Ouija patted Bathory's hand, frowning slightly at her childhood but smiling when she spoke of her dream. Ouija released Bathory's hand and embraced the two in a big hug, squishing the two together. "That is a wonderful dream." She swooned. "May the great gods bless the both of you with many children. You will be a great mother. And you, a great father." She gave each of them a quick peck on the check.
Minkishi blushed deep red. "Mother..." He groaned, slightly embarrassed, but happy. He hadn't seen his mother this excited since getting her eyesight back. He looked at Bathory affectionately, happy to have his mother's blessing.
(( Do you think Gnatty could update their certs to say they are mated? ))

Bathory returns the hug to them both, holding tight to the family she's chosen, then pulling back with a smile. "Thank you, that means so much to me. I'm so proud to claim you both as family." Staying close to Minkishi, she slips her arms around his waist and smiles up at him. Happy just to be near him, to have Ouija accepting of their love.
"Come, let me show you my home before it gets dark, and I will cook dinner for you both." she smiles brilliantly and motions for them both to follow her.

Minkishi and Ouija followed obediently to Bathory's home. Minkishi leaned down and have a quick peck on Bathory's cheek's, feeling his mother beam happily at the sight. "What are you going to cook for us?" Minkishi asked, finally speaking. "I'm looking forward to it."

Bathory flushes slightly at the kiss, her smile beaming out at him as she reaches down to take his hand in hers. "I was thinking a nice hearty stew, maybe a salad and some bread for dipping? Nothing fancy, but very tasty and filling."I'm glad to have the opportunity to cook for you both."

"Oh that sounds wonderful." Ouija said. Minkishi nodded his head in agreement. "Can I at least help?" he asked, gently as if to hide it from his mother, so he wouldn't be offended that she couldn't help. But he knew not matter how quiet he spoke, she would hear them. Ouija just smiled at her son, accepting that she was going to be treated to dinner and couldn't lift a finger in the process.

Bathory smiles over to Ouija and nods her own agreement, "I prefer good homecooked meals over fancy dishes that are overly fattening and have no real nutrition." Turning towards Minkishi, she smiles softly at him and gives a subtle nod, leaning in to kiss his cheek, "I have something I want to tell you.. in private, though." Squeezing his hand before letting it go, she turns towards Ouija, clasping both hands in front of her and bowing briefly, "If you would please, my home is yours, I hope you'll make yourself comfortable and relax and dinner will be ready shortly."
Grasping Minkishi's hand, she draws him into the kitchen and begins pulling out the ingredients they'll need. "Pots and pans are in the cupboard right there," she points to it, "could you please grab the big pot and set it to heat over the vent there?" Motioning towards the hotspring vent she keeps a grate on with one elbow, she carts a load of greens and veggies over to start on the salad.

Minkishi looked at Bathory with a concerned look, but kept silent until the reached her home.
"You have a lovely home." Ouija said, finding a comfy chair to settle down in and wait patiently for dinner.
Minkishi followed Bathory to the kitchen and obediently followed her instructions. He placed the big pot and looked back at Bathory, still concerned by her comment. "Bathory...?" He said softly, unsure what secret she was holding onto.

"One moment, Minkishi," she smiles over her shoulder, already slicing up veggies and greens for the salad. Once she has them in the bowl and tossed around a bit, she moves over to him, peeking into the pot, then leaning back against him. Tilting her head back, she smiles up at him, her hands moving to take his, drawing them around her waist until all their hands are resting on her belly.
"Thank you for offering to help. Your mother is going to need all her energy," she leans up, pressing a gentle kiss to his jaw and whispering up to him, "she's going to have four grandchildren to spoil soon..." Bathory grins up at him joyfully, watching for his reaction while holding onto his hands so he's locked in place.

Minikishi's eye grew wide as her words processed through is head. "Four... grandchildren...? Bathory, you're..." He slowly slipped down so that he was facing her belly directly. He held his hands there in silence as he continued to process the news. "Four children.." He let go her stomach and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close and burying his face in her stomach. "I'm so happy." He said, planting kisses on her stomach. He slowly rose back up to face her. He pressed his forehead against her's and giving her a kiss. "You've made me so happy, Bathory..."

Bathory smiles broadly and gives a tiny nod, her hands dropping from her belly to stroke through his hair gently, "I am and we are..." She watches him, unable to keep the smile from her lips, her fingers tracing along his brow and into his hair. Her arms circle around his shoulders as he rises back up, leaning in against him and returning his kiss, "As happy as you've made me, Minkishi. I love you so much."
She kisses him lightly and pulls back to smile, "Now let's go make your mother as happy as we are."

Minkishi blushed and nodded his head. "Yes. My mother... How should we tell her?" His eyes glanced back to the prepared food. "What about dinner?" He rubbed her stomach. "You're eating for five now, you need your nutrients and strength."

Bathory chuckles softly and leans in against him, hugging him briefly, "We can tell her over dinner. Lets finish getting this stew made up and we'll tell her before we serve." She hugs him once more, placing a soft kiss to his cheek before moving to check on the pot. Giving it a small taste, she brushes her hands off and grins at him, "Its ready. Lets get this out into the dining room and collect your mother."
Moving to collect the plates and bowls, she stacks the salad on top of them and moves towards the dining room. Its set cozily, a small table that won't hold more than four or five if they squeezed, she puts up the place settings as if this were any ordinary day.

Minkishi anxiously watched Bathory prepare for dinner. He carried the pot of stew to the table before he swam to the other room to get his mother, who was still happily sitting in silence. "Mother... dinner is ready." Ouija looked at him, noticing something was in his voice. Plus her motherly instinct told her something was on his mind. She took his hand and he lead her to the table. "Why are you so nervous Minkishi?"
Minkishi gulped and looked at Bathory. "Umm... well..." He grew silent, unsure why he was so shy about the subject. He knew his mother would be happy, but he was still quite flustered on the subject.

Bathory watches him with no little amusement for his nervousness, making sure the settings are placed just so before standing to wait for them both to join her. When they arrive, she glances between the pair before moving to join Minkishi. Taking his hand in hers, she smiles at Ouija, "What he's trying to say, is that you're going to be a grandmother soon. We're going to have four babies that I know will appreciate their grandmother's love and affection."
Darting another glance at Minkishi, she licks her lips hesitantly and continues, "I would also like to propose that one of us moves closer to the other. Whether we live as one large household or two close ones, I want our children to be close to their family, for -us- to be close to our family. All of us. I don't want the divide between branches that occurs in so many families to happen with this one."

Ouija blinked and slowly smiled at the couple. "I'm very happy for you two." She didn't seem very surprise. Her heighten senses made her suspect the very same. "I look forward to having children to care for again. You two are going to have your hands full."
Minkishi looked surprised at Bathory, not even considering the living situation. Ouija looked down at her plate, her smile never fading. "I think Minkishi should move in with you. It's important he's around to help with through the births. Or perhaps you can find a larger home. Those little frys grow so fast."
"Mother... I can't..." Minkishi started, but Ouija shook her head and didn't allow him to finish.
"I will be fine, Minkishi. You have your own family to raise now. It's time you move away home and start your own life. No need to dote on your old mother. Of course I will visit and help with the children as much as I can." Ouija was still smiling, showing she had already came to terms with her son growing up.
"Mother, move in with us then." Minkishi seemed a little hurt, but more worried to leave his mother.
"I have my duties to Master VooDoo. I will be fine. He will take care of me."
