Oh, really? Nothing I can help with? I think you need a lesson about underestimating people.
-=Neko shrugged, and looked at the time. sighing softly=-
We will continue tomorrow, for now, just get some rest. You'll need it.
-=And with that, he walked out of the dojo, headed back to the Main dojo=-

Zakuro sighed. There had to have been some warmer water in the cave, but then she did feel better. Regardless, a warm bath would be good for her. It was a long walk from her village and she took little time to sleep or eat, much less bathe properly. It would be nice to stop if only for a little while.

-=Down a small hallway, there were dorm rooms built, along with a room for the baths, which were natural hot springs which were uncovered in the excavation of the caverns=-

After a bit of exploration she found the springs. It was steamy and warm and the humidity made her hair curl. She slipped out of her sandals and for the first time in a few weeks she peeled off her gloves and socks. She felt sort of exposed without them. She sighed and continued disrobing, but left on her skivies on in case she got any sudden company. Her toes tingled when she tested the water with her foot. Then slowly she slipped in. She leaned back and closed her eyes. The water felt great and before she knew it she was asleep.

Karu had decided to have a look around. He didn't have a home to go back to so this would have to do for now. After taking a look at most of the rooms he came to a room with a cloud of steam coming from the top. He tapped on the wall next to it. "Hey, anyone in there?" He heard a light snoring. "Hello?" He said a little louder.

"Sneh?" Zakuro's eyes slightly opened. She slid upright and rubbed them. "Ah, it's okay! I'm in the water!" Zakuro answered. She was submerged enough that no one could really see anything below her shoulders.

Karu slid the door open and leaned against the wall. "Your the girl I did the exercise with... what was your name again?" Karu scratched his head, he was terrible with names.

Of course it had to be a boy. "Zakuro." She sank a little more. "The, uh, the water is good. You should probably soak after the exercise."

Karu thoght for a moment then shook his head. "Nah... at least not until later." He knew she didn't mean right now, at least he thought she didn't, he just wanted someone to talk to for a while. "So Zakuro, where are you from?"

She didn't answer him at first. Millions of different thoughts whipped through her head, but she suddenly stopped on one. She hadn't removed her scarf so she mearly pointed at the Hidden Waterfall symbol engraved on the center. She knew the polite thing would be to return the question, but she always found it difficult to find the right words unless they had been written down for her. After a few more seconds she carefully recronstructed his question to try and make it sound origional. "You are from where?" Not quite the goal she had been reaching for, but it got the point across.

"Nowhere in particular. I was raised in the woods." Karu ran a few thoughts through his head for a minute then decided to ask another question. "Am I making you uncomfortable?"

Star had given Nekojiri a smile and sighed as he walked off. She quietly followed and watched the two wet people leave to warm up.
She waited for a bit and then followed the second one, a boy, down a small corridor. "Hey, this place..." She slightly called out to the two of them. She wasn't sure if intruding on strangers was a great idea.

Karu lifted his head. He opened the door having heard a voice and found a girl standing in the hallway. He poked his head back in the room. "See ya later Zakuro." He walked up to this new person. "Hi, the name's Karu." He held his hand out.

Zakuro gave out a deep sigh of relief when he left. It wasn't that she didn't like him. She was just never good at speaking. Her mind sifted through all the words she could pick to speak, but by the time she chose the right one it would be much too long. She just found that unless she was being asked a direct question it was better to try and say nothing at all.
