Well I like any hand helds actually. >w< Ya know like GameBoy-fatboy, Neo Geo pocket, GBA +SP, etc... Nintento did most of the hand helds back in the day. XDD;

Hmmmm, I would suppose because it's something small and personal that you can take with you just about anywhere especially on long boring trips. xDDDD;;;
I remember I used to take my fatboy (gameboy) with me to the laundry mat along with my pet rats sometimes when my mom would go do her laundry there... That was one of the times when we didn't have a washer or dryer at home. >__> The people at the laundry mats really got a kick out of my pet rats. xDDD;;; Oh silly little rats! heart

Aaah, I suppose my close and personal stuff has always been stories. When i couldn't write I would draw to tell the story instead. Its the only reason I do art. When i ran out of paper i would draw on the walls, when i had nothing to write with I would carve using my nails. Really badly i wanted to write and read and tell stories, though it wasn't until 2nd grade that after I was transferred to a different school was I taught how to write and read. Though I never got good grades with every test they took to test my intelligence it was always very high. While I would miss smaller basics I would know a lot of things above my level. Though they did only take those tests while they where giving me other tests to try to prove I was ether stupid or insane so they could try to force my mom to put me on medication ^^; But all that had been wrong with me was nothing, i just had a lot of energy and the teachers didn't know how to deal with it. So I suppose that's why they always looked for excuses as to why I did bad in school. But, my hand helds have always been writing or art.
Which is also why i hate INCORRECT grammar nazis. Ones that even after you flash the dictionary in their face.. keep insisting they are correct.. ^^;
The laundry mat sounds like it was fun. You used to have pet rats?

Oh no Ty, don't get me wrong I've always been heavily into drawing and writing as a child as well, more so drawing than writing though. The reason I also like hand helds is because I do like having that little personal thing that I can play with by myself and it doesn't belong to anyone else. That way I don't really have to share. I mean when I was growing up I didn't have many things that were my own except for my art.
The laundry mat was so boring which is why I often took hand helds or my pet rats with me to entertain myself often. When I was younger I always had pet rats and stuff. Then at one point I told my mom I wanted a cat because I was sad that my rats only had such a short life span... However my cat had a unfortunately short one too since she died when she was like 3 or 4... D: Cuz she got hit by a car...

*huggles* It's ok, it's happened so long ago now. Hmmm, I think it happened in 2004?
We only had a Nintendo for like ever I eventually got a Super Nintendo around the time of the Game Cube I think...? xDD;; Mainly cuz I've always hated 3d games. Also I've come to notice that 3d games with crazy camera views and angles make me motion sick. xD;;;;

Well Ty, there's nothing I could think of to tell you why I get motion sickness from 3D games with crappy cameras it's an oddity that's for sure....!
I don't normally get motion sickness either, which is really weird! Cuz I can read in a moving car but for some strange reason I can't watch some one play COD, nor do I really want to watch that but I usually don't mind watching people play games. >__>;
