Her silver eyes raise to Zarud. She wonders why they don't seem to effect him. Perhaps he does not pray to the Spider Queen? No matter. "Why would I wish to? Alauna is a bit bothersome, but she amplifies my necromatic abilities quite nicely."

Zarud lifts up his sleave to reveal a mark in the shape of a skull in a ring, "This is a soul seal, it allows me to accsess my other halfs powers at will, that means that if I train you in high grade necromancey you'll become even powerfuller than before." He looked at the girls eyes and allowed a flash of his power to pass through his own.

Those silver eyes seem to sparkle with a hunger that has nothing to do with food. Knowledge is what he offers. Knowledge is power and power is everything in their society. "I will give it some thought. It certainly isn't something to go about lightly..." She looks at the book again and smiles at that crimson eye. Doing something she never does, she speaks aloud something she desires. "I want to touch him..." She laughs softly. "Such a lovely trap he has, his form. A book. So very tempting."

"I'm sorry about that but he does get a bit... excited."

LiNeeerafae doesn't even flinch as the tentacles lash out at her. She stares into that crimson eye and hers flash violet, Alauna shining through for a moment. Raising silver eyes to Zarud, a slightly twisted smile curves her lips. "I would not have gotten this far in life if I were to let such little things upset me. You needn't apologize for him, it is in his nature I would suppose. At least his little outburst has caused no damage."
"Mine will, LiNeeerafae Kilndar, daughter of my enemy, sister of my killer, my lover. You have the eyes of the enemy of our beloved goddess, you silver haired demon!"
She laughs softly as Alauna continues to rant within her mind. I should find a way to hide these cursed eyes of mine, it seems. They do so upset poor Alauna."

Eying the spot where Zarud had been, she is silent.
"He didn't even test you. What sort of teacher is he?"
It is to be one of those days. With a sigh, she turns and starts off for the dormitories. "All in good time, Alauna. All in good time... Patience can be a virtue. You should know that by now. Especially since it was lack of it that was your undoing." She smiles as that stops the ranting.

Zarud sat in his office and wrote down a few notes on his new student starting with "Exceptionnel."

She sits down in her dormitory with a book. Trying to open it, she finds her hand will not move. She sighs and relaxes. "Alauna, I wish to study. Stop being stubborn."
"No. You don't know the sigils in this book! They could ruin your mind and you know it!"
Silence for a moment. "Alauna, don't be foolish. I have a natural talent for this and you know it. I've done it many times and I am still fine. Now, let me open the book, wont you?"

Zarud made his way to the labs and openned up his private study, the walls were lined with various limbs both human and misc' in jars. He approach a large jar containing a severed arm, removing it from the jar he laced in on the table and lifted his sleeve. He cut off his arm without a single flinch of pain and replaced it with the one on the table, he put his old arm in the jar and put it back "I love these cloned limbs, especialy with my body in such a bad state," to arm shifted and change to look like his last arm.

She manages to talk Alauna into allowing her to open the book. Her silver eyes seem to sparkle as she reads on happily. The area of magic has always been a passion of LiN's. She's splendid with the blades she has on her at all times, but she loves the feel of magic as it courses through her.

* phases into the room rubbing his head then Simply freezes the book in his hand and tosses it out the window hearin it shatter on the ground" Alu dun like thise spells alu likes his ice magic not dis baddies stuff> he said fluttering his wings before landing on the head Master's desk. The Boy had just gotten the name White Pince mostly of his cream colored skin and clothing but also becuase he only used ice and water spells.
