Bradley nodded and shrugged, walking by her with a rush of freezing air. In three steps exactly, thunder exploded across the sky and Bradley smirked, clearly satisfied. He stopped a few meters ahead of her and looked back with a teasing face. "Well, come along, you're not scared of the big bad monster, now are you?"

Marie shivered, it was an unexpected cold, and it was hard for her to feel cold. She watched as he paused, the lightning flashed, and he smirked. "There are few things that could frighten me." She said with a teasing gleam in her eyes as she caught up to him. .

(Naw, I was filming my sister's movie. And editing it.)
Bradley's face went suddenly blank, the friendly smirk gone. He turned towards her, and pushed her against a building behind her. His eyes were convincingly malicious as he pinned her against the wall, his entire body rigid. A sadistic grin spread across his face as he looked at her, eyeing the artery that taunted him with its constant beat. He moved his face down towards her warm neck, inhaling deeply. He lifted his face right beside her ear before whispering, "Scared now?" in a barely audible tone that could've chilled nearly anyone to the bone.

Marie winced at the slight pain she felt as her back hit the wall. At his look, and his stance, the human part of her told her she should be terrified, the vampire part of her wasn't intimidated. So inside there was a mixture of emotions and reactions. As he moved to her neck, she shivered, and whether it was of fear or excitement was beyond her. All in all it was quite exhilarating, and she could sense the adrenaline pumping through her veins, and her already fast heart sped up. She tried to speak, and it took her a moment or so. "I...I...I don't know." She said honestly, for it was nearly impossible to decipher exactly what she was feeling. .

(Filming? Absolutely. Editing? Not really. Takes wayyy more patience than you'd expect.)
Bradley moved his head back, hearing her increased heartbeat. Oh, how easy it would be to stop that frantic beat. He looked her straight in the eye, his muscles flexing for a second before going rigid once more. The gold in his eyes gleamed as he spoke with his accent completely uncovered. "You don't know?" He responded, his voice still chilly. He dropped his head once more, running the coldness of his nose along her burning neck as he inhaled once more. "Tell me, are you more scared or something else?"

( it seems it would be that way, and that does make sense, you have to piece everything together so it flows right.. )
Marie's breathing increased as her gaze met his briefly. She couldn't answer his first question, for she was still stunned, as before. By the time she was about to speak, he moved back to her neck, and she forgot what she was going to say as his skin touched hers. She closed her eyes and heard the second question. "I can't tell what I feel. All I know is that it is exhilarating, and I don't know whether or not its because I'm scared, Or something else..." She tried to explain. .

(Right, plus editing clips down to the 100th of a second. I averaged a minute an hour.)
Bradley chuckled a light chuckle, raising his head back up. "Exhilarating, my dear?" He responded, his eyes still gleaming. He then wondered whether her seeming entrancement was because of who he was or rather what he was. He smiled softly, inspecting her face and hearing the incredible rhythm of her heart beating away. "I'm not sure I understand."

Marie tried to control her breathing, which she hoped in turn would help steady her heart. She kept her eyes closed as she fought internally, not sure whether or not she wanted the feeling to stop. Marie opened her eyes slowly, looking up at him and his change in dispositon as he spoke. She gave a small laugh. "You don't understand? Well, it's not like I do either." She said, biting her lip. .

(That doesn't even begin to cover it. emo )
Bradley smiled softly, not bothering to move, though he did relax considerably. "I didn't figure you did. Unless you were holding out on me." He teased with a soft smile and glinting golden eyes. He inspected her face again, considering his next question which he was pretty scared to ask. "Do you.. know if your adrenaline spiked because of what I am.. or who I am?" He asked, looking down at her, hoping she'd be able to answer.

Marie took a deep breath before trying to answer. "You mean because you are a Vampire." She said quietly, so only he could hear. "I don't think so..." She said sincerely. "If it was, it's not what my mind registered..." What it did register was how close he was to her. She found herself fighting the urge to pull him back to her, to feel his touch again. It was definatly something she had never found herself wanting to do so badly before, and it was suprising, and new to her. .

With her first response, Bradley nodded slowly, as if to agree with her interpretation of what she meant. He listened to her words and accepted them as the truth as her tone suggested they were. He smiled softly before his nose once again trailed across her neck. However this time, instead of pulling his head back up completely, he paused when their noses were aligned and close enough that he could feel the warmth of her skin. He looked into her eyes, her half-breed eyes that in a single day he had grown to know he could never live without.

Marie's breathing became shallow once again, and the feeling grew. She leaned her head against his as his nose brushed her neck, and as he lifted his head to look at her again, she placed a hand on the side of his face. The eternal cold of his body was oddly comforting to her heat. It balanced it out. She gazed into his golden eyes and saw the depth to them, the life, the endless amount of time ahead. .

Bradley watched her, listening to her breathing and heartrate. When her hand was placed on the side of his face, he leaned his face slightly into her hand, still inspecting the windows to her soul. He lowered his face to be as parallel to hers as he could manage. He ran the top of his icy hand along her jawline, barely breathing at all.

Marie bit her lip. The internal battle continued, however it was between her brain and her heart this time. As he moved closer to her level, and ran his hand against her jawline, her heart seemed to leap in her chest, and its rapid beating didn't help. Upon her touch, Bradley leaned his lips into hers, formally starting their kiss. He moved his hand slowly to the back of the side of her neck, feeling the intense heat against his ice cold. In that moment, he had lost all common sense, though he really didn't care. She was worth the risk, and he had the upperhand anyway.
