Hanabi was brought up by a special device. She entered almost immediately, with Fatal standing there, waiting. Almost immediately, however, the necromancer realized that Kabaal was present and doing what-have-you. "Interlopers!" Fatal shouted, turning from Hanabi and causing a giant undead polar bear, larger than any polar bear from this century, to attack Kabaal. As Kabaal was kept occupied by this creature, Fatal walked calmly, like Kabaal had, to the same area, where he would rid this interference from his life. "Hanabi, we're under attack," Fatal said over his shoulder without pausing in his walk. "If you could keep the Library from being hacked away from me while I'm busy, that would be wonderful."
Fatal had no inkling of Hanabi's change of views about him.

Hanabi watched in awe as the giant polar bear was brought to life. Then she watched as Fatal left. "Don't worry, I can do that!" she said, smiling. Now was her chance to try to access the footage.

The console with which she could access the camera footage was on the wall. In it, Hanabi would be able to see both Fatal's battle and conversation with Geno, and before that, the battle with Kasai and co., including Fatal's glee at being protected by Kranza's servant. Hanabi would see enough evidence to realize Fatal was lying to her and using her. He had no inkling of this.
Once she has realized the truth, Hanabi would be able to aid in Kabaal efforts to wrench the Library away from Fatal's control. Since he was completely unaware and unsuspecting, it would be easy, and the necromancer would not be able to stop it.

Kabaal felt himself slam into the wall, he watched as air flew at the creature, slicing off it's other arm, leaving it with only it's two hind legs. Kabaal summoned twin blades of lightning and darted at the bear, cleaving it easily into shreds. Kabaal knew it had taken a lot out of him to destroy the undead creature, and now, faced with Fatal, Kabaal was finally starting to worry.....slightly.

Hanabi spotted the console and walked over to it. She did as Ninian told her, pressing the specific buttons and entering the different passwords. And then was ready for the different kind of test.
(( Which I didn't get what it was... Ninian never said what it was, did she? ))

Hanabi passed the test, and would never be quite sure of what it had tested her for.
(( xd ))
Smoked curved around Fatal (who has a new look, btw), wisping shreds of pure putrescence from one who basked in Death. He was angry.
"Yours is a hopeless task," Fatal said finally, as he came to a stop in front of Kabaal. He raised his hands, gesturing at the Library around him. "I have... everything."
That was when a swarm of undead, prehistoric bee-like creatures began to swarm, from the experimental sample collection room, where the kraken and hydra and leviathans had come from. Fatal had access to all manner of dead creatures, with which to effortlessly bring to life. Their corpses were still available, after all. He just had to invoke their bodies and spirits in Death, which was second nature to the empowered necromancer. Kabaal was... in very much trouble.
"Die." And the venomous swarm attacked.
It should also be noted that Fatal now possessed the Touch of Death. He could pull a soul directly out of the body, leaving it a trophyfied mass, as Raster had succumbed to.

(( xd )) Once Hanabi passed the test (whatever it may have been), she had access to the camera footage. She saw everything that happened in the library. She was telling me the truth. she thought as the footage came to an end. She felt a stab of guilt, since she had attacked Geno, protecting the supposed 'good' guy. She had to make up for that, and stop Fatal. She started to hack into the Library system.(( Edited ))

Kabaal shrugged slightly, raising his hands. The metal on the walls spiked in, spearing the bees easily, impaling them against the next wall, also creating a barrier of thin but strong bars between Kabaal and Fatal. Kabaal knew he couldn't destroy Fatal, but he also knew he had to continue his work. He turned to the console and began to hack once more, silver wisps floating around him.

The very air began to fill with toxin... with Death. It was a shroud that would attempt to engulf and envelope Kabaal, sapping his strength away little by little. Fatal also realized what was at his disposal--he accessed the Library telepathically (as could be done with his knowledge) and tried to counteract Kabaal's efforts. But mainly he was appalled to find that Kabaal was linked to his own name in security clearance.
Damn.
This meant that if Fatal used the Library to attack Kabaal, it would attack him as well.
Abandoning the console, Fatal focused on telekinesis/levitation, which, admittedly, was not one of Fatal's magical strengths. But it would still work to send Kabaal careening away from the console, until the resourceful enemy thought of a way to counteract this.
((I myself already know a brilliant way. x3 ))

Kabaal would have smiled if he ever showed emotion. A blast of air sent the toxin blowing at Fatal while the silver around him slithered and made the metal from the floor flow around his torso and legs, holding him in place from Fatal's telekinetic assault. He continued hacking calmly.

The toxin was unaffected by air. It was a magical and intangible substance. It would harm Fatal as well as anyone else, but such a deathly smog could not be affected by purely physical means. Including magically-controlled air.
As for the hacking--that would soon stop. Kabaal would soon be dead. He simply couldn't ignore Fatal and hope to have any chance of winning. As it was, the Library was already warping back into place. It would soon expunge both Kabaal and Fatal if either one continued to deform the metallic structure.
This would actually be good, however, as Hanabi would be able to hack away in peace, herself. Kabaal did not know this, however.

Kabaal knew his strength was draining, but he also knew he didn't have too much left. He entered the transport directory, changed the password, set up a few firewalls and managed to target the teleporter on Fatal. Then he sank to his knees, feeling his strength almost gone. He couldn't reach up to hit the final command to send Fatal away. But maybe someone could finish his work, if they came across his hack process.
((Kasai, that's your que XP))
