and chakra together to form 8 balls of psychic energy. These balls are launched from the hands of the user with telekinesis, and when they connect with an object each ball then explodes in a burst of chakra and telekinetic energy with 1/4 the power of an explosive tag. Each ball is roughly the size of a baseball, and flies at twice the speed of normal Shuriken. They can be launched as if shot from a giant shotgun, or shot out in a stream. These balls cannot go backwards, but can be manipulated in mid flight. They will not detonate until they touch something. Once they are 50 meters away, their flight paths cannot be manipulated. Once they are 75m away, the balls disintegrate. The balls are opaque, and are the color of the user's chakra.

Single Psychic Manifestation:
Range: 100m
Rank: C [Requires Aim]
This attack is the same as its predecessor, but it is a single ball that is the size of a volleyball. This attack moves at the same speed as the smaller ones, and has the damage capability of all 20 smaller balls combined and then some, making it as strong as 3 explosive tags. This ball cannot be manipulated once it is 50 meters away. Once the ball is 100m away, it disintegrates. The ball is opaque, and the color of the user's chakra.



Final Stage: Kage
The user is a master of using the mind in his attacks and in all aspects of his life. The user can best anyone at any test of intellect, and can do almost anything he puts his mind to. The attacks by the user are devastating, however such moves can be very costly. The user can now use bloodline chunin level moves and under with only one point chakra or mental stamina. The user can also use bloodline jonin level techniques with only chakra or mental stamina. The user is unaffected by genjutsu, except Tsukuyomi.

Master Telepathy:
Range: 100m
Rank: N/A
Description: The user has mastered the art of communicating with the mind. The user can now talk to any mind within range, and share any types of communication such as sound, visuals, and feelings. The user can also hear all thoughts and motives of the minds he connects to, and can make a "conference call" where all members included can share any sensory information they have as well as thoughts and speech. In short, it's like everyone being hooked up to 3-D web-cams. When a connection is made to someone, the user can choose not to let the other person hear his thoughts. Like, say, if you were listening to the thoughts of the enemy. The user can also create an unbearably loud mental "static" to keep the opponent from being able to do anything other than act on instinct. This allows the user to watch the enemy's reactions for patterns, and then use that to create a way to end the fight. However, this will not help much against taijutsu specialists, who normally react on instinct anyways. When under the static, the enemy will become easily agitated and be more rash in their actions.

Master Telekinetic Manipulation:
Rank: A [Requires Gesture]
Range: 100m
Description: The user has mastered the art of manipulating the movement of objects with his mind. This technique allows the user to manipulate massive objects such as buildings, small mountains, and bijuu. It also allows the user to do jobs as delicate as surgery or pull a hair out of someone's head. The user will also be able to grab opponents and sling them with little effort. Basically, the user can move anything wherever desired, however the targets will still have control over their bodies in every other aspect. The chakra of the opponent keeps the user from being able to do something like rip their eyes out while the enemy is alive. However, the user will be able to apply pressure to areas of the enemy's body, so that the opponent feels like they have been poked in the eye. To actually be so precise and use enough force so as to maim an opponent, the user would need 3 posts of nothing but strict concentration on the opponent. In a battle situation, you either have precision, power, or a mild mix of both. [I know, somewhat restrictive, but to be able to do both at max strength and precision would be an auto-kill, such as applying a load of pressure on the opponent's temples to crush their brain or knock them out. Even though you are a master of telekinesis, there has to be a way to keep users from auto-killing.]

Name: Psybeam
Rank: S
Range: 100m
Description: The user charges up a massive amount of Mental Stamina and Chakra for two posts. The user then unleashes it in a wave of destructive power. Trees are uplifted, barriers obliterated, and people tossed and battered in every-which-way. This move is like a mini nuclear-shockwave that blasts people off their feet and for hundreds of feet. This technique also inflicts third degree chakra burns to anything caught up in the blast. When this move is unleashed, a beam of telekinetic energy is sent into the sky as a signal of this awesome destruction. However, after his move is made, no bloodline techniques over D rank may be used for three posts because of the strain put on the user.

Stone Transformation Jutsu
Rank: S [Requires Gesture]
Range: 100 meters
Description: The user must charge up chakra and mental stamina for 2 posts. After that, the user unleashes a focused blast the size of a beach ball at the opponent that flies at twice the speed of shuriken. The ball can be manipulated at the speed that a Jonin can run, and can move in any direction. When the ball makes contact with an object, that entire object is instantly turned to stone. A living creature will not die from this, but only be perfectly preserved as a stone. This is as good a weapon as it is a way to preserve a wounded person until there is a way to treat them.

Stone Reversal Jutsu
Rank: S
Range: Contact
Description: The user comes in contact with something turned to stone, and floods the target with the same amount of mental stamina and chakra as with the jutsu that turned the object to stone. The target will then come "back to life" as they were when the jutsu hit, with no apparent side effects.

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan :Menamoran clan

History : Shrouded within the wave of heat is where the Menamoran clan thrive. This clan started as a simple cult that began to worship the volcano that they live upon. The Menamoran's one fateful night began their worshiping ceremony. The volatile mountain began to rumble sending them a wondrous gift. Within a flash of severe heat the Menamorans were granted with the ability to see heat signatures. As they began to hone this new found power the Menamoran clan realize that with this gift gave them a very high temperature with that they began to developed their own jusus. Being practical Doton users the Menamoran began to hone their new found heat source into their jutsus creating a new element Lava.
Abilities :
- Doujutsu- Thermal Sight
- Ability to perform Lava jutsu
- Ability to perform one handed jutsus ((Similar to the Hyouton bloodline))

Rules For Kekkei Genkai/Clan :
- Must have Fire and Earth as element
- One handed hand seals can only be used for one element.

Weakness :
- Can not use many taijutsu attacks
- Menamoran's are weaker in colder or humid climates
- A clan member must have a weakness to water and ice.

Strengths :
- Doujutsu Thermal Sight
- Katon jutsus performed are one rank higher
- immune to Katon jutsus
- Able to perform one handed and seals

Elemental Ethnicity : Kekkie Genkai
Description :This is a doujutsu similar, but not the same as Byakugan. The user can see heat signature from far distances even when enemies are hidden seeing as though one can not disguise their own heat signature. Another plus to this doujutsu is when one becomes a jounin they are able to read one's heat signature to see if they are trying to lie or deceive a Menamoran.

Description :When a Menamoran uses too many taijutsu attack their body become too hot even for themselves. A Menamoran opens their mouth and releases the heat from the mouth and ears creating a cloud of steam similar to the ones found in hot springs.

Elemental Ethnicity : Katon
Description : This jutsu also regulates the users body temperature raising their body temperature the user is able to ward off or even intimidate an opponent.

Jutsu Name:Lava Clone

Elemental Ethnicity :Lava Clone
Description :A clone made from mixing both earth and fire elements. The clone is very strongband very slow at the same time, also being made of lava defeating the clone becomes quite irk some fore the sole reason that a person will suffer second degree burns if they touch the clone.

Jutsu Name: Dragon Flash

Elemental Ethnicity : Katon
Description : Drawing their natural body heat into their hand the user is able to clap sending a a bright and very hot flash. The effects of this jutsu can cause slight first and second degree burns, along with temporary blindness.

Jutsu Name:Ignesous Armor
Rank : C
Elemental Ethnicity : Lava ((Sort of))
Description :This jutsu is form by a user drawing up magma/lava letting the molten earth cool the user can mold it into armor. This armor protect great against bladed attacks,and it can be broken by blunt weapons. A down side to the armor is that it is very bluky, and be hard to manuever around in.

Elemental Ethnicity : Lava
Description : After a series of hand seals the user holds the last hand seal. The wall can protect against many attacks, but this isn't a perfect wall the user feel pressure as each attack hits the wall. After so many attack the user can feel fatuige and be force to release the wall.

There are a couple thing.

1. Just bump up the reading minds to Jounin level

2. 12 balls is a bit much how about 9 for the Multiple Psychic Manifestationss

3. Expert Manipulation: You need to bump this up to at least A rank, You can hurl people into wall and take all there ninja weapons it a high powered jutsu.

Everthing else is great ooks like a awsome clan

Done. Reread the telepathic descriptions to make sure they are okay, and I put the thing about turning back attacks underneath weaknesses. and the manifestations has turned to 8 instead of 12.

Alright everything you edited id fine, but (I know I should have said this before sorry) But their needs to be a mental stamina point system for this Clan, unless I missed smething I dont really see a place were it is spelled out how much Stamina can be used.


Useing to much mental stamina should cause some type of headach like if a ninja uses to much chakra they get tired, maybe to much mental work starts headachs? This part is just an idea to make it more realistic its not really needed.

There is a mental stamina system on the style already, at the top.
Hmm...well psybeam has something like that on it about headaches. It makes it so that for 2 posts after you use it you cannot use any bloodline techniques over D-rank.

Well, if mental stamina gets low, then they will be fine because then their chakra can keep the mind fresh. They just can't use bloodline moves without enough mental stamina. But if the user is low on chakra, they will get tired just like everyone else does.

So then, approved? In case you can't tell, I'm eager to get started with using this clan XD

Name of Kekkei Genkai/Clan : Blacklight

History : After years of research and experiments, medical ninja succesfully revived an age old bloodline with the ability to transform bodyparts with enhanced chakra. These medical ninja created a virus with the effects of cancer and the common cold. The original clan was much weaker, but one trait they shared was dead on transformations. Medical ninja collected cells from the last of the line and inserted it into themselves and ninjutsu users and watched their power increase. Today, these infected ninja posses these unknown powers, only to use their powers when there is no other choice. Those who could master the infection spread eventually became weapons for any village to use. This was why they went into hidinig in the first place, but now they are revived, this time here to stay. The best of the line still live on in the world, but remain hidden, by time and possible planning.

Abilities : Added strength is common with this bloodline.
Can transform in any situation once mastered.
Though ninjutsu classes can have this bloodline, they have added taijutsu strentgh when in a weapon form.
Your transformation will make your mannerism and everything seem like the person you transformed into, you can even change your chakra signature.

Description : Though similar to many other bloodline techniques, this can be used without deadly effect. When in direct contact with another person, information and cellular structure can be copied. It takes three posts of direct contact to absorb enough to actually steal information, but just one touch to steal appearance and mannerisms. This technique leaves the target unharmed.

Description : This infection occurs in the eyes, giving them a dim orange tinge. With this, the user can see through smoke and easily locate their targets, nothing much else.

Description : The clenches their heart for their body will release over one hundred tendrals that are sharp as blades from all angles after a post of charge time. This is an area of effect attack so power still lacks. The user is damaged and must abrob to regain lost energy from such an attack. It can only be used three times in one day. [5 attempts to unlock]

Jutsu Name: Tendral Air Barrage

Elemental Ethnicity : N/A
Description : The user jumps into the air and curls tightly into a ball. After one post of charge time, they will released one hundred tendrals from their body, attacking everything on the ground and the air that's near the user. The tendrals from both jutsus stretch about 5m, so it's best to avoid anybody clecnhing their body. The special thing about this is, it effects everything in that area, creating a circle of tendrals. Can only be used three times in one day. [5 attempts to unlock]

Rank : A
Elemental Ethnicity : N/A
Description : The user can now focus the tendrals into their hands and push forward, releasing an extreme 50 foot release in one direction, though not very strong, the very lentgh of this attack can scare away the toughest of enemies, if you are in it's direct area, you will be forced backwards until the 50 feet end, or you hit an obstacle. [10 attempts to unlock]

Jutsu Name: Critical Mass

Elemental Ethnicity : N/A
Description : The infection can now be channled into the user's hands more powerfully. With two posts of charge time, the user can release a 50 foot barrage a tendrals, but it can be held for two posts and directed anywhere, this is one of the most powerful techniques of this bloodline and can only be used once a day. [20 attempts to unlock]

Musclemass Power: Probably the most fair power there is, this increase strength, speed, and ability to jump, all muscles, including the heart, get stronger. Whipsfist Power: This doesn't increase your natural talents, but instead, gives you an advantage against ranged opponents, bringing them closer for a quick kill and latching on to surfaces. Can only be used in life or death situations, but when mastered, can be used whenever. There is a blade like edge on the end of the whip, it enters the enemy and spreads, connecting them to you for a second, just enough time to pull them over to you, it will not harm them though unless use like an actual whip. [7 complete absorbs to learn, 7 uses to master]

I would contend with this on one simple point...

How do you block it? ... any of the techniques... how do you dodge?


For Instance:

The user will also be able to grab opponents and sling them with little effort. Basically, the user can move anything wherever desired, however the targets will still have control over their bodies in every other aspect. The chakra of the opponent keeps the user from being able to do something like rip their eyes out while the enemy is alive. However, the user will be able to apply pressure to areas of the enemy's body, so that the opponent feels like they have been poked in the eye.


Let's say I choose to have my partner hold a sword out. Are you saying that you can simply Psychicly grab me and toss me into the sword with no ability to stop the movement?

The problem with Psychic abilities is that they don't have a Dodge or Evasion rating. Its very hard to fight against, becasue there is nothing physical to fight with. You saying that you can break into my mind and SCREAM whenever you want, is kind of cheap itself. Do I not get a chance to save from the effect?

Mental powers are cool, but really hard to deal with in conventional ways. I can see this potentially becoming VERY powerful and being abused by people. Automatically, I can imagine people using it to Godmod and sense people coming at all times and detect people in stealth and all other kinds of "Psychic' ability which make things very annoying to deal with.

Telekinesis is one thing ... Telepathy is another. I think there's a lot more to be dealt with here then was thought of, which is why I would still like to be kept in the loop when dealing with Bloodlines.

Its workable, but it needs to be handled properly and have it's limitations defined VERY clearly. I dont have a problem with Telekinetic concepts. His Telekinetic Atom bomb technique sounds Awesome!

HOWEVER, when you move into the realm of affecting other people's bodies through pure psychic manipulation, well... that's a different manner.

With the Nara Clan, there's something to dodge. With Wind, there is something to resist, and in some cases avoid.

...with psychic control and manipulation... there's nothing there to combat or fight back agaisnt, or even dodge. Its a very difficult concept to deal with in a battle scenario.

First, on the telepathy:

Through Chuunin rank, enemies can keep me out of their head if they
A. already know about my bloodline, and put up a barrier from the beginning.
B. Figure out that I am using telepathy, and shut me out.

Also, with screaming in the first two stages, you can "scream", but it takes effort with your mind. You can't very well focus on screaming into your opponent's mind and manipulate an object at the same time. If you did, neither would be at full strength.

If you want, I can make it so that there is a mental stamina cost for forcing your mind into an enemies and to keep it there. How does 5 mental stamina points per post sound?

Telekinesis: There are a couple ways to dodge the technique:

1: Turn invisible with the assassin technique. The telepathy can only tell the user a very general direction of where a conscience is, not the exact location.

2: You see the requires gesture on the manipulation techniques? Well if something is moving faster than the user can aim his arm at, then he won't be able to grab it with his mind. So a taijutsu user or assassin, especially in the later stages, would be able to move faster than the tracking speed of the arm.

The sword scenarion: I assume that you mean the jonin and kage levels? Well, as I said at the end of the post for the kage level one, you either get a lot of power, or you get focused power. If I wanted to force a weapon master's blade back into him, I would have to focus on the blade more because it is smaller. The weapon master should have enough wrist strength to force the blade back.
I wouldn't be able to push the blade into him because if I went with the "more power" route, then it would end up pushing my entire opponent back instead of just the blade. Do you see the difference?

Occupying someone's mind should definitely cost you mental strain, and should be avoidable with good intelligence/chakra control.

I think there also needs to be a mental strain cooldown, which forces your character to have posts in between mental powers. Somethign like a C-rank requires you to wait one post before using another mental ability

B&A - 2 posts... S rank, 3 posts.

1. This needs to be spelled out in the rules so its not abused.

2. That's fine, but it again, needs to be spelled out.

3. I was actually only referring to the LEVEL of control they have. Is it COMPLETE control, like I control your body going up, left, right, down in the air until I release it, or is it a focused BLAST concept, where, I lock on and move my hand right and it Slingshots you through the air?

Scenario:

Havik is holding a Sword stright out in front of him. Hikaru runs at Mayu, Mayu uses the jutsu in question and grabs control of Hikaru. Could Mayu then control Hikaru's body to fly into the sword that havik is holding and kill him without Hikaru having any chance to stop it or move his body out of the way somehow?

The concepts of Power vs precisio0n need to be defined more clearly. its too airy of a concept for people to work with just reading it as is. Maybe you understand it and know the proper limits, but what about the RPer that walks in tomorrow who doesnt have your experience and background with the bloodline?
