After his early morning meditation, Anyel re-packs his campsite. At the top of his bag he tucks a soft piece of cloth, then puts Snakey on top of it. She hisses with dislike. "I know," he croons, "but it's only for today." He closes the top loosely so Snakey can stick her head out if she wishes, though he hopes she doesn't. Most people don't react favorably to vipers. Bag and snake packed, he heads for their meeting spot.

"Lead the way..." he yawns broadly.

They stop to pick up Bel's new shortsword. It is a beautiful weapon, shining and sharp. [Deals +1 damage for the next 20 attacks.] Then they head out of town to where they are to meet Anyel.

Bel only has a moment to marvel the sword before Kite whisks off again. He follows Kite to where the main road heads out of town.
