ok, i got really creative with naming my clarinet. i named it yamaha. pretty original eh? i named it that in 6th grade and i haven't changed it yet. only in 7th. omg, one of my friends named her flute flutey and another one named her clarinet clariey. they are pretty werid names, but it's tha best a 6th grader could do im guessing.

current clarinet:Claire, I just thought of it being a girl and ya know the sound claire is in the word clairinet so yeah. First gituar:Strings, I fell in love with the strings on my gituar I don't know why though my drum:boom boom Pow, I would always make a boom,boom,POW on my drum so I named it boom boom pow.

My Piccollo's name is Artley. Ha ha, so creative. I just think Artley's a cool name.
My flute's name is Kozmo the Inscrutable. Voodoo Vince anyone?

my friend clayton (french horn player) named her school owned french horn "peiarre" and her other one "frenchy fri". she also took it upon herself to name my oboe "soho". 3nodding

Flute: Denis James, D.J for short Piccolo: McFly (I was listening to McFly when I went to pick it up) and I'm supposed to be getting a Tenor Sax for Jazz band i don't know what to name it yet...

Hehe I named my Clarinet Lucy! I just love that name its so cute! see everybody else was naming theirs something with clair in it because of ya know clarinet but I wanted to be different and so did my friend! She named her clarinet Susie! We haven't changed them since! biggrin

i can never remember what their names are, so i change them alot. currently: flute--francois piccolo 1--donnivan o'hannigan piccolo 2 (the school's that i borrow)--goober, as named by my favorite morman in the universe alto sax--mahatma karamchand (i had a phase where i really liked hindu names guitar (old crappy one)--i think it was...marcus? guitar (nice one that i bought last year)--could have been dimitri piano--old grandpa dewey (he's really old)

i named my concert euphonium Shirley, idk i felt like she needed a name and thought it would be weird if a guy gendered his instrument as a guy, so i named her Shirley (cuz seriously, who still names a child that? i like to be different.) And as for my school owned marching baritone, i dont call her anything. i just call her "mine."
