Unusual as it might have been, the way things were progressing, but Shirou did not find that he minded all that much. Simple moments like these… they were warming him, and it struck him as odd to have been experiencing such a feeling while in the presence of Rin. It surprised him that she was the reason he felt such; confusion running through his mind and heart as his breathing grew slightly uneven at the feel of her hands, playing across his cheeks and face. How was he supposed to deal with this, without someone winding up hurt in the end result? It was not as if they could all openly admit their feelings and somehow wind up happy to be a triangle of love; the thought did make Shirou laugh to himself though as he closed his eyes slightly… mostly from her touch, but also at his own humorous side.
He nodded in response to her words. Were they both confused on the same matter? Did they both hold feelings for the blonde while also feeling something between each other? He felt strands of his hair being touched as he opened his eyes to gaze down at her. He felt himself compelled to simply lean into her; give into the bit of emotions reeling for him to simply be with her, before he bit his bottom lip gently. Her comment made him smile slightly as her hands fell from his face; she turned away from him as she walked to the house. Shirou however took a moment to follow as he simply watched her; hair flowing slightly as she took each step. His gaze turned and looked past her towards the door as he sighed content and walked after her. How odd it seemed for them both to be returning here; nostalgia simply would not let him be tonight as he followed after her into his old home.
He could immediately feel the lingering dust in the air as he glanced down the hallway. This was home... this was... their home wasn't it? "Welcome home, Rin?" He laughed slightly as he picked up stride until he was beside her. It felt so weird to be here... again and all for the sake of the war.

Now that she thought about it, a trip to the Emiya household might be a bad idea right now. Here she was having a battle of passion with her heart, and one of the people she wanted was about to be alone with her for the rest of the night. She stepped faltered as her mind went a little wild, causing her to huff those thoughts clear out of her mind. No, she wasn't foolish to do such things, or was she? Her body had gotten the better of her at the school and only god knows what might have happened and continued if she hadn't suddenly stopped. This thought only fueled both sides of her argument. There was the side that just wished to stay neutral right now for the sake of the knight, and then the other that had plans to jump poor Shirou at any second now. And if that side won over she wasn't sure she'd take no for an answer nor would he.
Rin sighed, shaking her head to hopefully rid all the thoughts that kept building before the other was behind her. And right when she'd just calmed down he had to go spike it up again. "Yeah... what a home..." She comment dryly with narrowed eyes that scanned the house. It was dusty, dirty, filthy, and every other word to describe things in that way. Before thinking inviting her over Shirou could have at least cleaned the place up a bit. But no, they had to walk in on it for the first time together. What joy.~

He could not help but look around the house; his finger hitting the switch that lit up the hall. It was not completely bad, but it was obvious no one had been here in a long while. That brought a sad thought to mind as he took a step forward, letting his fingers brush against the small tables and accumulating dust in the process. “They never came here… after I left.” The thought was painful, yet he was smiling as he shook his head. Should he have expected them to? No, but he wished they might have. He had said they were free to live here as long as they liked; they had moved on though… Fuji-nee and Sakura. Perhaps off to college with one and freeloading off someone else, was the other. He inhaled deeply before lowering his head and blowing against the table, scattering the dust into the air. There were pictures on the table, but he could not find himself able to look at them as he continued walking. When had they left, he wondered…
His head turned slightly as Rin sighed; he wondered what it was that was bothering her, before she spoke up. His head tilted aside a bit at the dry comment; her eyes narrowing as she seemed to take in a different opinion of the dirty house. It probably would have been better if Shirou had returned home first, but he had become overly distracted by the engaging battle earlier in the day. “Sorry. Probably would have been better to come home instead of following Saber to you, huh?” He smiled, scratching the back of his head as he continued walking. Opening another door, he found himself staring at the kitchen and the small table where so many meals had been shared. Oddly enough, it seemed… not so much dusty here, if at all as he blinked and looked around. “It’s not as bad as we thought, I guess…” He blinked before turning to look back at the magi. She still seemed rather… upset about the condition of the house and Shirou couldn’t help but smile sheepishly as he watched her. “You plan on keeping that look the entire time you’re here or will I get to see your smile before the night ends?” His head leant against the door as he laughed and fell down upon a cushion.

When hearing his words the magi frown a bit, wanting to correct his view. The place was dirty yes, but it wasn't nearly dirty enough for three years of abandonment. Of course Taiga and Sakura would still show up since it was their home, but as time passed people changed, and so they to moved on seeing Shirou not show up after so long. Thus the Emiya household was left alone to start collecting dust once more.
Rin left her shoes at the door like normal, knowing full well her socks would pay the price, but she could just wash them later. She made sure to move carefully past things unless she wished to collect dust on herself or cause it all to float into her face. Sadly the male had a different view as they entered the living room and he caused a large cloud of it to blow up. "Perhaps, or I should have brought her over to clean.~" The thought of the blonde in a maid like outfit made her frown turn into an amused smirk within seconds as she used her hand to blow the dust cloud out of her direction. The temptation to lean against the wall came to mind, but after running a finger over it she decided not to. Instead she picked up her own sitting pillow, funny how none of them had been moved, and shook all the dust off before setting it down and sitting herself; across from Shirou.

Copper eyes glanced around at the room, the cloud of dust lifting before Rin’s hand quickly scattered the dust particles. Smiling lightly, his eyes followed a few of the small specs until he could not keep up with them any longer. The silence that lingered acted only as a way for Shirou to bring up more memories of the happiness that had come from his time spent within this home of his. Memories of Fuji-nee, Sakura… Illya, Saber and the magi with him at this very moment. He remembered them all too well as a nostalgic smile overcame his face; his eyes almost seemed glazed over as he found himself deep in thought. Deep within the memories that would stay just that… just memories.
Hearing her feet against the floor, Shirou allowed his head to lift as she approached him. Seeing her… from toe to head sent a small shiver throughout the course of his body before he averted his gaze. His heartbeat had steadily increased though he was hardly to the point where it could be compared to that of a fast drumming beat. Her presence entered the living room, before hearing her voice over the short silence. The thought of having Saber over… cleaning… with the possibility of a maid outfit made Shirou’s cheeks grow warm. It could hardly help that Rin also appeared within his mind… the two standing next to each other as his heart began beating all the more quickly. “No, it’s not that bad… I’ll be sure to clean tomorrow.” As much as he would have liked Saber here… it would have been difficult to ask her all that was on his mind. And it would only pose to confuse Shirou more on what was between the three of them. He blinked as a small cloud of dust lifted into the air, as Rin set herself down across from Shirou.
He wondered if his face had returned to its normal color as he stared into her azure eyes. A slight frown coming over him as he lowered his gaze to the table. “Would you like anything? Tea? I could cook or something…” His head shifted to the left a bit as he wondered what brought on this sudden questioning.

And how her mind wandered on images of putting her little blonde into all sorts of outfits, the maid being at the top of the list. It would surely be listed as abusing her power over the other since she wasn't likely to enjoy it. Yet the servant was always going on about how whatever was best for Rin mattered, and that if her master was happy so was she. Well this would make 'master' rather happy.~ Maybe when she got home she would try such a thing. "Thinking something dirty~?" The magi couldn't pass up the chance to tease Shirou when she got site of the guilty red face. It had turned the color since her walking in the room, and only increased with time and her words. It made her wonder exactly what was going on in his little red head.~
While she waited in the small silence a bit her hand began to draw runes on the dusty table in front of her. She was enjoying her time while doing this, even after asked a question. "Tea sounds good." The woman gave a response with mild interest even though both in the room knew how much she was in love with the drink. "Is there even anything to make it with in here?" It was then that she looked up from the table and her drawings. So far she'd made a summoning circle, her old necklace, Archer's blade, and the runes upon Saber's armor.

His face still warm from the roaming thoughts, her words produced, Shirou looked up as she seemed to address him. Instinctively he shook his head, casting aside her accusation perhaps too quickly as he sighed and attempted to relax himself. She just had to be aware now of all times, did she? Lowering his head again, so that she could no longer see the tint that had risen to his cheeks, Shirou frowned, letting a hand rise and touch one of his cheeks. Such thoughts… she really was corrupting him, wasn’t she? He shook his head erasing all thoughts from his mind as his heart seemed to settle to a more relaxed beat; the sound almost still within his ears as he relaxed and found his normal color returning to his face.
He had hardly taken notice of the fact that she was drawing upon the dusty table; his mind still elsewhere as he attempted to regain some form of control over his reactions and thoughts. Nodding at her decision for tea, Shirou found his copper eyes able to turn to her once more. He found himself stopping just as he began to stand at her pondering words, however. “I guess I should check first.” Smiling a slightly goofy smile, Shirou made to get up… but all too quickly. He had a fleeting glance of the runes and other drawings Rin had gotten to forming on the dusty table and then, he found himself perplexed as he fell forward and onto the magi. It was a moment before he could even take heed to orient himself as he found himself staring down at Rin; his hands having prevented his weight from crushing the magi as his head lingered dangerously close towards the magi's own. Staring with slightly wide eyes, he shook his head before frowning a bit. "I... I didn't hurt you, did I Rin?"

This table truly needed to be cleaned off before any sort of food was place upon it. Tea or not Rin didn't feel like drinking it if she would have to rest it a top such a thing. "Mhm.~" Was all she responded with as her finger made contact with the table once more to draw something else. She didn't quite know what though. A small sigh escaping her before her eyes darted up when seeing something coming towards her at a fast rate. Wait what?!
Before she knew it more weight was added onto her own as she feel backwards with the male close behind. The first sound she heard was her head hitting the mats below, oh what a lovely feeling. Stuff felt close, a little too close for the normal type of comfort. "My head---" Her sentence stopped short as her hand made to reach the side of her head and hopefully steady and sooth the ringing sound. Her hand never made it to her head though as she found its path blocked by something. Well if that wouldn't move, then she'd just try her other, yet that one didn't move as well and it felt like she had a hand over it or something. Rin wasn't liking this game and thinking her head was playing with her along with Shirou her eyes finally opened. "S-shirou..." And now she wished to have kept them closed. He was close, oh so close in all the wrong and right ways which could only leave the woman speechless. Yet part of her hoped he wouldn't move from above her but instead come down closer.~

He had hardly taken any notice of anything before having fallen. It had occurred all too fast and Shirou still found himself confused as he made to shake the slight sense of cobwebs from his mind. Blinking a few times, he finally came to see Rin… underneath him. For a moment, all he could think about was getting away… pushing him upright and apologizing, but concern had drifted towards her head as she spoke lightly. He felt her hand… reach against his face, though he doubt that she was initially reaching towards him. He blinked slightly as her other hand reached and stopped against his face for a moment before her eyes finally opened. He smiled slightly as she spoke his name, but he shook his head as he looked down at her. “Are you alright Rin?” His heart was racing a bit as his copper eyes looked down at her; concern washed over his face as he tried to keep himself from thoughts that proved to be getting the better of him. Forcing his weight upon one hand, he allowed his fingers to trail over her forehead, before falling down upon her cheek. “I… I didn’t hurt you did I? I’m… really sorry…” He frowned slightly before a slight sigh escaped his parted lips. Subconsciously he had lingered closer towards her, inspecting her before he found himself only inches from her face. Shaking his head slightly, he wished he could have closed his own eyes yet… his copper eyes stayed upon her azure eyes before he suddenly brushed his lips gently across her own. It almost felt like his heart split as he leant slightly more against her, his lips pushing gently against hers. He was sorry for this; sorry to her and sorry to Saber, but if he was to be sure about his feelings, wouldn’t he need to act upon them and find out where they led them?

She could only stare up at him, blinking a bit from still being dazed from the sudden fall/tackle. The fingers that had brushed against his face twitched slightly, pressing a bit against the skin of his cheek while he spoke. Her face gave away nothing of what was going on in her mind and body right now. How that hand wished to just pull him down to her and not let go, or the temptation to push herself up against him instead. "Besides my new headache I should be." Rin's thoughts were side tracked with his words, at least at first they were. Nothing could possibly be bruised or broken from such a small fall, though she was still in quite the shock. Her face began to heat when feeling his sudden concern run across her face in the form of his hands. As long as that hand stayed above her shoulders then he could do as he wished, yet oh how part of her (a small part) wished to feel that gentle touch elsewhere as well.
It was then that her gave looked elsewhere, not able to continue staring at him when such intentions were wanted. Such didn't seem to be the problem for Shirou though. As her mouth opened to order him to get off her already, she soon found that demand silenced before it could even make itself known. His lips felt so hot pressed against her own. The magi's body tensed at first from the shock of the sudden move, her free hand clenching his shoulder before it all relaxed when feeling him press more against her. A soft moan escaped as she began to return the affection and her hand moved to wrap around his neck. Part of her felt horrible for this, like she was betraying the blonde in her life. The girl she knew she held feeling for yet hadn't shared. It felt unfair to be doing this without telling the knight, but at the same time she wanted to learn if these emotions for Shirou were real as well and not just a passing fancy.

He felt the slight sensation against his face; otherwise her fingers twitching slightly before pressing against his cheek, slightly. He was relieved that all that had come of their fall was a headache, yet he found himself sidetracked as his face drew nearer to hers. He could hardly stand to be in such close proximity with her; temptation was surely building up against Shirou as he stared down into her azure eyes. Seeing the small traces of heat upon her face; he had wished to… more than he would have admitted. He would have known it to be wrong… to be a betrayal of sorts to the blonde knight he had loved… he loved. Yet was this not for the best? To see where he stood with the magi underneath him? To see not only for himself, but for her as well; the remnant memories of their earlier kiss played through his mind as he looked down upon her. What did she feel for him? If he was to act here, they would both find out whether they were simply to be friends… or if there was more to this than they could have realized.
She had turned her gaze elsewhere, causing Shirou to blink slightly as he smiled. He had almost regretted closing the distance between them as she began to speak. It made it that much more difficult for Shirou to stop himself as he felt her lips against his own; the warmth radiating from her seemingly drawing him closer towards her. He felt the tensing course through her body as well as her hand falling upon her shoulder; for that moment, he believed she would push him away. Angry with him for forcing himself upon her; yet she relaxed once he leant closer into his actions. Shivering slightly under the faint moan before she responded positively against him; feeling her hand wrap around his neck. His eyes closed slightly as his lips parted; her mouth still slightly open against his, Shirou forcing himself to wish to go that far, but nevertheless, his tongue brushed against her bottom lip, before his teeth pulled gently upon it. Restraint… He shook his head slowly, while feigning it off as a deepening of their kiss. He wouldn’t push things beyond what they should naturally be. Part of him yearned for this greatly while the other hated himself; flashing images of Saber through his mind, yet disappearing as his hand rested on her waist. He did want this… yet he also wanted another… he wanted Rin but his heart would never forget Saber… he wished for both, and that seemed irrefutable as his lips formed around her bottom lip, sucking on it.
Wrong… they should have spoken about this first… instead, they were acting and it seemed impossible for Shirou to stop. He did not wish to; forgive him if they continued on into the night… let him suffer consequence from the knight later if it was to come down upon him, but the small part of him that longed for Rin… wanted her to want this as well, was slightly escalating and forcing down the pain that came with his actions. His hand lingered upon her waist for a moment longer before lingering lower towards her leg. His fingertips brushing against the skirt and bare skin before his hand halted; he would wait for her… would she hate him for even going this far?

Heh. It had yet to begin and she was already enjoying herself a little too much. Rin couldn't blame herself though. Feelings were there for the male a top her, and they had been there for more than just the war but long before it. He was a boy she'd found herself watching and even checking up on whether he knew it or not. At first it had only been because Sakura was constantly at the house, but feelings began to grow. Yet being the person she was, she hid the foolish thing away in her heart only to have it peeking its little head out now. Such a bother really since it was driving her over the edge a little to fast. Her mind needed to stay stable above all else. It wasn't that she didn't trust Shirou and whatever he planned to do but more that she didn't trust herself. Ones greatest enemy awaited them in their own mirror after all.
The woman could only shiver from feeling the contact of something warm against her lips. It could be nothing other then a tongue. Her own poked out a little brushing against him. Doing such seemed like a good idea and proved to be when the small jolts ran down her body. She wished explore now, to see what lay in waiting within his mouth, but that time would have to wait since her bottom lip was stolen once more. Nothing wrong with that, instead she head tilted to the side and up to encourage what was going on. Her mind had yet to register the hand along her waist till it was knocking at her door (so to speak) Rin's eye opened in wonder at why she felt something brush against her leg. It all made since soon enough when she caught the glimpse of that hand wishing to ride itself further up and under her skirt.
Now the question came 'Is this a wise move Rin?' It was something to truly ask herself while staring down at those five digits. They couldn't be heading anywhere else but upward, yet it was little unexpected of Shirou. Maybe what had happened at the school had yet to wear off for him.~ "My morals tell me not to do such with an enemy, but if its you I'll ignore them.~" Her lips parted reluctantly from the young Emiya's to give him the okay answer that was probably wanted. Seeing that pulling away had also freed her lip, she now took the earlier opportunity to explore his mouth with her tongue. No asking or knocking as given as she went right in, the Rin way of course.~

Shirou found himself restraining himself more and more, yet his actions didn’t seem to show such. His feelings were spreading throughout his body and Shirou could hardly allow his lips to part from hers. Even during their separation, it seemed that Shirou’s feelings had grown for her… longed and missed Rin as much as he had missed Saber. He had never thought of it in such a manner; his heart having lingered on Saber and mourned for her disappearance. It was all here though and it was showing now more than ever. He was slightly taken aback by his actions; he would have never thought he would be acting like this… he would have never thought it would have been with Rin as his lips entwined with hers. His body pressing slightly more against her own as he fought to keep control; he was fighting not to allow this to go farther, despite his wanting to. She was not making it any easier as she reacted to him positively; he had somewhat feared this.
He felt her shiver against his body and smiled slightly. He felt her tongue brush against his own before shivering slightly himself. Such a simple action having such an effect over him; it was pulling him more and more into the idea of exploring the nature of this moment… of their actions. Her head tilted causing him to lean closer towards her, deepening the intensity of their moment. A constant battle raging within him as he allowed his hand to brush against her leg, slowly; Shirou pushed back her skirts slightly, allowing his eyes to open to stare in her own. His hand quivered at the touch of her skin that was almost like silk. Shaking his head against the feeling that coursed through his body at the touch, he pulled on her skirt, forcing him down more upon her as his weight was now, almost completely upon her. Fingertips feeling the skirt before moving underneath it, slowly… hesitantly… their lips parted for the briefest of moments as she spoke to him. A small smile stretching across his lips as he shook his head lightly; “I am still just your enemy, Rin?” She had hardly allowed for him to speak as her tongue began to explore his mouth; that was something he couldn’t resist; losing all sense of hesitation, Shirou’s hand lifted her skirt before his tongue ran along hers; his fingers tracing across her skin before his lips parted from hers, only to find themselves pressed against her neck. His teeth baring against the skin of her neck as his finger lingered on the one thing separating the two from the act, Shirou had been fearing doing.
It simply led to this moment as his hands fell to her waist; lingering on the fabric as his lips gently rose to press against her own. “I should consider myself very lucky then, that you be so kind towards an enemy.” Pulling on her lip gently, Shirou allowed his hands to return towards their previous actions as the night continued onwards into what may have seemed like a dream to the redhead.

She refused to answer or speak anymore complete sentences after the deal had been sealed on the plans for her skirt. Not like her mind could form one after the events that followed anyway. If another was to come from her it was a quick one word with some demand or just a flat out moan of some sort. Nothing to be embarrassed over. The act was done to pleasure someone and if needed she would correct the male and also show him where she liked it best through sound and body movements.~ Not like he wasn't enjoying that anyway or all the things she was doing to him. This was truly a night she hadn't been expecting to have anytime soon if at all. Sure Rin had joked about keeping the male up through the late hours of the night, but it hadn't been implied to be in this way. Just showed how a magus must always be prepared to expect the unexpected when around another of the same kind. Every and anything could happen.~
Dreams were something one normally had when asleep, but she wasn't quite sure she could call hers that. It felt more like she was just laying there with her eyes closed. Her mind still trying to take in all the events that happened only hours ago as she woke from her slumber. Azure shinned its presence forth onto the word once more as her eyes opened and she rolled over to stare at the ceiling of an all too familiar room. Of course it was Shirou's. How she even got to the room from starting in the living area was a good question all in itself. That could be figured out later as of right now her attention was to the ceiling alone. She knew the man to still be asleep and in bed as well, heck, he was laying right next to her so it wasn't hard to find out.
"Should probably check that..." Rin sighed a bit as she sat up, not caring to bring the covers with her as she did so. Wasn't like she was about to stay naked for long anyway. After moving out of the bed with stealth she quickly found the needed undergarments as well as her skirt and undershirt. She was far too lazy to search for the rest right now, and this would at least leave her presentable. So with the rising of the strap to her shirt she was out of the room and into the open morning air. The magi's hand ran gently through her hair to give it some form of a brush threw as she sat down on the edge of the porch, crossing her legs.
The thought to forget this part and laze about came to mind, but she knew that the person she was going to talk to now couldn't be avoided. So with this much known another little message traveled out and her knight was called to her. It was much to the woman's surprise though to find the response coming so fast. No magic circle came to bring the servant this time, no, instead the servant fell from the roof only to tackle her down. If it hadn't been for that brief flash of blonde before the contact was made she'd have mistaken Saber for an enemy. ". . ." To shocked to speak would be the correct thing to say. At least this time her head didn't hit the ground below for an armored hand was stopping it from doing so.
Yet no speech looked to be coming from either side anytime soon. Not that Rin didn't mind this all. It had been a little cold outside and the warmth from the other was solving that problem. "I'm glad to see you too~?" That was the only thing she could think to say as an arm lightly wrapped around the waist of her surprise guest. Only a grunt was given in return at first before a response which left her to laugh it all off. There was really no objection to how she'd been greeted, nor the position she was currently in, well, there was one. All this would be quite easier to take in and also start conversation with if the blonde wasn't currently between her legs and pressed awfully close. Not that she really minded though.~

Had it been a dream… No, it couldn’t have been...
Perhaps a nightmare then…? No, it was too great an experience to have been a nightmare…
Was it something to regret…? Perhaps. There was two sides to that however… that was unfair…
Would I do it again…? Yes… yes I think I would…
Why… why would I betray her like that, again…? Because I love both?
Shirou sighed as his eyes opened slowly; his thoughts were hardly what he would have wished to hold at a time like this… he should have been relieved… happy, perhaps. And he was to be perfectly honest. He was genuinely happy to have been with Rin, but he was also upset. Such contrasting emotions, yet he was not being foolish when he continued to think through the matter. He was happy that it had occurred but it should not have. The kiss at the school should have been the farthest the two had gone, but he didn’t have regrets, which counterbalanced everything. How confusing could one become on such a ‘simplistic’ matter? Was there really anything to truly be upset over? Since meeting Saber again, she had hardly looked at him; it was almost as if those three words had meant absolutely nothing. Sure he knew Saber wasn’t exactly expressive with her feelings… but she had said it and that meant something, didn’t it? His hands fell over his eyes as he groaned and continued to lay there. Had she only said it because she believed she would never see him again? Was that why she hardly looked at him or said anything to him? Did she regret that moment in her life, now that she was here again?
“Everything… has been a mistake, hasn’t it? My life was a mistake from the moment Excalibur’s sheath was placed in me…” His arms fell at his sides as he lay there; Rin had left mere minutes ago despite her better nature at trying to be quiet. Shirou was not all that stupid anymore; he would be dead many times over if he had not learned to take care of himself. Sitting up, he sighed, allowing a hand to run through his hair before he stood. Boxers and a white sleeved shirt on, he left the confines of his room; his footsteps silent as he looked around lazily. To be honest, he was not all that keen in finding Rin… wishing to see her now would be a bit unusual, especially with all these thoughts racing through his mind. He didn’t exactly look happy either, which might give off the wrong impression as his amber eyes wandered around the house. It was a moment of silent wandering before he stopped in his tracks; his ears perking slightly as he heard a voice coming from outside… Rin’s voice. His head peered out into the open and his eyes lingered for a moment on the two of them.
Of course… a sigh escaped him as he averted his gaze and closed himself off from the two. Why should it have surprised him to see such closeness between them two? Something he had never had… everything seemed more or less like a lie as Shirou fell back against the wall. They did hold feelings for each other; he had already established that, but seeing it firsthand was different. Had it been like this, during the last war? Rin had said she had only summoned Saber a few days ago, yet they were closer than he and the blonde knight had been, it seemed. It certainly seemed as though Saber was more expressive… something Shirou could not let go of as he left the hallway. Everything now, seemed like something he should regret; having been a part of this war, having summoned Saber… good mistakes that were beginning to feel bad, yet he could not bring himself to feel the anger that he should have with those thoughts. Why? Because… He entered his room again before sitting upon the Futon and sighing. Despite this feeling of emptiness, Shirou did not feel that betrayed; this all seemed appropriate to be honest. Rin had wanted Saber… she should have been the one to have summoned Saber in the first place, if it had not been for his father; leaning backwards, he smiled a bit. He would not interfere; he had grown tired of being worthless and alone these past three years, but it had not left him just yet.
"Why am I here, this time...? Does the world simply love watching me suffer, or am I expected to play 'Hero' again?" The idea of playing hero... to do that he would eventually need to defeat the two that had grown so close. How nice; the Hero that gained nothing by doing what needed to be done. The Hero who never got the girl... just like in all those comics. That was exactly what Shirou was and it amused and irked him to no end as he stared up at his ceiling.
