Falian rushed to her Guardian's side as the purple butterfly floated down to the new girl, settling lightly in her outstretched palm. "Reign!" Falian cried. "Reign, are you all right?" "Meh..." Reign grunted out. "I'll live. But... gah... what a pain..."((Question. Can the Guardians and Guarded gain powers as the story goes on that aren't in their profile? Raye blushed, his silver hair dripping with water and his clothing soaked. He looked at Zoey's face. She was incredibly beautiful; her skin was fair and toned with a light tan, an her facial features were perfect. Her pure, silver eyes twinkled in the sunlight, glowing like two radiant diamonds. Raye gulped and forced his gaze away from the girl's body, for he had been taught to respect women and not stare. But it was very clear... Raye was in love.
"Uhh... I-I... umm..." he gulped, "W-What is a girl like you doing in a place like this...? D-Do you have a G-Guardian...?"
He averted his gaze and scratched his cheek, which was dripping with sweat.

"I come here because it's a quiet place to read and go fishing," She said, smiling, before she was distracted, "oh no!" She picked up her pole; the fish was not on the end of the line and her hook was gone. "He got away..." Zoey stared off down the river in a bit of a daze until snapping back to reality, "Oh! Yes; I have a Guardian! Where is he...?" She combed the water with her eyes, "Zaccheus? Zaccheus where are you?"
There was an immense splash of water as a blue and bronze behemoth emerged from the river. It laid half in the water and half out of it, and out of its mouth came a most unexpected and peculiar sound; it sounded like a very low version of a squealing balloon.
"This is Zacch. He's my Guardian!" Zoey exclaimed proudly.  ((Sorry about the Guardian change; Kaye okay-ed it.))

Raye backed away from the beast, startled by it's odd appearance.
What kind of deed did she do to get this thing?!
"Uh, p-pleasure to meet you... Zacch..." he stuttered, forcing a smile.

"Zacch, this is Raye; I just met him!" It seemed that Zoey could be excited by ants on the sidewalk (which, as a matter of fact, she was).
Zaccheus eyed Raye and tilted his head, not knowing really what to say, as Zaccheus was still Zaccheus; the oblivious platypus of Earth.
((Wait; they have to do something to get their Guardians?))

((*sigh* xd Hayato, dearest, did you read the intro? To get a Guardian, one must perform a special deed that reflects the form of his/her Sacred Gaia. The deed is not specified, so one will never know when when he/she will get a Guardian. That's why Z was iffy about you getting Zaccheus while... fishing. rofl ))

Zaccheus nudged Zoey in the leg with his head, still speechless.

"Yes..." he said, looking in the direction that Yemits had gone, "He's the one that passed by here."
"I don't know why he gets like that..." he said thoughtfully, "It's just always been that way. I don't usually like coming here because of that... but Yemits needs to protect the forests here as well as the ones on Earth."

"Listen to it; can't you hear the sad sound?" To most people the roar probably sounded just like that; a roar. To Zoey it sounded as if the beast were mourning something dear to it. "It's as if he's lost something important."
Zaccheus nudged Zoey's side again, and she reached down to stroke her Guardian.
