Benny backed away and she pointed her wand to inferious and thin snake-like black cords erupted from her wand and twisted themselves around inferious mouth, wrists and ankles so he couldnt get away.
"Snape's the only one who has veritesirum, and it takes a month to make. And the only way to get him to talk is the cruciatus curse and im not in the mood to do it again, so one of us has to go steal something from snape's cabinet" said Benny.

With the spell on him weakening, Infernous started moving in his vine web. "Cruz!!! You will pay for this. I will kill yo--- AHHHHHH!" Bob had done the Crutatious curse on Infernous then stopped. "Shut up and stay still!!! PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!"

Bob noticed that Infernous was moving again...when he turned away from Gabby, Infernous pointed his wand directly to Cruz's chest. With tears streaming down his eyes Infernous said, "Jimmy (Bob's father) will never forgive me...AVADA KEDAVRA!!!" Bob tumbled to the floor....dead. Infernous now getting back his composure looked back at Gabby...his wand still in hand. "You didnt see anything....right?" Infernous said egging his wand ever so closely to Gabby.

kepping his eyes on gabby, Infernous points a wand at a cover on the chair, "Wingardium Leviosa" and he levitated the cover until it was on Bob's lifeless body.

Gabby let out an ear piercing scream. She was sure everone heard it and without thinking she kicked him hard in the groin area before turning to run.
