Warp struggled to sit up. He didn't feel too safe resting with all the guards rushing around like this. Something was going on, and he didn't want to be stuck on a cot if something bad happened. He finally managed to sit upright on the bed and paused for a moment to get his bearings. It was no use, he'd never get anywhere like this. He moved his legs to the side of the bed and felt something sharp jab him in his pocket. He winced and tried to pull whatever it was out. He pulled out a bit of glass from a broken vile that was stained with a red liquid. He quickly searched his other pockets to see if he had any other viles. He had forgotten that he carried around energy boosters from the last planet he was on. He barely had to use them there, and they really took it out of you when they wore off.
Unfortunately, all but one had been smashed from his earlier fights. He looked around the room for a needle so he could take part of it. He didn't want much, just enough for him to be able to get out if he needed. He knew if he took the whole thing, he'd be as good as new if not better. But in his current condition, as soon as it wore off he'd be out for who knows how long.

Scorpion was a little ways from the builing. He saw Octavious look back with a strange kind a confused look. He followed him to the building to see the destruction. He understood. He walked into the ally behind him. He stuck his tail into the wall. "Shall we?" He smirked, looking at Octavious.

Scorpion followed up the building and behind him till they saw punisher. He stepped to stand beside Octavious.

"Something's not right. Go with instinct Frank." He quickly throught to himself.

The Punisher then quickly unloaded in a full circle around him firing at everything in his dual pistols' path except the mysterious woman in the corner. His bullets phased through the Fisk and family holograms as they collided into the walls and sent chunks of tile flying to the floor. It was from here he seen Scorpion and Octavious.

"Your family's dead, and so is Frank Castle, pay no mind. Ah s**t...More trouble! Scorpion's a little dangerous, but he's careless. The octopus however is what concerns me. Gotta do a quick review before someone attacks. Maybe try turning them against each other... Use evasive attacks. That stupid green b*****d will fire his acid tail at anything that moves. Get him to spray doc and the girl. Then just beat at hand to hand... he relies on the tail too much. GO!"Frank thought as he dropped the .45's and exchanged them for uzis popping off a few shots to seperate Ock and Scorpion.

"Hey, greenie! Bet you couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with that thing!"

Virago smirked, at least she worked on the Punisher, he had intentionally not shot her. She turned to see Doc Oc, who she recognized and another, um, man? She watched the Scorpian enter and then watched Castle gode him. She couldn't release anything more toxic than her pheremones in the air for fear of negitavely effecting Oc or Scorpian. She had protected herself, but she needed to see what kind of harm she could do. She sidled back from the fight and closer to the door.

Scorpion gave a wicked laugh and dodged the bullets. He then shot acid out of his tail towards Castle and hit the wall with his tail sending debris in all directions around the acid. "We will see!" He said smiling at his little trap. He would be able to fight smarter without spiderman around.

Frank quickly dodged the debris with a swift jump to his right. He kept positioning himself in front of Octavious to send Scorpion's damage towards the doctor, but keeping an arm's length or rather four, away. He would need to eliminate his foes by strategy, not brute force. It almost made Castle think back to his war days, but he had a new war to fight now. The war on crime.

"C'mon Scorpion, can't you shoot better than that?" Frank said squeezing off a few rounds above his enemy, making some dust from the ceiling fall into his face.
