Spade looked at Aquaria suprised and on the verge of tears. "What's wrong?" She said. Spade didnt like what she was feeling, and she was hoping it would go away.

Seraphiel put her hand on Spade's shoulder and offered neutral emotions for her to fall upon.

"It's nothing," Aquaria said quietly. "I'm fine." She looked down and tried to suppress the memories.

Garin looked hurt by that. "I don't want for you to hurt yourself over me," he said, squeezing her hands.

Aquaria stood obediently, not moving as Garin took her hands. She looked away slightly. "It's over what I said, what I did," she whispered. "I hurt you, and I feel remorse for it. I have to forgive myself for it."

Garin looked at her for a moment and then kissed her forehead. "I love you, so much," he murmured to her. "Know that. nothing you did will ever change that."

Aquaria looked at Garin briefly and then stepped back a little. She nodded almost imperceptibly.

Aquaria wanted to explain what had happened to Spade and Seraphiel, but didn't want to risk upsetting Garin. She thought those two should know those events at least.

Garin could tell that Aquaria wasn't comfortable with him around, so he forced himself to walk towards the shore alone.
