(( Damn! Why must I always be gone when something happens? Now making up for time lapse... ))
Iri hates common methods of travel. They just don't agree with her. And she hates to take the train when she can just fly to the Kaze Dojo. But she has to worry about Syn. The girl's predicament gave her an idea. So, after telling Syn to STAY PUT and WAIT, Iri had wandered off into the woods.
About an hour later, just as Tier and Kwubara arrive, Iri returns to Syn. Draped over one extended wing is what at first appears to be nothing but forest debris. Once Iri picks it up and holds it out, the design becomes familiar. It's a swing, constructed of thick, sturdy limbs and thick vines. There's even criss-crossing vines on one side to act as a supporting back and one very thick vine in front to act as a sort of safety rope. Best of all, it's perfectly sized for Syn.
Iri wraps the two long lengths of vine around her arms and holds it up. She nods at the contraption. "Wanna try it out? I'm serious, flying is really fun. And believe it or not, it's safer to fly with me than to ride on the train. The view's awesome, too. I know you're brave enough, Syn."
After speaking, Iri looks over at Tier. She smiles at the strange man and gives him a polite nod. Just because he doesn't seem to want to communicate with her, that doesn't mean she's going to be rude. The winged woman gives Kwubara a raised eyebrow. Who actually knocks on the dojo door?

Sorry to bother you Miss but could you help me. I was in a fight that had a not so good outcome and was woundering if anyone had medical training in this dojo. Kwubara said to the women not noticing anyone else, because he started looking down as not to scare her with the scar on his face.

A newcomer is approaching the dojo. He's still about three miles down the small dirt road that leads to the academy's main building. The sun blinds him as he steps into a patch of sunlight amidst the shadows of the trees. His small white antlers, the biggest sign of his dragon blood, brightly shine in the light. Jin squints and hurries his step to reduce the strain on his eyes.
One armored hand reaches behind himself and drags a piece of paper out of the back of his black hakama. It's a map made damp with sweat. Jin unrolls it and takes a look. It's a topographical map. No roads or towns are marked. Not that there are any real roads or towns in the area. Jin only knows this road is here, because a veteran nin marked the trail, remembering it based on the lay of the land. He had said that stands of forest, streams, and clearings would not help. Those were often destroyed as members of the academy engaged in conflicts or practiced their techniques. The thought of that had made Jin anxious to find the place.
Jin rolls the map back up and replaces it in the back of his hakama. He knows he's close. A grin spreads across his sun darkened features. Getting excited, he breaks into a jog and happily whistles a tune. The forest is filled with the sound of his clanking samurai armor and the thud of his wooden sandals as he moves at a quicker pace.
Iri looks up at the man. She can see the scar, but it doesn't bother her. The winged woman has seen much worse.
"Well, stranger, not sure. I could try to help you out, but I don't have any formal training. Where and how are you hurt?"
Iri can see blood, but isn't sure as to the source. She sets the swing down and walks up to him, looking him over. The one wing that had been extended folds to its proper place on her back.

Syn sat, keeping herself busy with bugs until Iri showed back up. She stared wide-eyed at the contraption with a big smile on her face.
"Yeah yeah! It'll be fun!"
She turned as Iri raised an eyebrow, and raised an eyebrow at the man with a cheeky grin, pointing at his most noticable scar.
"You must be a really bad fighter to get so beat up, Old Man~ Hehehe..."

I don't think the girl should see, because one of my ribs is sticking out of my back. He told the women.
Turning to the little girl he asked, I wonder have you seen my fox and snake? They mean a lot to me.

"Wah?"
The girl ignored Kwubara at first, running around behind him, pointing at the rib with bright-eyed and laughing.
"Woow! You got really beat up! Haha!"
She withdraws her hand and tilts her head to get a better look at the injury, still grinning.
"I haven't seen your animals.. If you got this beat up, I don't think any pets would survive..."

A rather hard right fist would be aimed at the upper back of the boy's head, as Tutsumi's left was holding the dead body of a girl on his left shoulder. He shook his head slowly and sighed as he would then just keep on walking on into the Main Dojo.
"Don't talk about it if you don't want them to see it. Children do have quite the imagination after all."

(( RPing under my mule for now, because I'm too lazy to switch back. XP ))
Iri's eyes grow big in shock and the feathers of her wings fluff out. The woman can see it now. A freakin' rib, jutting out of the man's body. How is he walking?
"Uh... Uh... Yeah, ain't nothing I can do for ya, buddy." Iri looks around, her violet eyes trying to pick out someone with healing expertise, but she finds none. "Oh crap! And I don't think the medical facility is even open yet. Son of a--"
The winged woman doesn't allow herself to finish that sentence.
Iri yelps as she notices Tut walking past with a dead woman in his arms. "Oi! What the hell happened?"

Syn frowned at the man and turned, walking past tut, looking up at the body he was carrying. She came up to Iri and tugged on her shirt, staring back at Tut.
"Something bad happened, I think. Maybe someone went crazy and started killing people..."

Tier turns to Tutsumi and recognized him from the Mizu Dojo when the incident happened. Tier pointed a finger at Tutsumi's back when he was walking into the Dojo. "Tier saw you heal the wounds on that dead body back there. Heal this man's wounds. That dead body isn't going to be jumping up alive anytime soon, fufufu."

"And on that note, let us take our leave, Syn."
Iri walks back to her swing and picks it up. She looks at Kwubara, points at him, and then motions for him to follow Tut through the door and into the dojo. Maybe he'll get the hint. Maybe he won't. Either way, there's not much Iri can do for him. She's still trying to get her head around the fact that a rib is sticking out of him and he's still alive and walking.
Iri holds the swing in place and nods at Syn. "Just slip under that one vine and sit down. Don't hold on to it unless you have to, though. Hold on to the two longest vines on either side of you, just like a playground swing. You can relax against the crossing vines in the back. And don't worry about falling. Catching you is easy. Though that shouldn't be a problem."
She stands there and waits for Syn to seat herself and get comfortable.

She glares momentarily at Iri when she mentions the catching part, then chuckles and wriggles into the net, grabbing onto the two vines she was told to. She gives it a couple good yanks before looking back up to Iri with a wide grin.
"Ready for takeoff, Cap-ee-tan~"

Iri had shrugged at the glare. "What? I didn't mean anything by it! Seriously, the only person I've ever dropped actually jumped to catch a pair of sunglasses. And I still managed to catch him."
Great white wings spread and give a few powerful flaps. With a little help from her element, Iri begins to float upward. Syn's swing hardly moves, being kept still via extra manipulation of the wind. When she's above the trees, Iri turns toward the Kaze Dojo and moves in that direction. She slowly releases her breezes from her control until she's flying on her own. The only breezes present are the ones that are keeping Syn's swing from wildly spinning and being knocked about. As it is, the child should be having a pleasant ride, though a rather fast one.

"Woooooaaaahoho! Everyone's so tiny! They're like little bugs!"
Syn looked down at the ground in excitement as they flew along, swinging her feet as she watched the world go by. Iri would notice something, though. in the distance, a large swarm of locusts flew up put of the forest and hovered around in the same spot, though a few of them hopped up closer, smacking both Iri and Syn"
"Ahh! Bugs!"

Violet eyes narrow in concentration. A sphere of air forms around the two fliers. It's not enough to reduce Iri's vision or take her mind off of what she's doing, but it's enough to deflect a swarm of bugs. To make sure the bugs themselves don't obscure her vision, Iri raises their altitude just enough to fly over them.
"I got it taken care of, Syn!" She shouts over the rushing air. "Nothin' to worry about! And the way we're going, we'll be at Kaze in about half the time it takes for the tram to get there. About eight more minutes and we'll be there!"
