You can put a band aid on it, but the main thing is to just ignore it. Then the scab falls off, and you have to wash out all the biohazard puss that accumulated under the scab, then don't touch the hole in your arm that's the size of a dime.

That sound utterly disgusting! It also sounds like it would leave a permanent scar. Is that something that non-military people ever have to get? I mean, I would love to travel, but I don't know if it's worth having a giant scar!

I know it's mandatory for military when going overseas. Not sure if non-military people have to. I think if you want to live overseas you have to get it.

I would live in Japan. In the Tokyo area. The rural areas are nice, but I don't know...

I do love the Japanese culture, but I don't know if I would be able to learn the language. I don't want everyone to think I'm an idiot because I can't read or write the language!

Well, technically, the Japanese kids are required to learn english. I'd try and get by with hoping that they at least have "engrish". Plus, in the more mainstream areas, they speak english a little better, what with foreigners all the time.

Do you speak Japanese? And you spent some time in Japan. Are the Japanese people okay with foreigners invading their land?

Hells no! My younger, but taller brother is learning, bit by bit, but I don't have the time to learn. Mainstream Japan, like the Tokyo and Yokosuka and Kyoto areas are fine, but the more local and less mainstream areas, probably not so much.

I guess if I ever do have the chance (and the bravery) to move there on my own, I'll have to stick to the big cities. Right now I'm just longing to even visit!

Yeah, I'd like to visit again, but next time without the navy. Oh and malaysia too, but because of this.

That's fine. I still can't believe I did that. If I did it on purpose, I'd remark about it.
