I keep changing my favorites. But I really like Shou Toramaru and Yuka Kazami. :3 Shou became my favorite today~!
I like Remilia, Flandre, and Sakuya too.
Muse I really like but she's in Seihou.

Parsee. Frickin' bridge Persian always makes me smile, even when she's destroying me with jealousy-fueled danmaku.
Then Kotohime, who is my main player character in Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream, and Orange from Lotus Land Story, because you should never underestimate a Stage One Boss (trying to hatch a meme here)!
And of course Wriggle Nightbug, the BEST TOUHOUMON EVER, though I always feel guilty for wanting her because kiddy.

Yui_hime Wriggle Nightbug, the BEST TOUHOUMON EVER, The best touhoumon ever is EX Minoriko, only because she resembles Kasen Ibara a bit. Or Chibi Yukari; she looks super adorable. whee

Not sure if I replied in this already but it's been a while anyway.
A couple of my faves are Marisa, Yuuka, Meiling, Cirno, Mokou and then Remilia.
Hell it's safe to say I like mostly everyone in a way.

Or Chibi Yukari; she looks super adorable. whee Now that you've mentioned that, I need to go see if THM's been patched for Kasen yet. I know Hatate got patched in even before Double Spoiler came out, so... I tend to go for sweepers in Pokemon-type games, so THM Wriggle is freaking awesome (though I go for alternate evos because EX Wriggle's design annoys me).

Hmnn ...Gameplay wise I like Marisa the best unless we're talking SA in which case Reimu yukari combo is awesome Warping ftw!.
But character wise i'd have to say
Rumia: she's just to dang adorable i'd hug her if it didn't run the risk of beeing eaten alive.
Wriggle: she isn't stupid people just don't listin to her. Secretly i believe she's really intelligent and always trys to escape Team9 but cirno blackmails her with threats of telling Yuuka her whereabouts.
Youmu: i don't know why maybe its because besides beeing extreamly loyal and skillfull she's often protrayed as a klutz and its oh so adorable
and finally Lyrica: why lyrica of the three? i have no idea i just think her sly and witty attitude that seems to spur her sisters into action is quite...whats the word i dunno it makes her unique among the three in my opinion. plus flying keyboard ftw
