Helen slowly continued on following the feeling that kept her warm in the cold rain. She slipped into a puddle of mud and hurt her paw. Frustrated and hurt she called again, "Hermes!"

Hermes yelled to Helen again. He still heard nothing. Now he began to grow even more worried but he continued to use that warm feeling inside and followed it

Sebastian began to cry a bit, "Mommy?!" as he stopped in his tracks.
Helen pulled herself up and slowly began to walk again. As she put weight on her hurt paw, pain shot through her body but that feeling kept pulling on her heart telling her to move forward. She started to limp forward into the dark forest.

Hermes stopped when his son stopped. “Don’t worry Sebastian, we will find her.” Hermes slowly continued forward going straight for a deep feeling inside him told him too.

Sebastian trailed slowly behind Hermes as his the little paws grew tired.
Slowly the rain started to lighten up but Helen push herself on through the forest, limping. Just then she stopped as the strong feeling told her that he was near. Confused she called softly out, "Hermes."

Hermes saw that little Sebastian was tired so he picked him up by the tuff of his neck and continued forward. Don’t worry Helen we are coming.

Sebastian eyes started closing as he grew more tired, with the rain stopping there was no water dripping in his face to keep him awake.
Helen sat down and kept the weight off of her bad paw. She waited, for that is what this warm feeling told her to do. "He is coming" the feeling whispered to her.

Hermes kept on going towards the direction Helen was in; he felt her presence over in that area. Don’t worry I’m coming Helen. He thought .He would run or fly but he didn’t want to with Sebastian around, he would probably hurt him if Sebastian did. Helen please be over here.

Helen kept looking around the dark forest, then she saw a flash of light fur in the dark surroundings. "Hermes!" she cried out. It was him!

Hermes heard his name called and more importantly it sounded like Helen. He twisted and turned around looking for Helen or at least looking around for a glimpse of her bright pink fur. Finally he spotted her in the distance.
“Helen!” he mumbled with Sebastian still in his mouth.

As Hermes came out in the open for Helen to see, she started to cry and limp towards him as fast as she could.

Hermes smiled. He was happy to find her but at the same time the sight of her being hurt displeased him and made him frown. As soon as he reached his beloved he put Sebastian down underneath him and began to rub against Helen and purr.
“Oh my love, look how badly you are hurt.” He said turning towards her wounds.
“I’ll carry you back home.”

Helen returned his purrs and rubbed up against him. "My dearest I am so happy to see you again. It was like part of me was missing without you. I love you so much!" she said as she pulled back a bit and looked into his eyes.
Sebastian slowly opened his eyes a bit and mumbled "Mommy" but was quickly back to sleep.

“I love you too Helen.” He said in a soft voice as he gazed into Helen’s eyes. “Let’s get you home.” He said lastly before turning back towards their home. He knew the terrain around his home but felt as it is his fault he lost his loved one for he never showed her the surroundings and also for leaving her alone like he did. He felt ashamed and soon his ears dropped back and he slightly frowned.
“I’m sorry Helen.” He told his beloved as he stood on the side of her. He slid under and picked up Helen having her lay on his back. He soon slowly walked back to the Rina and picked him up by the tuff of his neck.

Helen accept Hermes help but was confused, "Why are you saying your sorry My love?"
