"Hm?" Rakuna looked up as Alex spoke to him. He listened in silence. "You're right. But you asked and thus I indulged you. We're both at fault. And you're right about me not liking you that way. But that's only becuase I think not of those possibilities..." What the hell am I saying? I shouldn't be thinking of it at all!!!

"It is. It made finding a good job really hard. They all assumed I was 'jumping in' a little too early. So I was really happy when I got this job without much resistance." He sighed running a hand through his hair. "For the next couple of days, I suggest we familiarize ourselves with this island, gather supplies, and then start building a raft."

"Time to sleep then. He stood up and retrieved the pelt. "It's good and dry now, and warm. Perfect!" He brought it over to Alex. "Here, this is your blanket from now on. As we catch more animals, it'll get bigger. Maybe I can make a sail from the pelts too!" He tilted his head thinking.
