 The blonde looked dubious, not being entirely sure how time might offer an explanation for eating stones. 'Um, if you say so...speaking of eating...this whole thing has made me kind of hungry. Um, not for...rocks, though.'

'I guess I'll go look,' Goosie agreed, having slowly begun to exhaust her resources of fruits that grew on the outskirts of the ruined city. Plus she'd simply tired of them. She started to walk and the came to a halt, realizing a crucial error in judgment. 'Wait, when you say food, you mean alive stuff, don't you?'

The blonde nodded, turning and tugging on her sleeves as she left the circle and headed for the woods.

Goosie returned to the circle much later, looking a fair bit worse for wear. Her hair was disheveled and she'd garnered several rips and tears in her clothes, however, she had walked away successful. The blonde was carrying several varieties of fruit bundled in her arms. She knelt by the magic circle, fumbling with one of her nearby tops and then laying the rations down on it once she'd made room for them.

'Okay, I'll move them farther away then?' Goosie asked, not about to argue over it. She bundled the fruit up in her spare shirt and brought it all over to her clothes pile, setting it down again and then sitting beside her food and belongings.

Goosie turned her head back to look at the change as the colors began to shift, seeming bewildered. 'I-I didn't do that, did I?' She asked uneasily, clambering to her feet and taking several generous steps back.
