Not so much from the question, but as to why there were blue flamingos flying around the room. " Wha? Buh, uh, naaah I aint gonna tell anyone. Woah, look at the size of that one!" Doctor Lothar cried out, thinking he was pointing at an exceptionally large flamingo, which instead turned out to be a nurse with exceptionally large...........assets. The nurse then proceeded to punch Doctor Lothar square in the face, sending him flying into the wall, while she walked away in anger, muttering something about "no courtesy in the workplace." Doctor Lothar lay against the wall, his nose bleeding and twisted in a new way, probably broken, but the sake was safe. "That........that dang flamingo......it tried to steal my sake........" he began muttering, while the rest of the hospital staff just continued along their way, having gotten used to Doctor Lothar's weekly stupid stunts.

Tsuki shook her head, though had a smile on her face. When he started in on Flamingos, Tsuki raised an eyebrow, and turned around, wondering what the heck he had been talking about. Tsuki's face turned some what similar to '-.-'. When Lothar's face was smashed in by the nurse, Tsuki bent down, and prodded carefully. "Eh, can't say you didn't deserve that..." She proceeded to clean his nose with a cloth, a smile set on her face. It was pretty funny, though she ha no idea what he had been referring to when he called the lady a flamingo.
"Just reach out and grab your dreams. If not, who will?"

"Buh? What have I ever done to make flamingos attack me?!?" Doctor Lothar said, wondering why the girl found it fitting for flamingos to attack him out of nowhere. Shaking the thoughts out of his head, he turned to the girl once more, saying "So, miss redhead, did you come here just to exchange sake cups with me? I mean, if thats all then thats ok, I'm fine with that, just curious."

Tsuki raised an eyebrow at the man, and tossed the cloth that she had been wiping him up with away. "Eh? No actually. Firstly, I came to boast, that's over. Apparently, I came to drink, and that's over. I guess you could say that I couldn't wait...so thirdly, I want to train. That is, if you haven't lost your touch over my brief time away sempai." Tsuki rose to her feet, and crossed her arms over her chest, waiting for a reply.
"Just reach out and grab your dreams. If not, who will?"

Doctor Lothar looked at the girl incredulously after she voiced her accusation. "Lost my touch?!?!? BAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Who's lost their touch!?!?!" Forming a few handseals, Doctor Lothar said "Jinto!" and touched a passing intern on the leg. The man fell over on his side, the leg now numb, as he desperately tried to move his leg. "That, right there, is the numbing technique. Instead of using narcotics, we like to use that to dull someone's pain. Here, try it on me!" Doctor Lothar said, the sake imparing his judgement too much to think about what he had just said.
- Numbing Technique [Jinto no Jutsu]
As its name suggests, this jutsu acts as a local anesthetic, numbing the nerves around an area and dulling one's sense of pain. This jutsu is generally proffered to narcotics on the battlefield since it doesn't hinder the mind.

{Well, the med nin bonus is equal to the chakra control bonus, so then I'd just get one since shinobi type bonuses don't stack for training. But since this is at training ground, that DOES stack to my type, so it's a -3 for training!}

Tsuki smirked as she watched his hand seals. "Now there's the Lothar I've come to enjoy!" She nodded his head at the explanation, seeing how this was different from the other techniques she had learned. Tsuki briefly wondered if numbing his brain would have an effect, or if the sake had already performed the duty. She replayed the handseals in her head, and copied them over and over, until she could hammer them out in a short amount of time. After 15 minutes, Tsuki saw the man's leg twitched, and apparently he took notice, for he got up as fast as he could and bolted away from Lothar.

Tsuki knelt infront of Lothar, her hands charged with purple colored chakra. Tsuki quickly weaved the seals, and refined her chakra to the numbing trait she needed to perform the technique. Her hands moved to Lothar's nose, which she touched lightly on either side. Immediately he should feel, or shouldn't feel any pain that had been emitting from that area. "Well? Did it work sempai?" Tsuki angled her head to the left, and lifted a single eyebrow, letting the chakra fade from her hands.
"Just reach out and grab your dreams. If not, who will?"

Doctor Lothar tried to move the cartilage in his nose after the procedure, only to find, to his horror, that he could not. "AHH! MY NOSE! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY NOSE! ITS G- oh its still there." Lothar commented as he touched the nose he could not move, half from the numbing technique and half from the brokenness. "Well, I guess I'll teach you the one technique in medics that people actually know about- How to heal!...........geez, thats kinda stupid that they dont teach all med nin at the beginning....." he remarked as he went through a few handseals before creating the most well known medical jutsu ever: The small orb of chakra, that magically healed wounds. Lothar pushed it into his own face, absorbing the chakra and healing part of his face, but not all the way. "Alright, you know what to do. Restore unto me my most beauteous face!"

LT's Beer Run!
In an instant of leaping and beauteous leprechaun joy, A well famous and sexy jounin with white and silver hair streaming in the wind behind him as he sprinted through the halls of the hospital being chased by various interns, medical-nin, security guards, and of course beautiful females. LT jumped from wall to wall, to the gurney, back to the wall, to a patients broken legs, on the shoulders of a guards, back to the wall, the ceiling, back to the same patients broken legs, back to the wall, off a clipboard, back to the wall and finally landed perfectly on his feet and still kept up his sprint as papers and medical supplies lay strewn out behind him, with about a dozen hospital personnel running after him screaming at the top of their lungs for him to 'Stop!' and 'Sir you cant bring that in here!'
One guard saw the famed Jounin coming his direction and tried to take a swing at the man, but LT was too fast for him and ducked easily under the attack and added a very very harmless and weak upper cut to the guards nose. Not really hurting the man at all, just leaving him more embarrassed than anything due to the fact that LT never really hit the man at all, but instead left and Giant Purple Hello Kitty Pen up the guard's nose and he continued on his journey. In the blink of an eye, Tares arrived at his destination of the hospital and skidded to a halt right next to Doctor Lothar. "I heard you were running out of fire water old man, came by to drop some more off for ya. But the hospitals regulations forbade me from entering with 56 bottles of assorted liquor for the man who saved my life on more than one occasion." LT folded his arms as if nothing had happened, while in the background the personnel were still in a uproar trying to catch up to the intruder. LT slid off his back pack full of whiskey and rum and beer, and handed it to the Good doctor. LT eyed the girl standing next to him for a second then Tares turned and flicked Dr. Lothar in the nose as an indication of good bye. But before vanishing into thin air, LT planted a kiss on Tsukihana's lips before she could react or do anything to respond. LT was a handsome devil and upon the kiss many bystanders who were female giggled in excitement or passed out due to his raw sexiness. Before any thing could be even thought of, or faster than any brain could comprehend LT vanished down the hallway and around the corner and out of sight, with several guards and interns running after him.
Thus end the tale of LT's Beer Run
