Kasai heard a small whimpering coming from behind him. He turned around and crawled a bit closer to her. He took her hand in his. "Yes, Rayne, I came to take you back. It's not safe for you here! Kinn is coming soon and then we'll both look after you! I promise never to leave your side again!"

Her head buried into the clothing that cushioned his chest... In all, he was at least seven inches taller than her... Something that always got her when they fought. "Kasa, it has just been a hard time for me lately... And not everyone has hurt me... Really, in a way, no one... has..." Her words faded. Even though she was hurting, she couldn't blame it on anyone... It would just make her the way her dad used to be... Always blaming things on someone else. "I don't want to go back though. I know Kinn is probably STILL trying to obtain order, and you came seeking me for a check-up. Don't you think Kinn needs you more than I do?" Her words sounded amplified due to the area and the way her head was resting on him. She grabbed the side of his cloak, giving him the saddest face she could. "Or.. you can stay here?" Even though she didn't have a reason for him to stay with her, she might be able to muster something up.

"Anyways, I would galdy stay, though I don't think I will be able to leave your side often."

Her arms wrapped around his back in a loving embrace. "Thank you! What's weird is... You didn't know where I was, yet you found me." For some reason she always felt like a little kid around her. He always watched after her and cared for her as if they we siblings.... To be hinest, they could pull it off if their race wasn't so different from one anothers.

Kasai returned the hug and smiled at her question. "Well, I've been following you to check up on you from time to time. Please forgive me, but I had to. Myself and Kinn were worried that you were going to get killed by something out there. And then, you seemed to disappear. I couldn't find you anywhere. I had searched and searched for about three years, and then I presumed you were dead. I felt so guilty for leaving you alone for one moment, and then losing you when I returned. But then I found you crawling from that cellar! I was so surprised I almost grabbed you and hugged you until you couldn't breathe anymore. But now we're both together again, and I will never leave your side. And soon, we can return to Siminar Tre' and see Kinn again! But, for the moment I must leave, but I promise I'll be back soon! You just rest, and if you need anything, just yell. Believe me, I'll hear." He pointed to one of his pierced, pointed ears. He held his hands out in front of him and disappeared in a flash of light.

Nodding, she showed him another smile, glad that it seemed someone was now always going to be with her. "Tell Kinn that I love him for me." She yelled as he vanished. Letting out a dead sigh, her mind full of new thoughts, she placed her back on the rock surface again, her just resting for awhile. "I wonder how long he is going to be away... Maybe when he gets back I can explain to him what happened and he can explain to me why Kinn hasn't tried to send me a letter yet..." Groaning, her eyes shut indicating that she was most likely going to fall asleep again.

Kasai appeared again in a flash of light, but to find her sleeping peacefully on the smooth rocks she was lying upon. He slowly sat down as to not disturb her and closed his eyes, going into a meditative state, waiting for her awakening.

She yawned, curious about her full stomach. Her eyes had opened just as the sun had seemed to strike the highest peek of the mountain. It made everything sparkle from miles around, morning dew and haze starting to show itself. Turning sideways to place her feet on the ground, she caught a glimps blured figure resting a ways infront of her. Blinking heavily and slowly, she then cocked her head, pondering the points to her bettered health and who was place in her sight at the time.

He smiled at her as she blinked at him. He was sitting next to her with an empty wooden bowl beside him, a pot over a small bonfire was sitting not far behind him. "Well now it seems you're awake. Can you get up? Don't worry, I'll be here to catch you if you fall." He smiled at her once more.

Ignoring Kasai's order-well, what he thought passed for an order- Pale made her way to the springs. It was less than ten minutes from the castle, and she was very eager to see Rayne.

"Thanks Kasa, but I think I can manage." Nodding her head, she pushed herself up with her hands, catching an unstable balance. She stumbled to the left, but caught herself on a small rock. "See, it's fine." She flashed a smile,her legs directing her towards the springs for a much needed bath.

Pale was able to make out the form of Rayne getting into the spring. It felt odd. Like she was spying on Rayne. But it was the first time she had seen her properly awake in months. Pale made her way down, and when she close enough, called out "Rayne"

Kasai turned his head quickly from the sound of Pale's voice. He quickly stood up. "I'll be back soon Rayne, I can't be seen here with you though." He held his hands out and disappeared in a flash of light.

Once he seemed to leave, she stripped down, getting in the water before turning back to Pale. It was better for her to be sort of hidden for she was already scared with what Kasa told her about how she looked... She didn't want Pale too to start about it. "Pale?" Her responce was low, almost like she didn't want to be heard.

'Hey you" she replied back, equally soft. She got...shy would be the best word. Shy when finally meeting up with Rayne. And somehow "I didn't know you were in my basement comatose!" didn't seem to work all that well. She swalloed hard and walked closer.
