Zak, however was much faster than he should be for someone wearing full plate and a cape. "You'll have to be better than that! You don't even have an arcane aura! Just like Jad!" he'd flipped over her and booted her instead.

Vexis mist-ified just before hitting the floor, the pink cloud moved over to a clean section of the floor, and she re-solidified there. "F***er!!!! I'll ****ing kill you for that!!!!" Vexis shouted, grabbing out a few more blades, and then made the blade-bones in her wrists pierce through her skin. Little did the idiotic Synith realize just how stupid it was to shout 'I'll kill you' when they were on a murder investigation.
Vexis suddenly appeared behind him again, blades in hand.

Ato, quite tired of the little outbreak between the two, jumped up to Vexis-head-height and planted a foot squarely in her face. He then used the rounded bottom of his kunai blade to rap the back of Zak's skull.
"Would you two cease this incessant ridicule of moral stature? Surely we can act like adults here and keep the childish behavior for after we find and persecute the murderer?"
While he said this, Ato landed on top of Zak's head, whapping the caped and armored man in the face with his tails. Chuckling lightly, the kitsune jumped up before the most likely very angry sword-weilder could remove the last three tails Ato had.

I get captured by aliens, shot by robots, stabbed in the back, andhave my girlfriend kidnapped and now I'm forced to attend the birthday party of a man I despise! Mist girl, shut the heck up!" Zak's energy blade was on his belt now, but a pistol of futuristic design was in his hand, "The only thing I've ever gained from Jad was the pistol I took from his armory. that's it, and it was 40,000 years ago. he's probably forgotten, but for me it was two weeks ago!"

Vexis elbowed Zak just then, "Once again dude; sucks to be you!"
Vexis turned back to mist, and floated over to where Ato now was. She poked at the little kitsune's ear. "Now...what annoys you, little dude?"

Nomiko stood down the hall from group of investigators, still disguised. She heard all the arguments, and thought them senseless. But Nomiko wasn't here just for the party, she was here to land a sneak-attack on her sister. To try to destroy Vexis once and for all. Nomiko smirked at the very thought.
She casually walked down the hall, and past the open door of the bathroom, hoping to catch Vexis' attention, to lure her out.

Vexis, having the short attention span she did, immediately caught a glimpse of Nomiko as she passed by the door. "Oh hey! Wait!!" Vexis shoved her way past many people in the room, then bolted out the door and into the hallway.
The other woman was already down at the end of the hall, the moonlight shone through the one window, silhouetting Nomiko. Vexis rushed up to her, determined to find out who this person was. "Hey...I wanted to ask-"
A loud scream echoed down the hall, it's high-pitched annoying tone could only come from the equally annoying Synith. The glass in the window frame was shattered, a trickle of blood was smeared on the shattered sections remaining in the frame.
Nomiko was nowhere to be seen.

Lillith was suprised nobody asked that question before"Uh well um..... he's used to be an angel but he became prideful tried fight his creator for the power and his throne.His efforts were in vain and he fell to
Earth and was punished for rebeling.His followers who rebeled with him also fell to Earth and they lost their angelic light.They became ugly and evil
