"I'm getting a bad feeling... a horrible sickening feeling Hiryo." Kudo said gently sitting down beside the trunk and leaning against the wall, his head gazed up at a spot on the ceiling. "I'm afraid that because I've become so close to you, such good friends... that something's gonna go wrong.. that someone is going to be hurt. I don't want that, I don't want you hurt and I don't want myself hurt. I'm just getting paranoid I think..." Kudo closed his eye and lowered his head. His ears were pressed against his head and his tail hung limply around his waist. He opened his eye and turned to look at Hiryo.

Hiryo pulled Kudo towards him wrapping his smaller body against the other protectivly. "Nothing will go wrong and comeing from me that is a big promise." He rested his head on Kudo's shoulder. "I mean that though. I won't let anything go wrong."

Kudo held onto Hiryo's smaller form and he frowned a little to himself. "If you say so Hiryo, I'm hoping that you're right. I'd rather..." He was then cut off by an interupting cough.
"Sorry to interupt sweeties, but you got everything sorted out? I just need to know where Hiryo'll be sleeping and maybe a preference on dinner?" Zan said smiling a little embaressed to interupt the two, but she did have authority although it wasn't very good seeing as Kudo was only three years younger and the wolf in the basement was only 1 year younger.

Hiryo nodded slowly. "Kudo said it would be alright if I slept in his room." He didn't know what to eat for dinner. "ANything for dinner is fine." He said softly shrinking back in Kudo arms. It wasn't that he was afriad of Zan knew people made him feel so shy.

Kudo tightened his grip reassuringly onto Hiryo, telling him he was there. "Thanks mother. No preference either."
Zan smiled, closed her eyes and then opened them a second later. "Okay, beds all set up and dinner will be in an hour okay? I'll add another chair to the table... good thing we have a bigger house isn't it?" She winked.
Kudo gently let go of Hiryo and stood up. "Come on Hiryo, we can talk more in my room, I have a feeling Zan was playing mage while we were gone... she always tries to 'magically enlarge' the house." He chuckled a little.

Hiryo stood walking after Kudo. "Magically enlarge the house? How?" He said confused. "Zan is a mage like Sheridan?"

Kudo laughed as he took the trunk, headed towards his room and set it down inside the room. He paused in the doorway and spun to face Hiryo laughing more. "She is the 'Elite Ninja Fox Mage'. She's a very highly respected ninja, a fox woman, and she's particularly good with magic. A mage she calls herself because she doesn't like the word witch or wizard. Are you prepared to see what she did? I find it a tad creepy Hiryo." Kudo stepped out of the way to his room and let Hiryo in to see it.
Although the room in no way changed the outside or inside of the house it was considerably larger. Next to Kudo's bed a foot or three away was Hiryo's new bed, and there was a trunk at the end of Kudo's bed and the trunk Kudo just brought in moved itself to Hiryo's bed, or rather, the magic Zan put into the room made it organize itself. The rest of the room was awesome, the ceiling was a little higher and lit with lights as well as the walls being green patterened. The carpet was fluffy and felt soft like rabbit fur though of course it wasn't real. It was a brownish color and there was still a window from last time and Kudo's TV seemed to have mount itself to hang from the ceiling.
"She went a little too far... it's way too fancy... oh well, I'm sure she enjoyed it and the rooms bigger now, which is good right Hiryo?" The fox smiled at his bluenette friend.

Hiryo glanced around his toes digging into the soft plusie like carpet. He walked over to his bed silently and sat on is before giggling and slipping beneath the covers as if he was some burrowing creature and smiled looking back at Kudo on all fours. "It is wonderful."

Kudo had to keep from letting out a childish laugh as he watched his friend. He closed the door behind him and plopped onto a couch which was against the platform that the beds were placed on. The platform was only a foot or two off the ground so it wasn't bad to step onto. "I'll make sure Zan knows you like it."

Hiryo sunk out of the covers looking at the trunk. "I didn't think I had enough stuff to fill this size of a trunk." He tapped it with a foot it was a good size trunk. Shadda had picked out a few outfits for him but not that much.

"We'll get you more stuff Hiryo. Zan's an author and her books sell really well so it's not like we're poor or anything." Kudo said putting his hands behind his head and closing his eyes.

Hiryo opened the chest and pulled out a small tan cat plushie with little white wings and purple eyes. He snuggled it suprised and rumaged in the chest some more. A set of books by Mercedes Lackey, a comb set, and a skirt? All things that he had never seen before where in there as well as a letter.
'To Hiryo from Sahil.'
"Sahil?"
