i had another smoothie. it is only like 200 caloires.. but every time i eat them i get sick Y do i think it is going to be different... i hate my problems inside my body.....

Every time I start back up on an exercise regimen, I get the flu. Nasty, sucking, vile-fluids-spewing, flu. So I have to stop.
Argh!
On the other hand, this time it's a stomach flu, so my calorie intake consists of sparkling water and v8. Very slimming, albeit very unhealthy.

Every time I lose an inch from my waist, I notice that my vast clevage has nonetheless remained the same, so even when I return to my formerly svelte form, I'll be fit for nothing but guest appearances on Dog the Bounty Hunter.
Argh!
Not to mention that every exercise I do has to be sitting down or flat on my back, because I'm disabled and can't stand for very long, so I have to run in place for like three times as long as regular people would.
Argh!
And my pancreas is hosed, so I'm hungry 24/7. When I eat, I just get hungrier. If I don't eat at ALL, I stop being hungry. So even if I don't cheat on my diet (I rarely do, I stopped having an appetite a long time ago), even if I eat small portions and even though my stomach has shrunk to a more reasonable size, I am still hungry 24/7 UNLESS I play anorexic, which is just dumb. So all I can think about is eating food that would make me sick! ><;;;;
Argh!!!

I had a piece of pizza for dinner,I factored it into my daily calories but I still feel guilty...Grrrrrrr.

Aeren i am bombing at the whole diet and exercise thing. i need to get a grip. Small meals every three hours seems to help for me. I end up eating less overall and I can still eat trigger foods without ingesting five thousand calories at a go.

Today I had two small slices of two different birthday cakes, and I had too many carbs (breads). A pita, that cake, a bagel, and a tuna melt.

I put on 9 pounds in 5 days according to my scales. In reality - I've probably only put on 5, since I last weighed myself at night after I'd eaten all through the day. I was also wearing heavy clothing.
But 9 pounds!!! I feel like gouging out my stomach. Grr. D:

I just got back from a winter camp with my troop, and we ate chip, perogies, sausage, breadbowls, and chocolate chip cookies all weekend.
I could have had smaller portions...but it was so good. ._. Oh well..at least I burnt a fair amount of it.
And, I'm having tea at the moment...with cream and two tsp of sugar!!! D: I'm exhausted and I wanted something comforting.
