A few days ago in Social Studies, we were talking about the Oregon thingey. I saw on the board "phifty phour phorty or phight". ALL with ph's. I was like, "It's POTO style! It's POTO style! I SEE PHAN-NESS!!" I think it was just a joke though.
I have no idea where to put this thing, but I want to put it somewhere: My phanphriends: Elizabeth, Emma My fanfriends: Natasha, Dennis, Zuzanna, Morgan

Okay. I just was at Carmen, and at once Phantomish things started happening all over.
1. Elizabeth, my phanphriend, happened to be in it. 2. One really Phantom-like song is in the first-act overture. Not the happy toreador one, the other one. Yeh know, the one that goes "Doooooooo doo doo doo dooooooo, dooooooo doo doo doo dooooooooo...." 3. There is a love triangle between Carmen, Don Jose, and Escamillo. Don Jose and Escamillo have a knife fight and Carmen saves one of them (don't remember which one). Just like in the 2004 movie! 4. In the third-act scenery, there was a crack in the mountains. It looked like a half mask. I just kept staring at it, and I seem to remember clapping extra-hard at the end of the third act. 5. Creepiest of all, near the beginning of the fourth-act overture, I looked up at the arrangement of hanging lights, and three of them were SWAYING!!! I saw two of them almost bump into each other. Yes, I couldn't stop occasionally looking up there.
Ka-reepy, huh?

Someone mentioned a homework thing. Well, it happened to me too.
First, I'll have to explain that my favorite scene in the POTO book is what I call the Projection Scene, where Erik projects his voice everywhere. Well, in geometry today, we learned about a thing called a "projection" of a side of a right triangle. I kept on saying "Meeneemee! Projectionprojection!!" And then, in my homework assignment, in one diagram there was a segment OG. It's obvious what that reminded me of.
Is it just me or is my homework screaming Phantom at me too???

Hehe. Last Tuesday, at our choral evaluation, I overheard a tenor acquaintance of mine say the name "Sarah Brightman," and I instantly freaked out. I was like, "OOOOH! Sarah Brightman was in Phantom of the Opera!!" And he just nodded and looked at me weird.

Today, I became the Phantom of TNMS. (If I gave away the full name of my school, I'd be giving away too much.) It happened in band class when I realized that there I basically represented unnoticed musical talent. I flipped my hair in front of half my face, tied my sweater like a cape so everyone could see my custom-made Phantom shirt, and kept saying "I am Teh PoTN! Phear me!" 'Twas fun.

I just discovered today that my friend Morgan might be a phan. She saw me re-reading Phantom and asked if she could borrow it after I was done. Then she sat down and started singing the theme song, telling me that it was the favorite song of everyone in a certain picture that she showed me. Next time I see her, I'm going to ask how big of a phan she considers herself...

Its from some reandom person I don't know and it says "Hey I like your mask ((My picture is me in a Michael Crawford-style mask)) Is that from PotO? You must really like Phantom. (I do too)"
