"Yeah, but not as bad without the drugs," she admitted only for Colche's sake. Reaching into her back pocket, Antony pulled out the letter and handed it to the cheetah girl. "He wanted to apologize," the tattooed woman stated, offering the girl a warm look to tell her the letter was okay. Judging by the book next to Colche, Antony figured she could read. If not, she could always read it to her.

Colche tilted her head at the letter. she had been given a letter before but hadn't been able to read it. She smiled at Antony and took it. her name was scrawled accross the front which she read easy enough. The envelope, at least for a moment was a problem but she soon precured the note "read together" she smiled, she knew some words would go over her head, but she was pretty sure Antony would help. Billy wanted to appologise, and Antony had just affirmed taht he wasn't bad without his drugs. She held the letter out, looking ready and able.

Antony nodded, taking the letter and reading it aloud word for word. She kept her tone as apologetic as she could, even though part of her wanted to be sarcastic.

"Dear Princess,

I am well aware that this note changes nothing, but seeing as how I've been threatened to stay away from you, Miss Antony suggested this was my best bet. What happened the other night was a mistake. A terrible mistake. Something that happened against both of our wills. Some bad person did something to me that made me act fairly mad, and I wanted to let you know that I would never have hurt you, had I been aware of what was going on. I doubt I'll see you face to face again, and if you wonder why, feel free to ask Miss Aubrey, and I'm sure she can in detail tell you exactly why. I hope life treats you much better than it seems to have decided to treat me. And I hope, Princess, that you can forgive me.

~Prince Billy"

Sighing softly, Antony check to see how Colche took the news.

Colche smiled, she helped, to read the words with Antony there and she smiled when it was finished. She had understood most of it. Billy was sorry for hurting her. She looked at Antony, very thoughtful and for once quiet, her ears twitched and her brow furrowed as she let the words sink in. "Billy not hurt again" it was more of a statement than a question. The letter, even though dilivered via Antony, souunded to ehr like Billy was very sorry. She smiled up at the squirelly woman and gave a gentle puurr "Billy nice..no more drugs?" she looked questioningly at Antony this time, she needed to know that Billy was going to be good now, no more drugs, meant nomore bad, or thats how she linked it any way, she just needed to know for sure.

"If he stays off of the drugs then he's a good man, but I don't think he's allowed to come near you anyways." She sighed softly, rubbing her temples while being careful of her claws. "So no drugs equals good Billy... Drugs equals bad Billy. I'm afraid it's not simple."

Colche looked at Antony, everything was complicated really. Billy couldn't come near her? Aubrey had said she would make sure. Fidgeting a bit she still wasn't sure if she could trust Billy, all those old memories crept in to her mind by night though during the day she tried hard to dispel them and get on with her day to day life. The arrival of Antony was as always a welcomed thing and she beleived the letter, mostly, the little abused girl deep down still screamed of her old miserys but she wanted to forgive Billy.

With a sigh she nodded to Antony giving the squirrel girl a friendly hug, looking thoughtful she lickedher furry lips before speaking oncve again "Antony tells billy okay" shje smiled weakly, she dounbted she would ever be able to stand in a room with the man, he had braught back memories she wished to forget, but she would certainly be able to be around him without running straight away.Aubrey had said she was safe, taht she should use her claws if he attacked her again, she would do that and he would be knocked out like the last time. She knew she would never feel quite safe around the man, but it was a small island after all.

She smiled and patted her head slightly before moving to stand up, nodding at the cheetah girl. "If he tries to hurt you again, just take your knee," Antony tapped her right knee, "And hit him in the crotch with it." Again, she pointed to her crotch when she mentioned it.

"Then you can run fast away," the tattooed woman gave Colche a 'you can do it' look before turning to leave. "I have to do laundry, but I wanted to give you that."

Colche nodded softly, smiling gently, she wanted to get back to her book any way. "byes antony" she puurrs picking up her book and looking down the page, she ha dlost ehr place so she started to read it again, telling her bunny of the frog prince.

Antony waved before opening the door and leaving to head back to her own duplex. Hopefully, Billy would stay off the hard drugs.

((AIM LOG))

Aubrey didn't know why she agreed to stay quiet about the helicopter, but at the very least she was determined not to let Colche get tangled up in the mess. She headed down to her duplex with a book of Aesops's Fables and a chocolate bar. "Colche, its Aubrey," she said, tapping on the door and trying the handle.

Colche as usual was sitting on her bed curled up happily with a book, although she had heart the rucus from the chopper, she had mostly ignored it. She was busy reading, or at least spelling out the words on the page. Since the night Aubrey had spent with her she had read the frog prince a thousand million times and knew the story word for word, almost any way. Sitting though when Aubrey tapped on the door she wated for her mother figure to open the door, ehr tail flickering and twitching, she was ready for one of those pounce hugs. Ceratinly the other day had been forgotten or at least pushed to the back of ehr mind so many good things had happened to counter the bad things and a visit from Aubrey was about to reach top of the list of good things.

Aubrey was alittle dissapointed that the door wasn't locked, but she stepped in anyways. "Hey Colche!" She came over and quickly wrapped her in a hug and presented her with the chocolate bar.

Colche hugged Aubrey as usual taking the chocolate bar with a grin "chocolate!" she smiled in a delighted manner unwrapping the shiney paper and eating a chuink before looking to Aubrey with big bright eyes. She had been doing alot of dvd watching of late along with lots of other things, she had so many questions but first things first. With a smile and a twitch of her tail "Aubrey Amaya says, birth..day in month" she paused looking very thoughtful her furry brow creasing "can.." she paused again she knew she could do this she had been reading and watching so many things "I..hav aaahhh" she paused again, that sounded right "hurmit crab?" she tilted her head curiously "like sabastien"

Aubrey smiled and nodded. "Yes, only a month now!"

A hermit crab? How cute. She didn't see a problem with that, but why ruin the surprise. "We'll see. You can't know what you're getting until it happens! It would ruin the surprise!"

She took a small peice of chocolate and popped it in her mouth. "You like Sebastian, do you? He's funny."

Colche nodded "uh huh..sings songs" she giggles, she liked the funny crab that sang the up beat songs in the film. "Like Ariel, she purty princess" she grinned broadly, obviously content with the answer of it's a surprise. How long was a month any way? Looking thoughtful she obviously came head to head with her other questions, though how to word it perplexed her, she was silent and thoughtful for a long time "where did..Simba come from?" she blinked perfectly innocently, she had obviously observed that simba had a mother and father,, and mufasa was a nice man..lion..thingie. "n puppies in lady n tramp?" she bit her tongue trying to think of more examples "n uhm.." she couldn't think of anyone else at the second but Aubrey would know, did baby things just appear when there was a mummy and a daddy, daddy had become a word added recently to her vocabulary as 'good male who looked after baby things'.

Aubrey just blinked at her few time. Oh no. No no, she wasn't ready for this. Aubrey faced flushed a bit in fluster, as she fished for what to say. "Uh.. Simba came from Mufasa and Sarabi... and the puppies came from Lady and the Tramp. Mommies and Daddies."

Colche's brow furrowed a bit, she already knew that bit, they came from them though "How?" she looked confused, how did the babies come from them? did they magically appear out of thin air?

Aubrey paled. Oh boy, yes. Yes it was happening. She sighed and pulled Colche close. She looked her over carefully. She was an adult.. and Aubrey often forgot that she wasn't as ignorant about certain things as she acted. Though... how the hell was she susposed to tell her the difference between sex and work?

She comtemplated how to start. "Well, you see. When two people fall in love like they do in Disney movies... they, well," she didn't want to say they got married. Becaue there would be no marriages here... well...maybe so. But that might confuse her. "when they love each other very much they decide they want a baby, they, well..." oh god, this was harder than she thought. "They do something..."

That innocent look never left the cheetah girls face, when mommys and daddys fell in love they did something. She looked thoughtful at this, "whats a something?" her head tilted again, ifonly she hadn't been reading and watching so much, something would have probably been an okay answer, she would have dropped it, but how did they get there? She nestled against Aubrey and puurred "how does they get from the mummy and daddy?" she scrunched ehr brow "don't..un..un..unstand"

Aubrey sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose. "OKay, well, Colche, its complicated..." She considered how to start. She reached out and gently began to scratch the side of cheek. "This feels good, right? Comforting?"

Colche puurred and nodded lightly, she liked to be petted, she liked ehr ears to be scratched and her hair to be stroked "uh huh, i likes" she smiles, that sweet look spread on her maw though she was starting to become a little worried that she was upsetting aubrey.

Aubrey smiled and nodded. "But what if a Bad Man was doing this, and he was doing it really hard, and he was using his nails... it would be bad, right? Scarey?"

Colche pouted a bit "nasty bad" she stated, partially reminded of billy. her furry claws folded around her tummy she still had a visable bruise theer though it was fading.

Aubrey frowned and nodded. "You see.. when I do it, because you feel safe around me and love me, and I love you.. its nice. I call it 'scritches'. But if a BadMan did it, and was mean and it hurt, even through its the same action its a lot different. Do you understand that?"

The girl stayed quiet for a moment, her blue eyes looking deeply thoughtful though she slowly nodded, if a bad man did it it would hurt and not be nice but when aubrey did it it was nice and she liked it. She smiled a bit in the knowlege that aubrey loved her too. "yes mummy" she puurrs, wondering exactly how this linked to how babies came about, did babies happen because of scritchings?

Aubrey nodded and too a deep breath. "Hokay. Well, Colche... you see. When you love someone very much... and not in the way you love me, but the way a Princess loves a Prince, you see..." here it goes... "you do something called 'making love,' and its very nice. It feels good and makes you feel very close to your prince." Aubrey gave her a supportive smile.

Again a silence went over the little cheetah girl as she let this statment sink in "okay" she looked thoughtful, should she ask aubrey to explain further or was that enough? "like aubrey n prince" she puurred happily, she was always pleased to know that her mommy had a prince though she had never met him. she went quiet then, a curious look still in her eyes, there had to be more to it than that right?

"Yes.. like me and Dr. Moreau." She fiddled with her labcaot. "You see, Aubrey. Making Love is called something else when its bad. When they made it hurt and when there are chains involved. Its... its like, work, Colche. But nicer, and it feels good." She winced and watched Colche carefully, seeing how she would react.

Colche's ears flattened for a moment, tightening against her head. Her brow furrowed, it was like work? How could work be good? The fur on her neck and shoulders visably stood on end and she looked at Aubrey in a slightly worried fashion, babies came because of work? Biting ehr tongue she tried hard to visualise ..that..as feeling good, it only bruaght black bad memories. She stayed quiet for a lon time looking to the bed and not at Aubrey, she was perhaps looking for inspiration in the patterns that lay on ehr bed sheets though she couldn't quite find what she needed to say. A long time passed in front of colche's eyes though perhaps it was meerly seconds truely. She had to understand, "Making...Love" she paused taking a deep breath, her ears twitching uncomfortably, her claws fingers picking at a peice of fluff her blue eyes had discovered upont he bed sheet "Like work..no hurt..no hut none?" she looked up at Aubrey her big blue eyes almost begging for it to be true, though she was feeling rather frightened at the thought of, of working, working but it felt good? her stomach churned, she was starting to wish that perhaps she shouldn't have asked this question at all, did it really matter wheer they came from?

Aubrey scooted closer to Colche and stroked her hair. "No, baby. When you find someone you really love, you'll find yourself wanting to be very close to them. Being near them makes you feel good.. touching them makes her feel good. And sometimes princess and prices sleep in the same bed and don't wear clothes, and touch each other everywhere. And if you love them, it feels good. Like when I give you scritches. But even better. And why its, technically, the same kind of.. activity... its totally different. No pain. No chains, no hitting. Just love. And sometimes when a man is touching a woman like that, he puts a baby in the Mommy,"

Licking her lips a bit, seh felt nervous about it but if Aubrey said it was okay, it had to be okay, didn't it? She nodded slowly, the fur on her shoulders settling, slowly any way, she calmed and snuggled Aubrey. She wasnt sure if she would ever have a prince but if he wanted to touchher, that way, could she or would she let him? It was a thought that she would have to fuddle out later. There were obviously more important things that happened after the, nice work, the making love. Of course, a look of disbeleif crossed her face at, puts a baby in the mommy. Looking at aubrey in a completely confused manner "baby in where?" she blinked a few times, her head tilting in that catty manner. In?

"In here," Aubrey patted her stomach. "In the inside. Babies grow inside Mommies."

Colche's jaw acctually dropped at that, she blinked several times before ehr jaw managed to close again "in tummy?" she looked very dazed at this statment but let it slide. "how from there to outside?" she pointed at Aubreys tummy, strill feeling some what dazed by all these, crazy statements.

Aubrey giggled to herself. "Well, you see. Daddies have a tiny little seed. SO small, you can't even see it. And when he makes love to a Mommy, he, well, puts the seed inside. And mommies have an little cel called a egg. Like a chicken's egg, but really little, so little you can't see it, either! And if the seed and the egg find each other, they squish together, and make a TINY baby. And over the course of nine months, the baby grows and grows until its baby size." Aubrey make a cradle/rock motion with her arms.

This was alot to take in, she bites her tongue a bit, this was alot to take in. Blinking several times she finally came to the conclusion that getting babies in to the world was hard work. There were eggs like chickens and seeds, like the seeds in jack and the bean stalk? she hoped not, a beanstalk would hurt if you ate it! but the baby got to baby size. "baby size in tummy?" she was starting to get a head ache, she paused to get some of her chocolate and chewed on it thoughtfully, perhaps chocolate would bring enlightenment.

Aubrey nodded. "Mommies get very fat." She took a pillow and stuffed it under her shirt. "Like this!"

"mommys get fat and baby in tummy" okay that was allwell and good, but how did babies get from the fat mommy to well, every wheer, like puppies or simba?

Aubrey knew the question was coming so she continued anyway. "After nine months, the babies come out...eh, well, the same way they got in. THAT does hurt. But its worth it, because after its done, you have a baby!"

Colche scratched her head. "making love no hurts but baby hurts, but makes baby" her big blue eyes blinked several times and she took a deep breath, the whole concept was very alien, but at least it had all been explained to her. Maybe one day she would understand it better, when she had a prince like Aubrey maybe? "mommy get fat....I want see" she looked at Aubrey expectantly, if she saw it happening at least she would have an example.

Aubrey patted her head. "Right. Making love feels good. Having a baby hurts... but its okay in the end. Its just because they get do big!"

Aubrey's smiled faded slightly, taking on an almost sad shade. She took out the pillow and rubbed her flat(er) stomach reverantly. "It's called being pregnant - when you've got a baby inside you. I'm not pregnant yet. Maybe one day, when Moreau is ready."

Colche frowned a little had she upet Aubrey. She snuggled close to Aubrey puurring softly "Gots me mommy" she whispers, holding tightly to Aubrey "tho..no fit..in tummy..too big"

Aubrey laughed and hugged her. "Yes, way too big. But its okay. They are better once they are out anyway. You can't play with them or read to them or anything when they are on the inside!"

Colche smiled brightly, her tail twitching a little she had forgotten Aubrey had braught abook in all the, questioning, she wondered now what it was "read book now aubrey?" her brain had had enough of questions for one day, she would have alot to mull over when she slept, could work be, nice?, could it?

Aubrey smile and nodded. "Sure thing, Colche." Aubrey opened the book and stroked her hair again. "Remember, though, you can ask me anything. I'll never lie to you. Its okay to be curious."

Colche nodded softly, her head was buzzing with answers, her other questions could wait for now. "okay" she said simply snuggling in to Aubrey so she could get a good look at the book and the story they would read today. There would be other times for more questions, less complicated ones that didn't confuse quite so much.

Aubrey nodded and opened up to the take of the fox and the grapes, and began to read.

Colche rested quietly allowing aubrey to do most of the reading though she occasionally asked the meaning of a word, her mind was full but she was partially glad to have answers to her questions even if they did spark her own personal questions, which she would have to muddle through on it's own

Ten mornings.

After her refreshing time out in the wilderness, and her short rest back at the duplex, Bobby felt it was time to go meet see people again. She made a pit-stop at the cafeteria and grabbed some food, this time it was much easier to keep it down. Grabbing some chocolare cake and fruit, the woman went in search of one person that was always on her mind. Colche reminded her so much of her own

children that the presence of the cheetah girl helped her cope with the Island. And, she had been away from everyone for so long. Her heart needed a little 'boost'.

Bobby stopped at the duplex and knocked, "Colche? Colche, are you there?"

She was of course in her duplex, her nose, firmly pressed in to her most recent book. She had discovered the joys of smaller text and a harder read by picking up Charlotts web which she now read, ever so slowly but surely spelling out the letters in to words. She had barely gotten a chapter in to the book, but already she was enjoying it, it was about a pig called wilbur. Her thought train was interrupted by the knock on her door, her blue eyes rose to look at it and a familiar voice echoed from the other side "Bobby!" she stated, ehr furrytail flickering as she waited for the door to open. It never was locked, she never quite got the jist of the key and door locking thing.

At the sound of her name, Bobby assumed it was okay to just open the door and walk in. When she did, she saw Colche with a book. Upon seeing the title, the woman couldn't help but laugh a little. A story about a pig... in which a pig interrupts; how ironic.

"How are you, dear?" Bobby asked as she walked over and sat down next to the girl. With a floruish of the hand, the woman exposed the chocolate cake, "And this... is for you!"

Colche grins broadly "Okay" she puurrs, taking the chocolate cake with a broad childhish grin. "Thankyou" she smiles gently taking a little bite out of the cake as she set her book down to keep her place. She wasn't sure where she came up with this idea, but it seemed like a good one, it meant she only had to readfrom the top of the page again instead of from the beginning. "Bobby good? Missed Me Birthday, seventeen now" she stated with a grin and a giggle "big princess Cheetah now" she smiles in a childish way closing her baby blue eyes, the smile on her lips speaking in reems of her 'accomplishment' at becoming a big cheetah insetad of a little one.

Bobby sighed sadly, "Oh, I'm sorry. I had no idea. I was..." she searched for the right words, "...I needed some time to myself for awhile and hadn't known. I am feeling better now, but I wish I hadn't missed you birthday."

At the girl's -no, young woman- pride, Bobby couldn't help but smiled and give her a one-armed hug, "Awww! They grow up so fast. Did you get a lot of gifts?"

Colche nodded "Uh huh, lots n lots, books, n tel..ee..scuh..oape" She still had to spell this word out, she ahdn't been out to play with it yet but Ambrose had said he would take her out to look at the stars with it. "Mommy, gave this" She pointed to the heart shaped locket around ehr neck and smiled happily. It was Aubreys last gift but her favourite thatw as for sure she wouldn't take it off for anything

Bobby stiffened at the mention of Colche's mother. She had no idea what the cheetah's relations were with other people, but the way she interpreted it: "Colche, you mother is here too?" Of course that sparked another question, one that she hadn't dared asked before. The passing of time was usually too depressing, "Do you know when you birthday was? Did anyone mention a date?"

Colche smiled and carefully, for the clasp was a bit fiddly, opened the locket to show the picture of Aubrey and the otehr of herself in her own. "Aubrey Mommy" She stated with a puur. Date? "Uhmm.. Birthday May first" she stated, hoping that was right. as far as she was concerened may first was again tomorrow, though obviously that wasn't true Aubrey had said soon last time maybe it would be soon again, she enjoyed ehr birthday alot

Aubrey? This wasn't the first time Bobby had heard of the woman. It may have been Colche herself who mentioned her before. But it was evident that the cheetah-child, young woman, loved this Aubrey very much. "May first?" Bobby muttered, musing over that. So, she was approaching about three months on this island. Three months without her husband, children, and friends.

Almost shaking herself away from the path those thoughts were leading her to, Bobby smiled. "You love your mommy very much, don't you?" She knew where this was going to lead her... but the day should not go un-appreciated; even if this would be the first time in about fifteen years that she was not the focus of the day.

Colche nodded. "Uh huh, Mommy rescued..me" she paused her ears flickering. Perhaps to many being turned in to a part animal thing was not rescue, but to Colche there was no betetr place to be. She had a family, friends and a mother and was spoiled completely rotten by Aubrey too. She owned so much now her presents lined the room, her books and dvd's on the book shelf in the corner being held up by several plushies.

Bobby grinned, a spark of happiness entering her eyes. If the life on the island was a rescue for someone, especially one as sweet as Colche, then she was glad it help at least one person... even though it ruined the lives of so many others. "Do you want to play a game, Colche? I think your mommy Aubrey would like it too."

She didn't really wait, pretty sure that the cheetah would like to do something nice for her 'mommy'. "You see, there is this day. It happens once every year, and it is when you get to do something nice for your mothers. This year, it is on May 14th. Here's the rules. First, find out what day it is." Bobby paused, giggling a little, "I wish I could help, but I am not sure. Then, you see how many days until the 14th. In that time, you can make something for Aubrey. Something that means a lot to you, and I'm sure she'll love it. And finally, when that big day finally comes, you can give it to her. Usually breakfast in bed accompanies it. If you want, I'd be glad to help you."

Bobby looked down at Colche, her eyes glittering.

Colche looked surprised at being told there was a day especially for Mothers. There had to be she supposed. Special people needed days. Of course finding out when the day was would eb the problem. "I make sumfink purty for Aubrey?" she asked wide eyed and bushy tailed. She looked at her art set, she could do something really special for Aubrey and give it to her. With a puurr she stood up and padded rather delecately to her desk picking up her art set she returned to her bed with it and grinned "Bobby tell when mothers day?" she tilted ehr head curiously, Bobby would be her best bet for finding out when mothers day was. Breakfast in bed though? That would maybe be a problem, where did Aubrey sleep? Questions questions. For now she would be sated to make something for Aubrey, at least then if mothers day was really soon she was ready for it.

Bobby struck a pose much like 'The Thinker'. She wasn't sure what day today was, so the woman could not give an exact date. If they were a day or two off, would Aubrey be really upset? She would be happy with the idea that Colche was thikning about her? Suddenly, Bobby was struck by an idea. She wanted to kick herself for nothing thinking of it before.

Without another word, Bobby bounded to Colche's intercom and pressed a button, "Hey! Hey you! Yeah, you on the other end, what day is it?"

After a pause, a voice answered, although a bit annoyed, "May fourth!"

Proud that they got an answer, Bobby turned to Colche "It's in ten days. So, in ten mornings," she held up her hands, and made a show to go through them, "starting with tomorrow as one, it will be Mother's Day!"

Colche bit her tongue, it took her a moment to take this in, "ten mornings." Her brow furrowed, perhaps she understood the concept or perhaps not, either way it was pretty soonm, ten mornings went pretty fast. Or as least she thought so, her perception of passing time was usually quite marred. "Okay" she stated after a long moments silence, ten mornings, okay.

Bobby smiled, "Now that you have a mission, would you like me to leave you? I would always like getting artwork from my children. They would bring breakfast in bed, like I mentioned, too... but I do not know if you can do that. My children were horrible cooks, but it was the thought and energy that mattered to be...."

Her smile turned sad, as she suddenly realized she would not have any more Mother's Day surprises from her children. It was amazing how something that she hadn't really thought about much before hurt so bad now that she could never enjoy it again.

Colche tilted her head. Bobby seemed sad but she didn't know way, putting her art kit down she padded over to Bobby and gave her a big hug "No sad, Make Bobby nice things too" she puurred snuggling the big woman without a moments hesitation. After a moment she put on a determined face and with one last hug she made ehr way to her bed and pulled out a coloured pencil. This would take alot of work.

Bobby gave Colche a hug back, enjoying the care and warmth that the cheetah emitted. "Thank you dear, I will be okay."

The pig was going to say more, but saw that Colche was soon entranced with the idea of artwork. She didn't want to interrupt, so instead Bobby went towards the door. Before exitting, she put the second piece of cake that she brought -originally intended for herslef- but the door. With one last glance to the busy cheetah, the pig snuck out to go for a walk. One lonely tear dripped down her cheek, but she quickly rubbed it away.

With the promise of things to come fortold by Bobby, Colche had thoroughly set in to drawing. Papers were strewn over every surface in her room as she tried to perfect her technique and make Aubrey the perfect gift for moethrs day.

Of course, she had to pause occasionally, there were books to read and dvd's to watch and food that needed to be eaten! Her time was spent in it's usual ways, beach for a morning run, mid morning nap in the shade, back for breakfast then on to her project before a nice dvd and another nap before her evening meal and her duplex to read more of her book. She was still struggling bravely on with charlotts web and probably would be for a few more days to come. Routine was a strange thing even when you didn't know the time of day things seemed to happen every day about the same time.

"Owowowowowowwowowowowowowowowow" If colche had ever watched greml;ins she could certainly be described as gizmo right now. Cute, and pouting and looking pained. Her head felt like somone had hit her with a board, though all she remembered was being knocked out. There was still a tingle at the base of her neck and her fingers went there to touch it only to draw away.

Sniffling she wondered what had gone on she had only had such a pain once before, the last time she had woken in the jungle to dead bodies. he was safe though and inside her duplex.

Faintly she remembered that ice took pain away so she stood from her bed and went padding off towards the cafeteria in search of ice and perhaps something chocolate coated to make her feel better. "owow" she mumbled getting up from ehr bed, she was achey all over, chocolate would make it better for sure.

Looking out the window she realised it was mid morning. How long had shee been asleep? she wasn't sure but it was definately another day. Shame she didn't know the days of the week really. Blinking owlishly she opened the door pausing to hold herself steady on the door frame. She felt sick and dizy. The sooner she got to the cafetteria the better, the dinner lady would make it better.
