Fate/Stay Nite is probably my favorite but also Air Gear, Tsubasa Chronicle, and Ai yori Aoshi. Just to name a few lol check out myanimelist in my sig to see more.

I have a few favorites, but Ranma 1/2 would be my favorite manga and either Rurouni Kenshin or Zatch Bell would be my favorite anime. It's hard to choose which because I don't have a very expanded fan base.
