you try it on ratemydrawings.com there is no need for download but lol you will need java

Do I need to be a member of ratemydrawings to download the program? And can it be used apart from the site or is it like... an MMO RPG client? x3
Anyway, here's something from me, a chibi artwork of me as a card sprite lol. Don't laugh it's for a joint art auction that will be soon held by me and my friends ;3

nope you don't need to be a member of ratemydrawings but if you are you can draw with that program on ratemydrawings =w= please take note you can't save the file because chibipaint was designed for online drawing XD
