Radiaas walked back from his study, to find the girl, Neer sleeping he stepped over and woke her. "Neer, I have a room prepared for you," he said.

Neer was surprised by the man standing above her, and came very close to stabbing him with her sword. She gasped, and jumped out of her hammock. "I am so sorry!" She knelt at his feet, and bowed her head. "I was not expecting you to wake me. I do not sleep in beds sire. I have not touched one for years. But thank you, I can set my hammock up there." She began to take her bed apart, and stood in front of the man, sorrow in her eyes.

Radiaas was a bit confused, but he nodded to her and stalked off, back towards hos study.

Radiaas looked back, then he snapped his fingers. A small, pale girl in a tattered dress ran up to him. "Wh-what do you need, M-master," she stammered. "I need you to show the girl to to her room," he sold rather coldly, they slave ran over to Neer. "This way, Ma'am," She said sheepishly.

Amalis hissed, he was purched on Serenus' shoulder. "Get Lord Radiaas, he will confirm for me." Amalis was not happy, his hair stood straight up.

"Radiaas? The Lord's favorite lapdog? Last I heard, he was out to get some new toys for Arogani." The guard guffawed again, then he snapped his fingers, a young beat up looking human boy ran up to the guards. "What is your wish, Master?" The boy asked with a dead voice. "Yes, bloodsack, this young lady wants Radiaas," he said incredulously, as if he were humoring Serenus, "Now go!" He kicked the child in the back as he ran off.

She sneared, she hated to watch a human be beaten on the account of its race. Smiling at thw gaurd she wanted.

Radiaas ran up to the gate shouting, "You blithering idiots! Let her in!" The guards looked upset, "But Arogani said-" Radiaas cut him off by backhanding him, "That's Lord Arogani!"

Neer poked her head out of the room she was assigned. Hearing Radiaas yelling. She had everything packed, and ready for the day. She quietly walked out to the entry, and silently stood in the corner.

She shovered past the guards without any more comment. Cluched in her arms was Amalis, who was quivering. Muttering under her breath she spoke. "Stupid guards! How did they get to uppity?" Amalis poked his head out as they headed to the Caste's doors.

Radiaas walked besides Serenus, "The guards have good right to be uppity, Hunter Camps have been springing up in the farmlands. The Smugglers have been bringing in more dangerous artifacts. The wolves are getting more active, and there's been talk of Revolution among the peons."

"No, the guards were just being asses," Radiaas said as he walked along back towards the palace.
