"Well," the girl walked Yuma through the house, "The entire place is full of flowers and vases... the vases were handmade by my family, and the flowers grown right out in back, aside from Lady Lillia's flowers." she stopped at the door to the back, "As for a flower that suits you... i Can't help you there... you know yourself better than anyone else ever could, so you'll have to choose one. Good luck! "

The girl skipped out the back door and continued to help her mother with the gardening.

"It's beautiful sweetheart," he smiled as he softly inhaled the scent of the flower, "Did you find a vase for Mary?"

"What do you mean by that?" Kaos looked slightly lost by her female thoughts, then shook it off, "So where is this vase you wanted?"

He grinned and slid the vace off the shelf and into his arms with his finger tips, "Well, let's get this up to the desk and pay for it so we can be on our way." He reached down for Yuma's hand and laced his fingers through hers, carrying the vase with his other hand. He looked over at her and couldn't help but smile, and kissed her forehead, "You're so beautiful."

He smiled, "you didn't take too long. picking out gifts for people isn't easy. i am horrible at it... so i'm glad you were here with me."

The owner of the store came in from outside, "Ah, did you find everything you were looking for?"

Kaos nodded, "I believe so, sir."

The man nodded and gave them a total, which Kaos tipped handsomely, "Thank you very much, sir."

The man grinned, "Oh, Thank you! Come again any time."

Kaos exited the store and instantly teleported to the portal that took them back to Arynia.

A little less than an hour later Chrono reappeared in the entrance of Elenath's castle and knocked on the door.

Elenath answered, "You didn't tell me you were visiting... " her face was flushed from the fact she wasn't prepared.

"Well, if Hans lived anywhere else, Lady Elenath, I wouldn't have to be bothering you at this time." Chrono muttered while scratching the back of his head, "May we come in, or shall we return when you are a bit more prepared?"

"Ah no," she sang as she waved them in, "it's fine."

Chrono walked in, noticing something different with Elenath, too many of Hans's pastries? Damn man is making her overweight! Chrono crossed his arms with an irritated look on his face, Blasted Vampires...

Lucid looked up from his book and flared his nose, "Akuma?" he mumbled to himself as he took in the scent of his woman. He set the book down and ran out the door.

The trio made their way to the kitchen where they found Hans taking his golden topped blueberry muffins out and placing them on a cooling rack. He noticed Akuma and smiled, then he saw Chrono frowning and mumbling about pastries and Elenath, Finally his eyes rested on a tall skinny man with dark blue hair. He looked the man over then his vision quickly jumped back to Akuma, and back to the man... they had many similarities, but the male was too old to be her brother, "Are you two related?" He bluntly asked taking off his oven mitts and placing them on the counter.

Kaos straighten up and announced, "Indeed, we are, I am Kaos Kessaku; Akuma Kessaku's father."

Hans stood there for a bit staring at the man, then he looked at Chrono, "I thought she was your daughter!" he shouted flailing his arms about.

Akuma looked shocked, "Does it make a difference?"

"A partnership! we were going to have a partnership!" Hans wailed.

"A partnership!" Chrono roared, "I mentioned no such thing!"

"Our families were to unite!" He cried, "Poker night; Family vacations!!!"

The kitchen went silent; all but Hans, who sobbed over his muffins.

"You're muffin's are going to get soggy if you do that..." A small voice said from the entrance of the kitchen. All eyes shifted over to Lucid who was standing in the doorway waving shyly.

Akuma squealed and swept him up in her arms.

Lucid apologized for being away for so long and kissed her forehead. she smiled and kissed his lips.

Chrono turned his attention back to Hans, "What the hell do you mean a partnership? I'm going to be dead after she masters the Scythe!"

Hans sniffled, "Wait, you mean you knew you were going to die and didn't tell me?"

Chrono glared, "I'm not the one getting married, i didnt think it mattered..."

Hans's eyes filled with tears, "But... But you're my best friend."

Chrono twitched, "What?"

"Poker night, Family vacations," Hans began, taking his handkerchief from his vest pocket, "We were going to have great fun together, like Guys night out, and stuff..."

Chrono took a seat before he passed out, mother night... i'm getting involved with a vial creature... that i dont even like... why me... Chrono looked back up at Hans, "Akuma is to take my place as ruler of the abyss... after she does so i will no longer exist... i'll be able to rejoin my wife and family in the darkness; where i belong!"

"No, You belong in the light!" hans shouted, "I know everyone thinks you're a bad guy, but i know deep down you're really good!"

Chrono shot out of his chair and before he could even begin arguing Hans's eyes rolled back into his head and he passed out. Kaos being the decent man he is flash stepped across the kitchen and caught him, "So, where should i put him?"

Kaos stood from his couch and approached the snuggling lovers, "Hello, ummm... can i speak with you Lucid?"

Akuma wrapped her arms tightly around him and gave her father a stubborn glare.
