There was no response but some birds flying out of the closer trees from the sudden noise. Even a squirrel that was near by scurried away and up a tree to seek shelter.

he kept yelling more and more and letting everyhting out. "COME OUT XANDUS! YOU CAN'T HIDE FROM ME FOREVER!"

No one responded and the forest was silent. Not even the animals were making a sound out of fear.

he was breathing hard and looked around. it seemed e wasn't going to get and answer so he just headed back to the cave.

Ben was awake in the cave and still typing away at the keyboard. He was halfway through character two out of five and was determined to get it before bed tonight.

he returned to the cave and grabbed himself some meat to eat for that day. "mornin ben."

"Morning, Matt. Where did you run off to this morning?" He was curious as to what he was doing. He wasn't there when he woke up and he came back too soon to show that he was training.

Ben nodded and felt a bit of tension in the room as he worked. He knew that Smash wasn't in a very good mood, but didn't say anything. He figured that if he needed to talk that he would talk.

he looked at her and watche him work. it was amazing how much he knew about machines. "hey ben, where did you learn how to do all this kind of stuff?"

He glanced over at him and then back down at the machine. This was really the first time he ever really asked about him. "Well, the world I come from is pretty much full of technological breakthroughs and machines everywhere. There's cyborgs and robots integrated into human society. If you don't know how to work these types of things, you might as well kill yourself because you ain't gonna get a job or succeed."

he was interested in robots and wanted to know more about it. "sounds like your world is more advanced than ours. i mean some people made robots in my world but they usuall cause s**t and i have to break them."

"Yea. Different dimensions and worlds vary from how advanced they are and everything. Not to mention, the laws of physics in my world might completely differ from others. There's all sorts of differences." He continued typing and was close to figure out the character he was working on now. He was able to multitask, so Smash talking to him while he was working wasn't upsetting at all.
