Zane takes a deep breath and forms a single seal with one hand, still holding onto his blade. Zane uses Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique) to release a beam of boiling hot water from his mouth towards Zane. Wether it hit or not, it didn't matter to him, if Blade dodged it he would use the chance to dissapear from sight once more and attack.

Reiniku had been watching from the shadow of a nearby tree behind Zane and the unknown Shinobi, He had been practicing his "Meisai no Jutsu (Camouflage Technique)" and his timing to practice had paid off so far as he seemed to be relatively unnoticed. He was attempting to form a general idea of what was happening as he saw his own Kage draw his blade against a village sannin of whom Reiniku only knew off due to the sannin's rank within the village.
It was only when they began to fight that Reiniku took any real concern for the situation. I do not think that Zane would act this way...Something has to be affecting him...and seeming on how he began to act this way only when the new shinobi appeared it must be him. Reiniku thought, quickly forming a simple plan in his mind as he watched the Kage fight Blade. If I interrupt the new shinobi then perhaps the affect may slip....He is probably a higher rank then I though if he can manipulate Zane in this manner...I should be extra careful this time....
Reiniku began to form handsigns at a rapid pace, he skipped calling out the name of the jutsu for stealth's sake as he chose the unknown shinobi as the target for his jutsu. Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)... He thought as he finished the last handsign for the jutsu, silently praying that the jutsu took effect. Reiniku took one final breath before he moved out from the shelter of the tree, his Meisai no Jutsu (Camouflage Technique) canceling almost instantaneously once he left the area of the tree. Moving as fast as he could Reiniku dashed towards the Shinobi, as he reached the range needed to attempt to place a hand upon the unknown shinobi's shoulder he did exactly that while calling out "Nemuri (Sleep)!"
(Nemuri (Sleep)
Description: A genjutsu technique where the ninja places their hand on their target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber. A useful technique when subterfuge is involved with a mission, but utterly useless in combat.
Meisai no Jutsu (Camouflage Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to become transparent and slink into the confines of a natural resource. It takes a small amount of chakra to initiate but it can take quite a bit depending on how long you wish to stay camouflaged within the confines of the natural resource. Elaborating on natural resources, it must be something like a tree or the ground or a boulder that has not been created or shaped by mankind.
Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)
This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, ect…) are magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make. )

Before Reiniku even had the chance to make contact, Joey seemed to shoot back, his rapier drawn as it gave off unknown vibrations that one could swear to feel, but still unsure about it. Smirking, his blood red eyes were the key for him to see anything and everything he wanted as he spoke lightly, "Excuse me boy, but this is not your matter to be involved with, please don't force my hand."

Zale walks back in the beach and sits down at the far end of the beach away from everyone else.
Zale sat down on the ground first concentrating on only his own thoughts. Then on the flow of the chakra in his body. He followed the flow of chakra and started creating small balls of chakra in his hand. He then thought he was ready to start his technique.
Zale formed chakra in his hand until he knew how much chakra it would take to form this technique. He thought to himself this should be easy. He formed the hand symbols and created a small amount of chakra in his hand.
He increased the amount of chakra in his hand and smiled. He formed the scapel in his hand focusing on the flow of chakra and the amount of concentration this technique needed. he took the scapel and moved it to see if it was balanced. He moved the scapel and suddenly lost concentration.
He started to think about ways to boost his concentration. He started to listen to the sounds of the waves and that eased his tension. He formed the hand symbols again and started forcing chakra to his palm. As he got enough chakra in his hand he started forming the chakra into a small but yet perfect scapel.
He stopped the flow of chakra to make the scapel disappear. He started to listen to the sounds of the ocean once again. He listened to the sound of the waves, the birds humming in the distance, and the distant sound of talking in the backround. Again he started to form the handsymbols and he forced chakra to his palm.
Chakra flowed into his palm and he focused in the amount he was retaining. He formed the scapel and then made it disappear again. He got up and walked to the otherside of the beach to where the others were. He walked down to the shoreline and sat down.
He formed several handsymbol that were becoming very familiar to him and started to force chakra to his palm again. He let chakra flow to his palm until he had enough for a small medical scapel. He molded the chakra to form into the scapel he wished for.
He studied as he chakra had to keep flowing to his palm for this technique to continue. He stopped the flow of chakra to his hand and stopped the technique. Hi reached in his pocket and grabbed a pen. He stuck his hand in his other pocket and he pulled out his notebook and started to write in it.
"For this technique to work i have to have a stable and constint flow of chakra to my palm. I also have to control the amount of chakra i use to form the scapel. I must concentrate or it will dissapear. If i am ever to become a medic i must be able to concentrate will i am do the technique."
He stuck his notebook back in his pocket and started to do the technique until he thought he matered it. He then got up and brushed the sand off of him. he got up and started walking toward his sensie. "Sensie i think ive got this technique down."

Ryuuki was now watching the whole conflict from the safety of the hole that he had dug. Boy did I pick a great time to come to the beach... he thought to himself. Ryuuki looked at the hokage and the sannin fighting, and noticed the sannin bleeding. He then looked over to the newley arrived shinobi as he was being faced by the one with the red eyes. I hope they didn't notice me he thought. Ryuuki remained crouching in his hole, trying to think of what he could do to help.

Zale notices Ryukki and jumps in the hole with him. "you dont mind if i hide in here with you do you i just dont want to get hurt"

Reiniku was caught off guard as the shinobi evaded his attack, nearly falling onto his own face as he stopped in place and cautiously watched the Shinobi. Glancing at the shinobi's red eyes Reiniku frowned, Something isn't normal about his eyes...but what is it? Reiniku thought as he tried to gather himself, the shinobi's seemingly effortless evasion of Reiniku's attack unnerving him to the point that he almost wanted to turn and run.
"On the contrary sir, I am sure this became a matter every shinobi in this village could of interfered with as soon as you messed with our Kage....Now release Zane from whatever you are doing to him!" Reiniku bravely said, his voice showing none of the fear that burned away inside of him ever so fiercely. I am so going to regret saying that.... Reiniku thought, ignoring the urge to run as he prepared to use handsigns in case the shinobi took action against him.

"Go ahead it's big enough for the two of us." Ryuuki replied, whispering so as to not be heard. "I don't know any jutsus or anything so theres no way that I could help out... Do you think we should go and look for help?" He whispered

Ryuuki thought about what the shinobi said. While I run away... Ryuuki realized that at the moment, that's the only option he could see. Ryuuki was thinking of what to do when he finally made up his mind. "Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll stay here and watch too" he told the shinobi, feeling a little confident. He hoped that he wouldn't regret his decision.

"Hmph." Was the comment that he uttered as he resheathed his rapier, harboring the vibrations that were emanating from it. "I am doing no such thing," Joey began with a grin, "All I wish to accomplish is to retrieve a vial which your friend over there has retrieved from the Kage himself, sparking this whole conflict."

Tares walks down the beach from the Ramen shop. He sprint and appears right above the hole the two boy are hiding in. "Good morning brothers? Whats going on?" Tares crouches down over the hole with his bowl of ramen still in his hands.

"Well theres an epic battle over there and I happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time... But luck be have it, I happened to dig this hole." Ryuuki said, realizing how strangely luck worked. "I'm hiding because there's nothing that I can do, and I'm sure if I get out then I'll be killed."
