 ~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... Deidara knew what was coming. Obviously Itachi had done something highly unpleasant. He did his best not look look creeped out and nodded. "Yes Sasori-sama, un. I'm positive." He nodded again to show he wasn't lying. .........

SASORI in FLASHBACK "Well, if you really must know." Sasori paused. Struggling to say it out of respect to Itachi and some for his old partner. "As Orochimaru reached for Itachi's eyes ... " Sasori was now grimicing as if he were about to tell a trusting nation of the most vile of scandels committed by their most beloved leader. " ... he cut Orochimaru's hand off. I don't understand ... " He stopped realizing what he was about to say. " ... No! I do know why Orochimaru did it. It was his lust for greater power."

~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... "Orochimaru's greedy, un." The words just slipped out of Deidara's mouth without him realizing it. He bit down on his lip, hoping he hadn't offended his master. "But his hand re-grew eventually didn't it, un?" He tried to recover. "Or did he just use transfer jutsu, un?" He hoped Sasori would ignore his first comment and respond to his questions. He wasn't sure how he'd react if he wasn't pleased with his remark. .........

SASORI FLASHBACK Sasori struck Deidara, who only when flying back several inches. Sasori grabbed him before he fell too far. He then scolded Deidara. "You should hold your tongue. Or tongues. " He said with his hand firmly grasped around Deidara's collar. Sasori released his death grip on Deidara. Deidara fell to the floor. Sasori pointed to him and continued, "Itachi wasn't praised as a saint. Orochimaru took his hand with him and the ring Leader gave to him from Akatsuki." Sasori looked at his own hand and grabbed Deidara's to pull him up. Still holding Deidara by the wrist Sasori continued his lecture, "This ring is more then just a trinket. It is a symbol of loyality towards, not only Sir Leader but, the rest of Akatsuki. I want to place great importance on this ring, Deidara." Sasori let go of Deidara's arm and continued with his lesson. "This man here ... " He pointed to the dead man laying on the table. The memory began to fade away. PRESENT Sasori had lost the memory to the situation. Sasori recalled how Deidara didn't know that the man was the Sunagakure's own Kazekage. Sir Leader and Zetsu were finished. Zetsu came out of the cavern just in time. The enterance collasped behind him. LEADER He looked to both Sasori and Zetsu, and said, "Let's get going."

Kisame stopped a few branches ahead, "Tobi, I guess we can rest." I forget that they don't have the chakra reserves I have. He jumped down to the forest floor. He swung his sword, and cleared a small area that they could rest in. It was now free of brush, leaves, and any animals that were unlucky enough to be caught. "We'll stay here for tonight, but we'll resume in the morning."

TOBI: "Thanks, Kisame-san." Tobi sat down in the brush. He looked around, he saw a dead rabbit. He grabbed it and show it to Kisame with sadness. "You killed Mr. Bunny-rabbit. And look, ... " He saw a half-dead frog, and picked it up. " ... see what you did to Frogger?"
FROG: "croak", painfully.
TOBI: "Tobi a good boy. Tobi will help." He formed a few handsigns and said, "Sensu Dakkai: Hanpatsu no Jutsu(Healing Style: Recovery Jutsu)!" Tobi then looked to Kisame and said, "You should be ashamed, Kisame-san!"

~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... Deidara awoke the next morning with a strange feeling inside him. Itachi was out cold on the floor a few feet away from him. Deidara normally would've laughed at the pathetic state he was in but he was positive he looked no better.
He pulled a hand through his tangled bangs, half sat up and sighed. Something felt off. He could sense that something, another part of him had been re-awoken somehow. He didn't understand it and he didn't want to try.
The room was still dark aside from the insignificant little candle that lay on the table near Itachi. It burned for a few more seconds before going out completely. Deidara sighed again. It was still early... why had he woken up at this hour?
He climbed off the bed and stretched. His body was still tired and seemed to be trying to force him back to sleep. But unfortunately his mind was starting back up again and once that happened he'd never be able to get back to sleep.
Deidara walked past the Uchiha, almost stepping on his outstretched hand, and stumbled his way to the kitchen. He pulled open one of the cupboards and squinted to see inside. He could hardly see anything, even with his mechanical eyepiece. He didn't get frustrated though. The artist just exited the kitchen and entered the bathroom.
He turned on the light and shut the door behind him. He didn't know how Itachi would react if he accidently woke him up this early.
He turned the tap on and splashed some water on his face. Fortunately, the eyepiece was water resistant otherwise he might have killed himself. He stared at his reflection in the mirror.
There was really only one reason for him to exist anymore. He had to avenge his fallen master. But what would he do after that? He considered killing himself, but what good would that do? On the other hand, if he had no reason to live... why continue? He shook his head as if that would eliminate those thoughts.
He heard a groan from the other room. Itachi was awake. Deidara didn't really want to talk to him. Maybe he was just rolling over? But then Deidara heard Itachi call his name out sleepily and he had no other choice than to go out and see him.
He opened the door, turned the light off and found his way back to their room. Itachi was sitting cross-legged and was rubbing his eyes furiously.
Deidara looked at him curiously and then asked: "What, un?" .........

SASORI Sasori looked to Zetsu and back to Sir Leader. He said to Leader, "You want us to go find Hidan and Kakuzu?" LEADER Leader thought about it and replied, "Yes. We'll need all members of Akatsuki to gather at Amegakure no Sato." SASORI Sasori looked puzzled and asked, "Why do we all need to gather? And how am I supposed to remain a secret, if I'm to gather with everyone else?" LEADER "It's a very complex plan, but you should be able to understand it, Sasori. Here's how you will remain anonymous. I will send you, Zetsu and the rest of Akatsuki on missions out across the nations. I will call for the Sealing Ritual. This is where your poor holographic jutsu comes into play. Ergo, Deidara and the others won't know it's you." SASORI "These 'Sealing Rituals,' are they the reason we must gather?" LEADER "Yes, Sasori. If the others ask questions, your alias name is Sasu. Okay?"

"I'm just waking up, give me a brake...." He stopped rubbing his eyes as he looked up at Deidara and sighed, "It's all your fault we're stuck in this stupid mission..." Itachi gave Deidara a dark glare as he stood up and walked past him.... He went down the hall to the bathroom and locked himself in...

~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... "My fault, un?" Deidara said in disbelief. "Excuse me?!!" He walked down the hall to the bathroom and pounded on the door. "Get your lazy butt out here Itachi, un!!!!" He wasn't exactly sure how the Uchiha had meant that to be interpreted. He wanted him to explain himself. .........

LEADER He thought to himself, Hidan and Kakuzu are searching for the Nibi host in Kumogakure. That's too far off from Amegakure no Sato. Leader looked at Sasori and remembered that Hidan wasn't great at keeping secrets secret. He said to Sasori, "On second thought, Sasori, you come with me. Zetsu, you go find Hidan and Kakuzu." SASORI Sasori knew Leader was doing the right thing sending Zetsu alone to get the others. "Yes, Sir Leader." Leader and Sasori darted into the trees to the west and Zetsu to the northeast.

Kisame looked at Tobi kinda suprised. "We are the Akatsuki, we kill for pleasure sometimes. Not my fault this rabbit and frog got in the way of an attack." he shrugged, "Extinction comes to those stupid enough to follow the trend. Survival of the fittest you know?" He yawned, "Anyways, good night Tobi, you got first watch." He went to the outer edge, the bushes, and crawled into one and fell asleep. Waiting for Tobi to wake him up for his shift at watch.

TOBI: Tobi listened and angerly stood watch.
FOREST: Who who who! Snap! bang BAM!!
TOBI: Tobi jumped out of his skin. The last sound scared him out of what wits he had. He looked over at the bush Kisame was sleeping in. He didn't even seem to have woken up. He walked over to Kisame and whispered, "kisame-san?"
KISAME: No response.
TOBI: He spoke a little louder, "kisame-san?"
KISAME: Still no response.
TOBI: A little louder, "kisame-san?"
KISAME: Nothing.
TOBI: Tobi screamed at the top of his lungs, "KISAME-SAN!!!!!"
KISAME: He jumped out of the bush and stared angerly at Tobi.
TOBI: "Tobi bad?"

"Yeah you were the one who picked me to come on this mission and save your pathetic master...." Itachi still hadn't opened the dorr for he knew Deidara would be ready to burst, "Why do we have to save him anyway, big deal.... He died, the akatsuki have been doing fine until you decided to have revenge on Sakura... We don't even need him! He was just in the way..." Itachi took a breath and paused to see Deidara's reaction....
