But that's mostly used in Mexico.
In Spain, for example, they use "Que' tal?" a lot.
Here, in Puerto Rico, I usually use: "Que hay?" or "Que es la que hay?"... or "que es la que esta pasando?"
Or: "Que ha pasado?"

Both are correct, the only difference is where it is mostly used. ninja
