So I started playing Re: CoM and it's basically like playing the first game all over except with cards..and odd rooms to go through.
What I don't get is the fact that in Traverse Town Sora was like 'Dude, remember me?' and he had all of these memories about all the things he did...
And then when he goes into the other world's he acts completely clueless. It's like. Dude, you'd think you'd know. He only lost his important memories. Namine didn't swipe out anything else. And you know she didn't because he remembers all of their names, too!
And considering if he already knew what was going to happen...you'd think he'd just...AVOID doing it...so he could go straight to finding Riku and King Mickey.... ><;;

Well, I think he kind of loses more and more of his memories as he goes through the castle... but that doesn't explain why he still knows their names. Maybe it's just one of those things that happens because Sora is an idiot.

Yeah, that's what I thought. Sora is a tard.
Another theory. Jiminy's journal entries keep disappearing. There has to be a reason for that. It couldn't be physically taken away, could it? But it happens every time. It's kind of like their abilities. They're just swiped. But WHY is that?
And I couldn't think of a solution. XD

I think they were just lazy and didn't want to make us suffer going through all the introductions of things that we already suffered through.
I also thought that maybe Sora just sort of went with it. He knew he was going through his memories as Aerith explained. I don't want to give him TOO much credit, but maybe he knew he wasn't changing the past, but only reliving it?

That would make sense. A lot more sense. Wow. But then you'd think that Donald and Goofy would have been dumb enough to say something? Eh. I dunno. XD

Eeeh...truuuue.
But how does Jiminy keep losing his damn journal entries, then?
OH I know! He hides them in Sora's hair for safe keeping, but Sora's hair is a black hole of death, so it saps up all the entries and they disappear forever!
Why does Jiminy even bother writing, then? He's like. Beyond useless in this situation.

Yeah, I like that theory too, Death. That Sora is at least intelligent enough to realize that it's just his memories.
But yeah, Don, that pretty much describes Jiminy in KH in general. It's so easy to forget he's even in the game, until he's all, "FINISH MY JOURNAL FOR ME, DAMN YOU."

Yeah, I think that is the ONE thing I liked more about Chain of Memories, that he actually pops out a couple of times and says things to prove he's there.

Yeah. In CoM he speaks for once. I hardly remember the other times he did in the other games, besides when Pinocchio was around. However the hell you spell his retarded name.

Well, who really cares about Jiminy anyways? xD And can't he just walk? Why does he need to hitch a ride in Sora's hood?

A lullaby for you. Don't you worry baby, I'll be here by your side May tomorrow be wonderful too. Close to you I hope to stay, Endlessly from today, Even through cloudy days, You are not alone. PORTAL THEORY.
Now I know not all of us know about the Portal/Half Life series, but I have a theory on it for those of you who are interested.
You know in Portal when GLaDOS tells you that she has Chell's(the main character in Portal) brain on a back up file? Well I thought of a theory... Like we know there have been other people in the testing chambers that have tried to escape right? I mean there's writing all over the place (The Cake is a Lie, She's watching you, arrows, hints, etc.)
Well what if those people weren't other people? What if it was Chell who did the writing? What if the Chell you play as isn't the original, but Chell clone #76466?
Like Aperture Science is part of the Half Life universe, and in the Half Life universe the world is in an apocalyptic state. So they could be running low on people or volunteers or something. I mean they have the technology to use portals/wormholes, maybe they have the tech to clone people or something.
Now in Half Life 2: Ep 2 a man, Eli Vance(who is the leader of a resistance) had to tell Gordan(the main character) some horrible secret and that Aperture Science had some tech that had to be destroyed. Well I'm guessing either the tech is the Portal gun, or some type of cloning thing. This could also be the secret he wanted to tell Gordan. (Either that or G-man is his father).
I mean think about it? Why would GLaDOS even have Chell's brain on a back up scan? Especially when GLaDOS tries to kill Chell...
A lullaby for you. Stars will always gracefully watch over 'til it's bright. May tomorrow be wonderful, too. Take my hand and promise me that we'll be alright. Finding a place to feel at home, You are not alone.
