Shinzou looked up at the formerly silent Shinigami. By the way that he addressed the Captain he assumed that this person was a higher up, though how high a seat he was Shinzou didn't know. "Show off..." He thought to himself... "Though I suppose he can afford to be one here." He sighed, knowing that the only way he would be able to keep up with them was if he was patient, though it irked him that it would take such a long time to just learn how to release his Zanpakutou. He heaved another sigh as he stood and stretched his legs a moment.

Hatsume:::. The young kitsune shinigami of the 13th squad remained on her Captain's back and shoulder. Curiously awaiting with a anxious yet joyous smirk on her foxen face. Ohh! The simple feeling of being on somebody's shoulders caused her eyes to curve into that slit-kitsune type fashion with a kitty-curved smile. Training was always fun! Espeically if it ment for a surious reason! 4laugh
Her tail finally was still, yet whipped over itself in a upwards arch. She focused on Zizoren, then at Shinzou. Ohh! She smells jelously somewhere there! Ah, well- anyways... she was happy as ever. >.>; Not really even thinking of what was going to happen next, all she knew it was going to be fun!

Shinzou stared at Hatsume for a moment, noticing the fleeting smirk before it turned in to a straight on smile. He stared unblinkingly at her for a few more moments before averting his gaze and speaking. "Willow says to stay out of trouble... Hatsume was it? I believe that's what she said your name was." He said as he looked back at Hatsume to see her response.

(oh sorry I have missed it alot!)
Ike stood up and walked to see Captain Mock with his hands into his pockets. If he is busy or not. "Hey Mock I want to challenge your 3rd seat guy for rank now!" He then sighed and closed his eyes. Ike have been enough strong against 3rd seat guy since he fought Captain Mock. The 3rd seat guy look like drag as worse. "Come on I want his rank now!"

When he was done examining his injury, Okojo looked around at everyone, and the captain as well. He blinked for a moment, almost appearing like a deer caught in headlights, before gave a formal low bow to the captain. "Training... That sounds like fun! N-Not only fun, but we need to do it anyways, right?" He stuttered the last part for nerves and a bit of embarrassment. When he came out of his bow, someone was asking the captain if he could challenge the third seat for rank.
Okojo looked over Ike for a moment, and then looked over at Hibiki. He looked back between the two for a few moments, before he asked out, "Are you serious?" Sure, he knew he could've possibly kept sparring with the 3rd seat, but he would've been more battered and bruised than he already was. And, he'd been out of things to do next. He was quite sure Hibiki could've gone on for much longer. His expression was a little skeptical.

Ike was the one who grabbed her attention the most as his body language seemed more.... . . Then, his words came. Acouple innocent blinks from her eyes was the first reaction, wasen't Ike-san from another squad...? Then again, perhaps that didn't matter.. it wasn't what she was most worried about. She glanced at Mock before those red oculus shifted at the other newer member Okojo. He didn't seem to process the entire whole thing and accept it as it is. "...Ike-sama looks surious about it to me!" A childish smile swept over her kitsune face before her tail began to sway again, yet since the subject was still up she returned her eyes on her Captain. "Oye, Captain Mocky..... What will happen to that current rankie if they loose it, and the seat below them is taken? Will that mean they'll have to fight for the seat below? Or will they automaticly be placed two seats down?"
She was just curious, not really sure what will happen to those who Do loose. Well... still-- ohh wait! Shinzou!! He said something to her didn't he?! Thus, before ending in silence she placed her head gently on Mock's shoulder as her ears flattened. "I haven't caused any trouble!... Riiiight Mo-- I mean Captain?!" Aww! All these questions, and now she was worried! =0 She had this horriably worried expression on her face as she looked to MockaDash for his answers. crying

(( Ok people, here I am!
First of all, this thread is anything but dead, as long as you guys keep posting! Unfortunately, I can't spend 24 hours in front of my laptop, so yea... RL kept me away from gaia this past couple of nights. I just arrived home, and it's past 6 a.m. here - just the perfect time to make a dozen posts and shut my eyes for a couple of hours.
Anyway, on to serious business... I'll answer all questions IC on this posts, but to clear any doubts, I'm also doing it OOC now.
Ike, as for your request to challenge the 3rd seat, I'm afraid my answer is going to have to be a big NO. You're not even a part of the 13th squad Ike, so you can't challenge its people for seats. That's just the way it is.
As for the remaining members of the squad, I have an announcement to make. I'm not lazy people, and I've thought of this a long time ago, I'm just waiting for the pinwheel plot to end before doing it. I'm talking about distributing the seats in the 13th Squad.
As soon as Seretei is taken back, there will be a grand tournament in our squad, to decide who gets which seat. Until then, everyone will be unseated - aside from Hibiki, who already was 3rd seat before I became Captain of this Squad.
Anyway, I'm going to make the announcement after this guild-wide plot is over, as I intended to do in the first place. For now, don't bother with this matter. After the tournament, there will be a thread describing the rules for challenging higher seats for their position. Before the said tournament, there will be no seat challenges at all.
I'm going to say it one more time: Don't bother with the whole seats issue, as well as the tournament. In due time, you'll all be informed.

I'm sorry Ike, you can't challenge my 3rd seat, since you're not even a member of my squad. The Captain bluntly replied. And even if you were, I wouldn't allow it at this time. There's a time and place for everything!
The Gotei 13 is now in disarray, due to Las Noches overrunning Sereitei. Destabilizing our military hierarchy now, would be a fatal error. We need to keep our balance and structure, if we are to execute an effective counter attack.
Turning his attention to the kitsune Shinigami clinging to his shoulder, Mock answered her question If you somehow go up in seat, the former seated member will go down by one position. It's as simple as that and it does not disturb the remaining seats, being that you can only go up one rank at a time.
For example, if you were 5th seat, you could only challenge the 4th. In the event of you defeating him or her, you would become 4th seat and the Shinigami who lost would become 5th. The other seats would remain unchanged.
MockaDash waited for every other Shinigami in there to report back to him, before he described what they would be doing. We're going to held a "Battle Royale" right here and right now!
This will not determine anything, since I've already stated that I won't be making changes to our Squad's roster for now. Just focus on gaining strength to help reclaim what's rightfully ours - the Sereitei!
This will be the focus of the following spar. Training and improvement. Everything else is secondary!
Shove your personal reasons aside, and just focus on gaining strength to banish those damned Arrancars from our home!
Still carrying Hatsume on his back, MockaDash stood up, to describe how the spar would actually be carried out.
Hishida, you'll be fighting against Okojo.
Okojo, you'll be fighting Shinzou.
Shinzou, your opponent will be Hatsume, right here.
And finally, Hatsu-chan, you'll fight against Hishida.
As you can see, your target is different that the person targeting you! This will force you to pay attention to several factors, rather than just keeping an eye on a single opponent.
The battle for Sereitei will be confusing and mind-blowing, for such inexperienced Shinigamis such as yourselves. I hope that this training will help prepare you for that upcoming battle!
You'll have to attack one person, while defending from another, possibly using the third person to your advantage as well since he/she is the one attacking who is attacking you.
Any questions before you start?
MockaDash awaited to answer any questions that his subordinates might have at the time, before addressing Ike. Ike-san, I'm going to teach you a kidou now, which would you like to learn? Then, turning to Hibiki, the Captain said Hibiki-san, I haven't forgotten about you. It's just that you're more experienced that the rest of them. So you can join me and Ike instead and learn a new kidou, or I can train you personally. What do you prefer?
(( Rules for the Battle Royale:
Each of the four contenders get to make an introductory post here, before commencing the battle. Ask away any question you might have, IC. Also, there is no post count limit! This is just for fun, and to improve your RPing skills and literacy. There is no actual order for the posts, but all four of you must make a post before anyone can make his/her next one. Got it?
Example:Hatsume posts, then Okojo posts, then Shinzou, followed by Hishida. Then Okojo posts, followed by Hishida, followed by Hatsume, and finally followed by Shinzou, and so on and so on... Basically there's no order, but all four must post before starting a "second round" of posting. Got it?
Also, double posting is strictly forbidden! Unless it's OOC of course. ))

Ike heard what Mock said to him.. "Nah I am leaving now I don't need any kido until if I need any kido.." He turned back to walked out his way with his hands into his pockets.. He then stop and turned his head back to looked at Captain Mock and spoke to him.."Good luck with your maggots members.. Bye, Captain Mock." Ike then started to walks out of his way and left..

Okojo blinked a bit, nodding slightly. So that's how it worked? He watched Ike wander off, and made a bit of a face at the others' words before his focus returned to his captain. He listened to all of what he had to say and thought it over a bit, smile faint for his thinking. Finally, he stopped and raised his hand a little.
"Un, Taichou? So, basically... I just aim for Shinzou-san while avoiding Hishida-san? And it goes so on and so fourth for everyone else?" He rested his hand on his forehead, whistling a bit. "Definitely beats training at the Academy."
