"Well, it's good that you're okay, but you'd be better off steering clear off---what are you doing?" the Third Hokage asked. Gatz was in the process of beating his head against nearby boulder. He stopped and sighed, rest his head against it.
"It's frusterating to find out I've just trained under somebody so evil. Yet at the same time, he's so much stronger than me, that I would have absolutely no chance of defeating him. I'm just sort of pissed off at the injustice of it all," he explained. The Third Hokage smiled understandingly.

"Hmm, I know how it can be... want me to tell you about it?" he asked, smiling at Gatz. Gatz nodded, and the two of them sat down so that the story could be told.
"Twelve years ago, the great fox demon attacked our land," the Hokage began. "It was a powerful spirit, that no mere human could possibly hope to defeat. Our village was called upon to defeat it, and we sent wave after wave of our finest warriors at it; but it was useless. The beast was simply too powerful for anyone to defeat, even in a joined effort. It's power was overwhelming..."

"But you defeated it, right?" Gatz asked. The Third Hokage bopped him lightly on the head.
"Hey, I'm the one telling the story here!" he reminded his student. Gatz rubbed his head, though being dead already, he didn't hurt that much.
"Sorry," he apoligized.
"Right. Now, where was I..?"
"Umm, 'overwhelming powerful' fox demon," Gatz told the man.

"Oh yeah! As I was saying..." the Third Hokage said, continuing his tale. "The fox demon was overwhelmingly powerful, and no matter what we threw at it, it kept on pushing us back. We were fighting a losing battle... there was one thing left to try, however. One last, desperate gambit to save the day."
"We set up a force to block the creature in for a short time, halting it's progress towards the village." The man shook his head sadly. "This defense, though necessary, wound up costing the lives of many of our finest..."

The first second and forth kage looked down at a green and red mess.
"What is it?" asked the first.
"I don't know but it must have pissed someone off cuz it dropped, and I mean dropped." the forth said nudging it with his foot.
"What the hell are you idiots staring at?" Orochimaru pushed by them. "Oh so shes here now. Great... just when I thought I would get some peace."
"You know this thing?" the forth asked raising an eyebrow.
"Its my neice." he glared.
"I'm sorry.....for both of you....for ever being born...."
"Mmmmm....Orochimaru-sama?" the "thing" pushed it self up, and the red fell away to reveal a face, "Where am I?" she looked around.
"Dead." the forth said bluntly.
She looked around, still groggy.

She stood up and dusted herself off, she was wearing black and red, like her uncle. Where as the other three men where in white. She then tapped her hips and her green scaly eyes went wide.
"Oh gods..." Orochimaru turned away.
"Huh?" the forth looked at him.
Her lower lip began to quiver and her eyes became pouty.
"My babys....."
"You can't take them with you when you die." Orochimaru said harshly.
"But....what am I to do withouth them?" her eyes began to water.
"Whithout what?" the forth was confused.
"Her diamond sai, her precious weapon." Orochimaru didn't look at her.
She sat down on the ground, "I feel naked now...."
"DAMMIT! If you want a weapon so bad I will give you one!" Orochimaru turned around.
"REALLY?" she jumped up, her pouty face imeditaly disappearing. A gift from Orochimaru was the best gift ever.
"I'll teach you how to summon Kusanagi." he said sighing.
Her eyes began to glitter, Kusanagi, the legendary sword...

The other three men had left and the bright red headed Maryan stood before her uncle and master, her face holding the posture that she was ready.
Orochimaru sighed again, he then tipped his head back and spit up the sword.
Maryan tried not to squirm, it amazed her everytime he did it, and now she would know how.
He took the sword in his hand, "Open your mouth."
"What?" as she opened her mouth he snatched her tounge.
"EEK!" she began to back up, the long tounge stretching.
"Just stay still, it will only hurt the first time." he said snarling.
"IT WHAT?" the forth appeared out of nowhere, expecting to find something a little diffrent than he did. He saw Orochimaru holding a sword in one hand, and a long tounge in the other, about 40 feet away was the tonges owner who was standing there a bit frightened.
"Shut up Yondaime and go away." he said stepping cloer.
She squealed.
"Do you want it or not?!" he yelled at her.
She thought for a moment, and then mumbled something looking away, big mistake.
SHINK
He shoved the sword straight down her throat.

She was now mumbling some sort of protest, the hilt of the sword still sticking out.
"Swallow." Orochimaru demanded.
She tried, but it wouldn't move.
"Do I have to make you swallow it?" he glared.
She waved her hands and made some sort of other protest and tried again.
And again....
And Again...
Orochimaru grew tired and walked up and slamed it down, her swallowed it and then began to cough.
"OWEY!!!" she cried.
"Now spit it back up. I know you can do it to everything else."
Spit it back up?! This thing wasn't like scrolls or vials, it was huge!

She stood there, she moved her tounge around, trying to find it, she couldn't find it. She rolled her eyes and tried again.
"I think I lost it..."
"Its there...." he said annoyed.
She rolled her tounge around again, she finnaly found its hilt. She then creaned her neck and tried to spit it up, it didn't budge. She snarled, and tried again, still no luck.

She was getting pissed, finnaly she spit it up, a little to hard, the sword flew and landed oddly on the ground behind Orochimaru.
Orochimaru took a deep breath.
"Control Maryan, Control."
"Gomen Orochimaru-sama......"
He picked the sword up and threw it back at her.
She caught it and began the proccess over again.
This time she was able to spit the sword up slowly and grab hold of it, cutting the side of her lip, but she had a hold of it.
She turned the sword over in her hands, this was the first time she had sen it up close.
"It is said to be made of the fang of a great snake monster." Orochimaru crossed his arms.

She took it in one hand and tried to swing it, and fell over.
"EEP!"
Orochimaru sighed annoyed, "At your size and strength it is a two handed weapon...when you get older you may be able to weild it one handed, but have Kimimaro teach you sword finnesse later...we have other things to cover." he took the sword from her hand and threw it, it landed in the dirt and stuck.
"Go get it."
She began to walk, and Orochimaru stepped infront of her.
"Without touching it."
She looked confused.
Orochimaru turned to the sword and with a single handed seal the sword glowed and levitated and came flying to him. He caught it in his hand, he looked down at her.
She had an expression of pure shock.
He rolled his eyes and threw the sword again.

Orochimar turned and showed her the seal, it was done with one hand, a discreet action. She then turned to the sword, doing the seal, she tried to call out to it.
Nothing....
She did the seal again.
Stil Nothing...
She was getting mad now.
She did the seal her temper flaring.
Again, nothing.
"Have I taught you nothing, patience, and a calm mind will give you what you want." he closed his eyes, knowing patience was one of the few things his niece didn't have.
She closed her eyes and began to relax, she let her hand to the seal and she opened her eyes at the last second and dodged the blade flying right at her.
Orochimaru rolled his eyes again.

"Relax but keep you eyes looking slightly away so you can see the sword in your preferial vision. This is a good way to attack someone when they are looking at you." Orochimaru watched her.
She took a deep breath, and looked off a diffrent direction, she kept the sword in her side vision, and did the hand seal, very discretly, the sword jumped and flew at her, not even turning, she moved her hand and caught the hilt, making a small cut on her palm where she tried to grab too soon.
"Much better." Orochimaru nodded. "But you have to be able to know where the sword is and what it is doing without looking at it. Because even the slightest glance at the sword can give away your trick."

She closed her eyes and threw the sword. She then walked about, eyes closed. Then she did the hand seal, trying to picture the sword in her mind. Soon it rose up and began to come to her. She stepped out of its way, and made it cirlce back to her. She kept dodging it making it then turn around and return to her.
Orochimaru nodded, she was getting the hang of it.
She continued this way, until she tripped and feel and the sword flew over her and landed in the ground. She opened her eyes and propped herself up on her elbows.
Orochimaru sighed and rolled his eyes.

Orochimaru walked over and picked up the sword, he then put the tip into the ground and restend his hands on its hilt.
"This is a very important weapon Maryan. I'm only giving this to you because you are my niece and a loyal of the sound village. Don't take care of this gift and I will hunt you down and take it back. Do you undertsand?" he looked her dead in the eye.
She got up into a kneeling position and bent her head to the ground.
"Yes Master Orochimaru-sama."
He walked up and ruffled her hair and handed her the blade.
"Take care of it, then get up, I have something else to give you."
