(Don't worry guys I'm still here as well you cant lose me that easily)

Just then someone grasped her shoulder and looked her in her eyes"Don't worry my Blossom we will not lose him Itachi is just like my brother he is strong and will pull through I am sure about it as I am sure that I Love you and All my children. I sent Mokuren to my brothers old hid out for any kind of cure he might have been working on to this diseases I just hope either her or Tsunade have found one in time.

 Tsunade easily keeps up with Akari as they rush to the hospital. Tsunade practically busts the door of the hinges when she gets to the room. She sees three nurses, two blobs of pink hair, a black haired ninja and a face on a table, which she assumes as Itachi. "Alright everyone, make way," Tsunade said as she pushed her way through the crowd to get to Itachi's body. She puts her ear to his chest his heart rate, "Whats his status?" Tsunade asks, her ear still on Itachi's chest.

"His heart rate is weak, shallow breathing and his temp is 108 I don't know what is wrong with him Master. I've ran his blood many times when he first told be about this diseases but I can't find what attacking him at all. I hope you have some answers are an antidote for my son Master." Answered Sakura as she handed over a clipboard with Itachi's information on it.

Tsunade quickly scans the chart and nods, handing it back to Sakura. Tsunade opens the book on the top of her pile and sets it down on the table, while she scans the page she mutters to Akari, "You can put down some of the books if you'd like." Tsunade continues to scan the pages for answers, but she sees nothing popping out at her. "Akari, Sakura and others, grab a book and READ! If you find anything that might help, tell me."

Akari blinked at everyone standing around her brother for a second before shaking it off and picking up one of the books she had just set down. Realizing the books wouldn't make any since to her after reading the first sentence of the first page, she looked at Itachi again.
"Tousan?" She said, looking up at Sasuke because Sakura was reading, "What's going on?"

(sorry for such a big picture)  Sasuke puts a hand on Akari's shoulder and pulls her and him out of the group so that way they can get out of the way. "I'm not entirely sure, but what i do know is that Itachi's...sickness...is acting up. Almost every year, he has to stop doing missions since his whole body just about shuts down."
He pauses to look over at the group, "Some how we have managed it, but this one is one of the worst ones yet...I'm sorry. I shouldn't be talking like that about your brother...my son...its just so sad to see him like this. Even though he is an extremely talented shinobi.

Where looking for any diseases that would explain rapid heating of the body, lost consciousness and complete color loss in eyes. are the symptoms so if you see anything like that in your book tell me or Tsunade ok sweetie and you too Sasuke.

Sasuke returns the worried look to Akari. He grabs the nearest book and begins to scan the pages when a light bulb turns on in his head. "i have an idea, instead of going through all of these books...I can just go get Shikumaru-san. He is from the Nara and their like...genius's when it comes to medical stuff...maybe i should go get him..." He looks around at the group in hope.

Sasuke nods and sprints out of the room. "Now...if i were Shikamaru-san...where would i be...?" Sasuke sighs and smiles, glad he knows what Shika loves to do.
He lands on the roof a building about 10 minutes after he left the hospital. He sees a familiar head of spiky hair and walks over. "Shikumaru-san...um..." Sasuke doesn't speak anymore until he has Shikumaru's attention.
