Silva looked at Silver then at the river and noticed that they were coming up fast, she then looked over at Silver and took a deep breath "Silver you have to fly, all you have to do is open your wings, now open your wings and flap!" she called out

"This is not the way the flying ceremony goes at all but I'll try." Silver opened her wings and flapped and amazingly she was staying airborne she began to learn the patterns of the winds and glided on them carving the air with her wings and landed safely in a tree only problem is upside-down. Silver laughed.

Silva looked back to see Silver landing on a tree upside down and started laughing till she noticed how close she was to the water "uh oh.." she said and cannonballed into the river, the current was really strong and it took a while for her to swim back up to the surface

"A friend of my dad's ended up just like this her first time flying too that's why I am laughing." Silver said as she uprighted herself that she learned from her father before even branching.

Once Silva resurfaced she soon tried to swim against the current "SILVER!!!" she called out before she went underwater again

Silver thought quickly she had to think quickly she grabbed a large branch and held it out for Silva.

As Silva regained to the surface again, she spotted a branch held out to her and quickly grabbed it with her teeth "i got it" she muffled, she continued to swim so she wouldn't get swept away by the current

Silver pulled on the branch trying to get her up. "Umm, Silva I am a fourth of your size help would be nice." Silver said.

"I'm trying, i'm swimming against the current here" Silva muffled as she continued to swim till she spotted what looked like a foothold and placed her left hind leg on it and jumped up to the branch, she almost didn't make it but she had her forelegs on the branch and tried to get up "Geez, that was fierce" she said

Silver lay on the ground sprawled out her wings aching from trying to pull Silva on shore.

"Sorry for the trouble" Silva said as she got on the shore, she then went as far from Silver as possible and shook her body to get the water out of her fur

"I've only met the Tytos," Galea chirped softly to her company, Nyra. "We aren't the only kind, I knew that, but I've never seen 'em before." She then started to clean her feathers, using her beak to pull out some of the dust and gravel that stuck to them. Galea hooted nevously, unaware of typical customs of having company over, "So, Nyra, can I get you anything?"

Nyra nodded as Galea offered to get her something. "My dearest Galea you are a Tyto and you are a supreme ruler of this world, wouldn't you like that." Nyra said as she preened her feathers.
"You Silva are HEAVY for me anyway." Silver said panting.

"I said i was sorry didn't i?" Silva asked as she scratched her ear for a moment and looked at the wall "looks like I got a long climb ahead if we're going to get out of here" she said
