Yeah...Um....Ya know what? After I talk to Mikey, and possibly take care of a few things, I'm gonna move it along. No worries. Everyone stay tuned. This is a notice to...um....well, the only two other active people in the RP, apparently. Hey y'all. XD *waves at Anarki and Lightwater*
So....Since Wraith is mysteriously absent, and has not been active in a long time, therefore not responding in the RP, I'll be taking care of her characters so they don't have to be killed off or anything.
I'll be GM'ing Akara to a path around the forest, and as for Hel...I'll take control of him in the battle so he doesn't get killed. Woohoo! Problem solved. Let's celebrate. =]]

Izzy Talliessin here. I just dropped by to announce that, because I happen to be such a kind-hearted friend, I accepted Banshee's request to help out around here. So, some time in the near future, I'll be taking a break from my life-consuming work in order to start writing a tutorial. And possibly a set of rules, since he still has not been able to come around to doing that.

Question about spells. Are there any set ways on how it should be cast, the form it takes when casted, and whether or not it is able to affect one target or can be done on a group? You did add descriptions for the spells, but would a mage be able to manipulate the spell? Like, Blizzard is casting shards of ice but should it be sent to the target from the caster or can it be summoned immediately above the head of the target?
Another example, channeling the fire spell through a staff to create small simultaneous explosions on a group of enemies surrounding the caster? I'm also assuming that damage done on a monster in a group that was casted upon with the spell would be lesser than if that spell were casted upon that monster only as a single-target spell.
Also, would some spells (like Mog Flute) are either single-target or group-target only. If some spells are either single or group (or both), how would one know if it was? Just trying to clear some things up since some of the FF games had spells that can target either single or group and since this is a roleplay, I'm wondering how much freedom I have in regards with the spells.
Also, you definitely need some more help Banshee. XD Still lots of things to update.

Yeah, I would just look at what the other mage, Nikolas, did. I think it was more coming out from the rod to hit the target. But of course that's up to Banshee.
By the way, that was about the only way I could think of for Lot to win that battle. Sorry if he seems too lucky.
