Updated with FAQ sweatdrop
Over the summer i'll try to streamline the Game System and make things easier to read/look up, remove repeated information and stuff like that.

Hehe, here come a kage to ask a question. Tis' not ashamed!
When making a will save to dodge a genjutsu can you use Kai release then or do you have to wait until you have fallen into the genjutsu, beat the intel check and then use it on your second will save?

I think you would have to wait. Well unless you definitely know that he's going to perform a genjutsu, like, you know he doesn't know anything else, or it's typical for him to perform a genjutsu, etc.

Uh... depends on the Genjutsu wouldn't it? Because that sleeping one that Kabuto uses, Temple of Nirvana Technique, during Orochimaru's invasion, they used Genjutsu Kai as soon as they saw it beginning...
I think, it would depend on how many turns it takes to take affect...Yes?

What happens if you loose a balance check on uneven ground such as the earth River Jutsu? Do you loose a turn?

I think you would loose one turn from being "hit" with the jutsu. Then another for recovery.

Doens't the effect say that you lose half your attack turns? Oh and you lose all dex to your dodge bonus. hee hee. But only until you regain your balance, of course smile

But even if you loose half your attack turns, you can still do jutsu.
.....
Hmm, well I used it to cause a concentration check so it worked I guess.

I think, lightning users would not loose 2 turns... if they are similar level/rank...

Qyp I think, lightning users would not loose 2 turns... if they are similar level/rank... That's irrelevant, unless they used the lightning to counter the technique... Oh lord burning_eyes
I think I'm going to introduce a roll to casting jutsu.
And, for countering, you have to beat the roll by 10, or 20.

Thanks man, my brain really needed that overloading.
Maybe we should change it to the whole turn then eh cheer?
