((OOC: Okay simply enough Kara asked how he could effectively spend his time in first squad. He simply urged to be put to work somehow.)) As the captain sent him on his way he seen Tadashi walk towards the captains office, he seen another captain enter his office, he believed it was the captain of fourth squad, Onalim. She was rumored to be in high spirits as of late and it was obvious with her slight hop in her stride, and the content look she held across her face.
But as the sixth seat Tadashi knocked at the door he spun around and spat out in a hushed voice, ”Sixth seat!” he ran over and quickly gave him a respectful bow, stood back up and continued, ”With respect Tadashi…” His eyes lowered to the ground with continued respect as he dared to defy this man’s rank by questioning his actions; his words remained hushed, ”The Grand Captain is in audience with Captain Onalim.” He still stood watching the feet of the other man, waiting for him to reply, but Kara was one of tradition, and it was rude to even attempt to interrupt a meeting between two captains, but it was obvious that he didn’t know that the two where in session. The young man was simply warning him…

(( I do need something for our squad to do. Mostly I see us as practicing and honing other's skills so that they can fight when they need to. I don't have specific jobs that need doing, so if you want to practice with Tad or another member of First, please do so.
Or, you can go to 4th Squad and take come healing lessons from them so you can become 1st squads field medic.
Tad, I can't let you challenge for her seat since she's not on. ))

((OOC: Yeah, I'll do both then, I have more than enough time to bounce on here every once and a while during the week. At least Tuesday and Wednesday I can be on for a few hours each, but it's not hard to get to the inter-webs every so often burring the week.
I just need some one to RP with. I'm going nuts, I have all these characters and barely any of them are seeing any action.
Kara is currently at Earth meeting the Viazards (Feiy) and will most likely be disgusted by her display of mindless aggression.
Hogo and Thunderwitch will be heading to Earth soon so that he can be re-created once again in his own body.
Ishi is in fourth squad making a new arm for Nagi and talking with Ryan, Envy, and Yuki.
Aizen, Gin and Tosen are all interacting with the Espada in the throne room, but all that is going to be short lived. Hopefully I can keep their stories moving while we figure out another plot er something.))

Captain Daven Moto "Of course I will." He laughed a little. "There should have been no question about that." When she surged to her feet, he stood and went over to a sideboard. He opened it up and asked a Fire Elemental to wrap around the flask within. After a few moments, he came back to her. "If we are going to toast like gaijin, then let's use alcohol like they do." He handed her a cup and poured some hot saki into it. "Kampai!"
"To the teaching that will immense from Captain Daven Moto" She said, holding it in the air.

 "Well, Onalim, I have a few squad things to take care of. You are welcome to stay if you wish, but it might be boring." Daven summoned a Hell Butterfly and sent it to Razil to summon him to Daven's office.

Razil dashed to the door, swiftly opening it and stepping over the thresh-hold. He walked up to his Captains desk and bowed.
"You summoned me, Daven-Taicho?" he asked, still facing the shining varnish of the hardwood floor.

"Razil, I have looked over the reports on your conduct from Captain Tansen while you were on Earth. I've come to a conclusion if you are ready to hear it." Daven waited for a few moments to make him sweat. "Based on what I read and his recommendation, I'm promoting you to Third Seat of First Squad. What do you think?"

A stunned silence echoed throughout the room. Razil's eyes, went wide as he snapped his back straight, stiffening his arm into a crisp salute.
"Sir! I would be most honored!"
His body trembled slightly as he contemplated the news.
Third seat...third seat! Talk about a jump in ranks!
Razil was deliriously happy, he was finally a raking member of 1st Squad!
He stood at attention, still too stunned to think of another reaction.

His eyes quickly shot over as another man charged the captains office, he was about to reach out and tell him not to enter but he burst in any ways. Jogging up to the door he looked inside to see the captain promoting him, his eyes shot wide as well and a large grin crept over his face, he was tempted to clap but decided against it. Turning away he ran off, the captain probably didn’t need Kara as his personal shadow and was growing tired trying to keep Daven and Onalim from getting interrupted. As he ran off, his mind raced with what he had just witnessed. A nobody, turned into a third seat… that was just as good as a 2nd seat but without the responsibilities. Grinning as he fantasized how well it would feel to one day get a seat himself. With the right situations he would be able to prove himself.
”You can either attempt to become a shinigami, or be imprisoned for the rest of your days…” It wasn’t only a matter of seconds before he had replied to Daven. This is what he was going to be doing for the rest of his days…

Daven's voice held a smile. "You earned it, Third Seat Razil." He was surprised that the obvious question hadn't been asked, but that was fine. "That's all I had, dismissed."

"Yes Mocka, come in. I was just finishing up with Third Seat Razil here." Daven gave him a few seconds. Mocka said, "Sir, begging your pardon, but I thought I was the Third Seat of First Squad." Daven smiled again. "No you aren't anymore."
