Milhouse. He's the only one that makes me laugh out loud every single time. Plus, come on... It's Milhouse. xd
This ones kinda odd because I have a soft spot for the background characters, but I love Mayor Quimby's girlfriend. She's equal parts cute and obnoxious. You know "Gee, Joe. Your da swellest!"
And Eleanor Abernathy, known as the Crazy Cat Lady. And I love how they gave her a story finally!
